Stadthaus Restaurant Südtirol in Neuenburg am Rhein

Leider war unser Besuch im Restaurant Südtirol eine große Enttäuschung. Mein Partner und ich wollten dort essen gehen, doch bereits bei der Platzwahl begann das Problem. Als Zweiergruppe durften wir nur an einem der wenigen, eher ungemütlichen Zweiertische Platz nehmen – mitten im Raum oder direkt am Eingang. Auf unsere freundliche Nachfrage, ob wir uns an einen der vielen freien Vierertische setzen dürften, bekamen wir lediglich ein knappes und wenig freundliches „Nee, nur am Zweier“ zur Antwort. Dass das Restaurant fast leer war, machte diese starre Regelung für uns umso unverständlicher. Noch mehr als die fehlende Flexibilität hat uns jedoch die unfreundliche Art des Personals gestört. Diese Atmosphäre war für uns so unangenehm, dass wir uns entschieden haben, ohne zu essen wieder zu gehen. Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft sehen für uns anders aus – daher können wir dieses Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen.

Restaurant sympathique avec une carte raisonnable. La serveuse comprend le français et la carte est traduite. Je me suis régalé avec la pizza saumon avec des vrais morceaux de pavé de saumon et épinards. Le volonté de petit marron à la truffe blanche est également une tuerie. Tarif raisonnable.

Today, December 27th, coming from Switzerland, we took the opportunity to eat here. What we were served was of EXCELLENT QUALITY. Salmon fried on the skin side served with fresh vegetables and an exquisite sauce, a dream! Rump steak with fries, excellent doneness, served with 2 sauces, everyone was extremely satisfied and can highly recommend the restaurant. Keep it up.

Family Christmas party followed by a round of bowling, delicious food, everyone happy, what more could you want

Wir sind nach dem Kino noch ins Südtirol gegangen, waren zu zweit und bekamen einen 4er Tisch. Wir wurden schnell und freundlich bedient. Die Getränke kamen sofort und die Vorspeise lies nicht lange auf sich warten. Nach der Vorspeise kam dies Hauptgang sehr zeitnah Die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und haben sehr gemundet. Der Service war jederzeit zuvorkommend. Gerne kommen wir wieder zum Essen.

Das Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn man zu zweit ins Restaurant geht bekommt man nur einen kleinen Tisch. Das Restaurant ist leer, dennoch ist es nicht möglich neben sein Partner zu sitzen. Auf ansprechen dieser Situation bekam man vom Personal wenig Verständnis. Es gibt Restaurants in Neuenburg und Umgebung wo man auch zu zweit nebeneinander sitzen kann. Wir brauchen das Südtirol nicht. Als wir gingen, war das Restaurant immer noch leer. Es kamen keine weiteren Gäste ins Haus. Warum wird es uns verwährt einen größeren Tisch zu bekommen? Die Argumentation vom Personal "zwei Personen bekommen hier einen zweier Tisch". Fazit: Essen ok aber teuer, Service schlecht.

Seafood the best in region! I would lovely suggest to anybody that wants quality and elegance,service guy was nice and friendly we would appreciate the kitchen chef for showing importance to the details when preparing the fresh food,i ordered spagetti frutti die mare and my friend ordered rizotto frutti die mare we both loved 😍😍🙏🙏

Very friendly staff und the kitchen is wonderful. Food is perfect, 🍺 is fresh, cold and well served. A lot of free parking spots near the restorant.

Today I was there spontaneously for lunch. I ordered the lunch menu. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was okay. Unfortunately, the salad had brown spots and the taste of the carrot salad was questionable. I had this one returned. The meal itself was sliced ​​veal with fried potatoes. the meat quality was The fried potatoes were rather inferior, rather fried potato slices. Overall, it's extremely mediocre to disappointing, as the ratings are pretty decent. I suspect that you can eat good pizza here. Unfortunately, from my point of view, not a recommendation

The Jimmi pizza was good, the crust was crispy, the tomato sauce, cheese, salami and ham were harmonious and balanced. The Viennese style schnitzel with fries and cranberries was unfortunately very disappointing, the portion was too small and therefore absolutely not fair to the price. No garnish on the plate, schnitzel, fries and lemon, that's it. Cranberries were opted out of orders. Ketchup and mayonnaise were only available upon explicit request. The fries are average frozen goods, the schnitzel also comes from the frozen food and because of the coloring and browning it looked as if it had been fried in the deep fryer. Price/performance ratio is below average and unacceptable. For that price you expect a homemade schnitzel, good fries and a decent portion. The staff seemed distracted and uninterested. There was also no soap in the toilet. I would probably order a pizza to take away again. Eating in a restaurant and other foods are out of the question for me. Pizza deserves 4.5 stars Schnitzel maximum 1 star.

Lovely place. Food was delicious!

Stopped here randomly driving back to Ktown from Switzerland after a long day of hiking and so glad we did! The service was excellent. We had the carpaccio, pizza, pasta, and Cesar salads and all of it was delicious. They made a heart shaped pizza which my husband had ordered that gave all of us a good laugh. So glad we stopped here!

Had a delicious dinner of a 'christmas eve' worthy maincourse with salmon and chicken, and ofcourse a typical snitzel. The Kaiserschmarren as dessert was one of the best we had so far! Would definitely recommend eating here :)

Excellent quality of raw materials at the right price, refined and imaginative cuisine, Mediterranean and traditional menu. High-level chef Besi, ready to amaze guests with innovative cuisine. The pizza chef and owner Gimmy will amaze you with spectacular pizzas. And the girls on the staff are always kind and ready. Large and bright place with outdoor tables if necessary, weather permitting. Highly recommended, the next occasion I will ask for something off the menu and blindly rely on the guys in the kitchen. Nice restaurant in a good location, very nice service and delicious food

Just what we needed after a long drive. Fresh Schnitzel and cold German beer served by our friendly waitress.

We ate there on 4 evenings out of 5 days because it tasted so good on the first evening that we remained loyal to the restaurant and this was confirmed again every day. We haven't had such good Italian food in a long time. The service was very good, we were always greeted in a friendly manner and always served quickly. All in all, we can highly recommend the restaurant.

I liked. Too bad that the kitchen is closed from 9 p.m.

Unfortunately, the food has changed for the worse in the last few weeks. People react very insultingly to criticism of the food. Really a shame for what it used to be!!!

Well... the restaurant/menu doesn't live up to what the restaurant name promises. I discovered one (1) only truly South Tyrolean dish (Schlutzkrapfen). No bacon dumplings, no gray cheese dumplings, no snow milk, no barley soup, no Brettljause, ... If I want pizza I go to a pizzeria. Italy has nothing to do with South Tyrol. No real South Tyrolean says they are Italian. Please consider changing your restaurant name or adding sensible South Tyrolean dishes to the menu.

Very nice restaurant with nice staff and delicious food. The menu is simple but unique, familiar dishes in their own way. Always my pleasure.

We were able to celebrate our son's 11th birthday here today. We booked 2 bowling alleys and were able to enjoy drinks and delicious pizzas directly at the alleys. Our son and his guests were totally happy and are already planning the next birthday 👍 We say a big thank you

Food has changed drastically in the last few weeks, unfortunately for the worse. This is probably because there was a change in the kitchen. The menu has been expanded, which greatly affects the quality of the food. Unfortunately the menu no longer has anything to do with the good South Tyrolean food from before, you get better at every 0-8-15 Italian.

Unfortunately, the restaurant has deteriorated significantly over the last two years. Schnitzel was hard and dry. Frozen porcini mushrooms with a bitter taste. To make matters worse, the service was only moderately friendly and made it very clear how annoying it was that we wanted to pay separately. Then even more was eaten than was consumed. All in all, no fun. The 🍕 pizzas were a bright spot. However, we won't be coming anymore. A pity.

We discovered this restaurant by chance and spontaneously got a table. The service is very friendly and attentive and the food is very tasty. If we are here again we will definitely go again.

Food you won't find in any other restaurant, exceptional atmosphere, with a super attentive staff and above all always smiling, welcoming and loving!! The conclusion is always celebrated with a glass of grappa from the house!!

The pizza was mediocre, but the service ladies were incredibly nice!

The food is delicious. Except for the pizzas, the menu isn't too big, which I personally find more appealing. The portions are very generous and yet beautifully presented. The service is very nice and attentive. Price-performance ratio is definitely right.

Südtiroler Spezialitäten: Gröstel und Schlutzkrapfen, sehr gut. Aber auch Pizza und Salat. Desserts sahen lecker aus, aber nach dem Essen wäre es zu viel geworden!! Gerne öfter mal wieder. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Freundlicher Service, Essen sehr lecker

Wir waren dort auf der Rückreise abends spontan essen. Vom Namen her, stellt man sich vom Ambiente etwas anderes vor, aber es war OK. Das Essen war super lecker und wir würden dort zu jeder Zeit wieder essen gehen.

Op doorreis richting Turijn hier prima gegeten. Het was gezellig druk, zeer vriendelijke bediening. De kaart is niet heel uitgebreid maar het eten dat je kunt bestellen is gewoon prima! Net zoals de portie-grootte trouwens. Prima prijs-kwaliteit 👌🏼

Verry nice restaurant to have dinner ore lunch

Auf der Rückfahrt aus Italien wollten wir abends noch was essen gehen. Schnell gegoogelt was es in der Umgebung gibt ist uns dieses Restaurant positiv aufgefallen. Also einfach hin 🙂 Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Bedienung durch zuvorkommendes Personal das auch Humor mitbringt. 🙂 Der empfohlene Wein hat sehr gut geschmeckt und das Essen kam in angemessener Zeit. Zubereitet mit frischen Zutaten war es geschmacklich hervorragend und die Portionen auch passend, so dass man zufrieden und satt nach Hause kommt. Sehr empfehlenswert und sollten wir wieder in der Gegend sein kommen wir mit Sicherheit wieder! 🙂

Anfang Juni im Restaurant Südtirol sehr gut gegessen. Da stimmte einfach alles. 4 Wochen später genau das Gegenteil. Schnitzel mit Pommes....eigentlich kann da nicht viel falsch machen...eigentlich. Man hätte es zurück gehen lassen müssen.Lauwarm, sehr trocken. Der Preis ist für das Gericht nicht gerechtfertigt !! So leider nur 3 Sterne.

Immer schnell, immer lecker. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wenn man anruft ist die Pizza innerhalb von 10 Minuten abholbereit. Alles Bestens. Gerne immer wieder. 😌

Köstliches Essen auch noch zu später Stunde! Freundliche und charmante Bedienung, gute Beratung zum passenden Wein. Ein leckerer Grappa als Abschluss. Wie ein kleiner Urlaub in Südtirol.

Das Essen war gut die Bedienung dauert etwas, aufgrund der darunter liegenden Kegelbahn, jedoch herrscht dort eine angenehme Lautstärke

Aufgrund von Google Bewertungen haben wir auf der Rückreise dort gestoppt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr lecker und große Portionen.

Cadre agréable, service rapide, personnel serviable, et plat goûteux. Peu de choix sur la carte, schnitzel ou pizzas.et 2 ou 3 viandes Les pizzas sont à un peu moins de 10 euros, et le schnitzel a un peu moins de 15 euros. Sinon, il fait très chaud dans la salle en début novembre.

Nettes Restaurant mit wunderbarer Nähe zur Autobahn. Top, wenn man mal abseits der Autobahn-Raststätten gut bürgerlich essen möchte. Pizza ist super lecker! Beim nächsten mal wird was anderes ausprobiert... 😎 Viele Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Auch immer wichtig - freundliches Personal. 🙂👍🏼

Een wat tegenvallend restaurant. De bestelde schnitzel wat veel te dun om iets van dit vlees te proeven. Wij hebben in Südtirol zelf 'betere' schnitzel geproefd. Ook zou dit restaurant iets sfeervolle kunnen worden aangekleed.

Heerlijk gegeten met als voorgerecht salade met tonijn en als hoofdgerecht schnitzel. Goede bediening en keurige zaak.

Wir haben zwei regionale Speisen gegessen. Sehr lecker und auf den Punkt gegart. Auch die Nachspeise (Kaiserschmarn) war überdurchschnittlich lecker. Preise bei Rindfleischgerichten zwischen 20 und 25€. Pizzen bis etwa 10€. Nettes, schnelles Personal und schöne Lage.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit guten Speisen, in ruhiger Lage in Neuenburg am Rhein. Die Servicekräfte sind freundlich und das Essen ist gut. Die Pizza Meeresfrüchte ist schön locker und schmeckt sehr gut. Die Vorspeise (Tipp des Hauses) ist ebenfalls sehr lecker gewesen (selbstgemacht Gnocchi mit Tomatensauce).

Überraschungs-"Fund" in Neuenburg: das leckerste Steak, das ich seit langem vergessen habe! Besonders.

Wir sind hier auf der Heimreise reingehüpft und kommen auf der Durchreise wieder... Ideal nahe zur A5. Die Kinder hatten Pizza und Schnitzel/Pommes. Beides sehr lecker. Der Pizza Teig knusprig dünn und einfach Hammer. Mann hatte Fleisch, und war genauso begeistert. Der Service sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns rund um wohl. Danke. Vor dem Restaurant ein schöner Platz zum springen und verweilen.
