Saubere Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis. Freundlicher Service. Die Lage ist ideal, direkt an der Autobahn Richtung Basel. Das WLAN in den Zimmern ist schwach. Das Restaurant ist gut: traditionelle Küche mit großen Portionen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ordentlich.

Essen war sehr gut, alles frisch zubereitet, Bedienung besonders nett. Zu empfehlen!

Hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Gebäude ist schon Historisch, die Zimmer waren neu und schön renoviert. Das Essen im Restaurant ist wirklich sehr gut! Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Lage ist nah am Bahnhof und an der Innenstadt. Service sehr freundlich.

Ich würde es nicht empfehlen. Diese Orte sind exklusiv. Zwei Prinzessinnen arbeiten an der Bar. Der Barkeeper ist ein Meister seines Fachs. Und... die Küche ist einfach himmlisch. Alles ist köstlich und göttlich. Das Personal ist hervorragend. Sie haben mir sogar problemlos ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Fazit: Es ist schade, dass es in Europa nicht mehr so ​​gemütliche und familienfreundliche Orte gibt. Und es ist schade, dass ich morgen früh abreisen muss. Wir besuchten das Restaurant, das sehr schön und interessant war. Die Gerichte waren ausgezeichnet und für uns Franzosen sehr reichhaltig. Ein tolles Restaurant direkt hinter der Grenze.

Tolles Hotel, wir waren schon zum dritten Mal hier. Gemütliche, frische und saubere Zimmer, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Restaurant hat uns begeistert! Bier vom Fass, leckeres Essen. Auch das Frühstück war wunderbar, mit köstlichem Kaffee von Silvia – eine wirklich hilfsbereite Dame! Wir kommen wieder!

Zimmer 13 ist absolut spitze ! Großes Zimmer , Doppelbett , 2 x Couch , schönes Bad , Wasserkocher. Gutes Frühstück zum sozialen Preis von 8 €. Klare Empfehlung.Gerne wieder. Einzig die Parkmöglichkeiten wurden durch die Stadt Neuenburg etwas eingeschränkt , gerade für größere Autos wie meinen RAM.Es gibt aber ein Parkhaus für normale KfZ. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht dort verbracht, aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Essen war köstlich und die Portionen sehr großzügig.

Keine Hotelgäste sondern haben als Gast zu Abend gegessen. Also Bewertung gilt nicht für Hotelbetrieb!

The rooms are great, we've been coming there for a long time, it's cozy in the inn, the staff are very nice and accommodating and the food is so delicious, we look forward to every stopover there.

We spent our 13-night vacation at the Neuenburger Hof in September 2025 and were very satisfied. The room, as well as the cleanliness, were very good. The service was excellent, and the food was superb. Nothing was left to be desired. Neuenburg, the starting point, offers many opportunities to explore the tri-border region by bike – we used e-bikes – or on hikes. We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Hein Bender and her excellent team for the wonderful vacation and wonderful bike tours.

I chose this restaurant on the recommendation of colleagues to demonstrate German cuisine to my visitor from England. The Cordon Bleu, in particular, was excellent. The service was very friendly and answered questions promptly, even in English, so the children could order. Unfortunately, the wait for requests like salt at the table was a bit long, so the food was already eaten before it arrived because we didn't want it to get cold. Hence the deduction of a star. The food was very good, though, and the seasonal menu was also very nice. It's a shame I didn't get to try more (in terms of quantity). The garden behind the house has a cozy, summery atmosphere, making it a lovely place to sit outside. The location is also good, as the nearby train station means you can find parking nearby even when the parking lot is full.

Very nice room. We had a family room for five people, which was spacious enough and had a good bathroom with a rain shower. The restaurant is also fantastic! The schnitzels are made on the spot; I highly recommend them. We had a delicious meal there. Due to heavy traffic, we were delayed, so we didn't arrive until 9:15 PM. They kept the restaurant open longer just for us—great service!

The hotel is very close to the train station and has its own parking lot in the yard so it is well located. The rooms are very bourgeoisly furnished without a toilet or shower in the room, these are in the hallway. The food looks very good but some of it is very salty, e.g. the schnitzel or the scrambled eggs at breakfast.

We have often been guests at the Neuenburger Hof while traveling through on our motorbike. Very good rooms, nice beer garden, very tasty food and excellent Alpirsbacher beer on tap. Very friendly owner and staff. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

Little things can cause trouble! In May 2024, the four of us stopped in Neuchâtel on the way back from France. We stopped at the Neuenburger Hof for dinner. According to the reviews, the food was delicious. However, the service was anything but attentive. A portion of mayonnaise became a stumbling block for me. When the food was ordered, this was also ordered, and despite repeated requests, it was basically only brought to dessert. Cleaning up at neighboring tables was more important. I found it very outrageous that this packet of mayonnaise was charged at €0.60 or €0.80. (The matter is actually ridiculous, but it annoyed me and I had to get this off my chest.) We registered for breakfast the next morning and paid for it with the dinner bill. At €16 or €18 per person, this wasn't exactly cheap, but the fact that there wasn't even a second roll was very surprising. Cold cuts and coffee had to be ordered, which was no fun with an overwhelmed service staff who tried very hard to avoid eye contact. Preparing the tables for daily operations was probably more important. After a long wait, a few slices of bread were served. Again: The food was delicious, but the two circumstances for which no apology was even given were not okay.

Staff not the friendliest! We were here with a bus group of 30 people. Our driver had to pay for his own food. In addition, the prices of the dishes are very expensive. We're not coming anymore!

On our way home from Italy to Holland due to bad whether and not be able to put up a tent, just looked up a hotel on google in the area and just drove to this one. Had a room available for 1 night so stayed one night and eaten in the restaurant. Friendly staf and a good sleep and nice breakfast. Only had a shared shower room for us but that wasn't a problem. Car and Camp-let trailer could be parked at the hotel P place with some effort to fit in.

We stayed at the Neuenburger Hof for three nights and were completely satisfied. Our rooms were renovated and very well maintained. The breakfast was sufficient for us. The restaurant is super tasty and the portions are really filling. Worth mentioning is the service staff including the boss, who do an excellent job. We'd love to come back if we get the chance! I give this family run small hotel 5 stars for the ideal location as a pit stop when on a longer road trip. There is a beer garden in the back, with great food and drink, and the staff is super friendly.

We went there for dinner for my daughter and son-in-law's 30th wedding anniversary. The table was set very festively for the occasion. The food was excellent, the wines were exquisite. The service was very attentive, extremely friendly and quick. We were all completely satisfied! Everything was great, just like at the wedding 30 years ago and the annual dinners on the occasion of the respective wedding anniversaries! I can't comment on the rooms since we didn't stay overnight. All in all, highly recommended!

I stayed here for one night on my bike tour. Even though I arrived two hours early, I received a friendly welcome and was able to check in straight away. I was able to store the bike safely and dryly and I immediately felt at home here. The beer garden behind the house almost deserves an extra star. It's worth making a reservation here. It was packed and the food was great.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht und ein Abendessen. Der Empfang war nicht von Herzlichkeit geprägt, das Zimmer (mit Dusche) war tadellos und ruhig. Die Menuekarte (zwei Kopien zusammengeheftet) ist ziemlich fleischlastig und zu gross. Wir hatten je eine Flasche Wasser, Sekt und Rotwein bestellt. Der mediterane Vorspeisenteller ist gut. Der Sekt war gekühlt, aber die Kühlmanschette hatte Zimmertemperatur !!. Nach fast einer Stunde wurde der Hauptgang serviert, aber der Rotwein (Pinot Noir) fehlte noch. Weil es keine Flasche mehr gab, wurde uns anstatt ein Pinot Gris !!!! empfohlen. Nachdem wir uns für einen anderen Rotwein entschieden hatten, war unsere Hauptspeise bereits kalt. Die Saucen waren aus dem Beutel. Wir haben dann auf ein Dessert verzichtet (es wurde auch nicht danach gefragt, und die Flasche Wasser war schon lange leer). Witrschafltichkeit sieht Anders aus. Das Frühstück war genügend, das Meiste kam vermutlich vom Discounter (Konfitüre direkt aus dem Lidlglas).

Hotel with well-kept and newly renovated rooms. The restaurant is cozy and the kitchen is tried hard. Everything was a bit over-seasoned for our taste. Unfortunately for vegetarians only a rather boring selection. We found the atmosphere at breakfast very unpleasant. We were probably the last breakfast guests at 8:30 a.m. The chairs at the neighboring tables were up and the service staff was vacuuming. Comfort looks different.

De sødeste mennesker tog imod os og lavede aftensmad til os. Vi havde hængt i kø gennem Tyskland og ankom først kl 22.00. Alligevel lavede de varm mad til os - og det var lige hvad vi trængte til. Hotellet er rent og selv om vi ikke kunne få værelser med eget bad og toilet (fordi vi var for sent ude), så blev vi meget overrasket over standarden. Meget rent, og store rummelige værelser og dejlig morgenmad. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Vi kommer gerne igen - og hotellet får mine varmeste anbefalinger. Jeg synes man får meget for pengene hos Neuenburger Hof

Je pense que j'ai du me tromper avec la réservation car à l'arrivé la chambre était retenue pour le lendemain! La patronne extrêmement gentille et très occupée à téléphoné à 3 autres hôtels pour nous trouver encore une chambre dont je lui remercie de tout coeur!! Donc pas d'expérience à cet hôtel mais il fallait quand même que je le dise! MERCI!!

Etwas altbackenes Restaurant. Die klassische deutsche Speisekarte passt dazu. Das Essen war gut. Die Portionen übermäßig groß, leider wird man nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass halbe Portionen möglich sind. Wir hatten: 1 Jägerschnitzel mit Beilagen (2 große Schnitzel; selbst für mich als guter Esser nicht zu schaffen) und 1 Rindfleischsalat mit Bratkartoffel in überirdischer Größe.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben spontan dieses gut gefüllte Lokal zum Abendessen ausgewählt. Unsere drei Kids wurden auf der Kinderspeisekarte fündig (Klassiker, Pommes und Fischstäbchen etc). Wir Großen hatten keine so große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten, fanden allerdings etwas. Schade war, dass mein Salatteller mit Pfifferlingen zu großen Teilen aus Nudelsalat, roter Bete und Bohnensalat bestand. An frischen Zutaten fanden such nur Möhren und der grüne Salat. Und den Pfifferlingen, natürlich. Davon allerdings reichlich. Service war nett.
