Neuchatel is worth experiencing for at least a whole day. The family that runs the Krone is kind and helpful. Clean rooms, good restaurant serves traditional dishes. Central, to be used for a short holiday.

Everything was great, very good regional cuisine

Toegegeven, het is geen toprestaurant met een uitgelezen kaart, soms zelfs tevoren zijn klaargemaakt of gefrituurd. Zoals mijn schnitzels, sponzig. En een maaltijdsalade hoort te worden gemengd en niet bij elkaar gekwakt. Ober wilde fooi zien (hij noemde dat drinkgeld) maar het is gebruikelijk dat ik bepaal wat het mij extra waard is (bovenop de prijslijst) om daar te hebben gegeten. Niet andersom. Kennelijk heeft deze heer Schroter dat niet helemaal begrepen.

Very pleasant accommodation on the outskirts of town with a garden restaurant and good, down-to-earth cuisine. Very courteous service, attractive rooms, everything was very clean and well maintained. A good price-performance ratio. After the redesign of the Münsterplatz, there is direct access via lift to a small lake with a park and from there in 5 minutes to the site of the State Garden Show in 2022. Good walking opportunities with our dogs, who also receive a friendly welcome at the hotel. We have been guests there many times and will come again. The only downside is the noise level from the nearby motorway, which can be minimized by keeping the windows closed. The rooms facing the town or the inner courtyard are quieter.

The room was tidy, the shower cabin was much too high for older people.

Nice rooms with modern bathrooms. Walk-in showers! Comfortable seating area with good TV (European Football Championship) Restaurant food very tasty and prices OK.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my visit. The price is disproportionate to what is offered. The furnishings seem careless and uninviting. Added to this is the unfriendly service, which unfortunately couldn't improve the overall impression. The food was delivered in no time, which made it clear that it was not freshly prepared. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it.

A great hotel including restaurant! The staff was really nice and to our surprise they organized a double garage where we could put our motorcycles. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant can only be recommended! The food simply tastes great. You can taste that real craftsmanship is still practiced there. The prices are really very fair due to the high quality of the food. There will definitely be another visit, perhaps longer than just one night!

We were guests this weekend during a motorcycle tour. Very attentive staff and great hosts. The rooms were simple but very clean. The food was excellent, value for money was TOP. It is also important to mention that the guests were very flexible when it came to booking. Booking rooms, changing rooms etc. was no problem at all. If we do a tour in this direction again we will definitely book this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

Stable hotel, stable prices and stable location (parking behind the house) WiFi in the house "Anna" is unfortunately not stable or not available ;) if you stay longer than one night it could be annoying for one night I didn't care. Breakfast was also stable. Shower stable plus. It was clean too. In short, price/performance absolutely - stable I would like to highlight the owner (?), a totally correct person, seems old school, in a positive sense. Is interested in the well-being of the guest, asks questions, is polite, makes small talk and comes across as absolutely authentic, not like the work drones in large hotel chains. .

We have been coming here for years on our return trip to France, so this year it feels like a wonderful start to our holiday on the way back, but a small disappointment after about 7 hours of driving you want to sit down and have a drink, but unfortunately there was a break for the staff, it's logical that people should have a break, but it doesn't really feel hospitable, of course you don't have to give all the staff a break at the same time, it was a bit of a downer, but it remains a great hotel Will definitely come back On

I feel very comfortable here, unfortunately I need 1.5 car spaces because of the parking lot. The rooms still radiate a comfortable (welcome) warmth. The service is still fantastic and the location is ideal for me as a field worker when there are various supplies to be processed in a large area.

Unfortunately it has become very expensive...Vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce 11 € is steep...Schnäpsle 5 etc

On transit to Italy. Close to the highway, a great place to eat and spend the night.

Welcoming and familiar hotel, located in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach both Freiburg and France. Despite the proximity to the motorway, the rooms are very quiet; furthermore they are large, modern, equipped with all comforts (including adjustable heating) and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff are friendly and helpful. All at a very competitive price. I advise!!!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage zu den Autobahnen perfekt. Wir sind dort immer auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Küche. Personal sehr Freundlich. Frühstück, frische Brötchen, guter Kaffee, die Auswahl relativ gut.

Super nah an der Autobahn gelegen und dennoch ruhig, sehr schönes Zimmer und sauber.

Sauberes Hotel, Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet nettes Personal, alles in Ordnung. Die Lage zur Autobahn ist sehr nah, was sich auch im Lärm bemerkbar macht, ebenso die Einfahrtstrasse zur Stadt. Mit offenen Fenstern möchte ich nicht hier schlafen müssen/wollen. Also, eine Frage der Jahreszeit :-) Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis von Essen und Schlafen eher hoch, vielleicht üblich in der Region, wir fanden es ca. 20% teurer, als wir es gewohnt sind.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Praktische Zimmer. Essen ab Karte sowie das Frühstückbuffet sind Reichhaltig und fein. Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt. Unglaublich freundliche Atmosphäre. Sehr kulant und zuvorkommender Service. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Ich habe mit meiner Familie dort 2 Nächte verbracht, es hat uns gut gefallen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Toll ist auch das Restaurant im Haus.

Vi spiste her i forbindelse med besøg i byen. Lidt specielt at få et par tyske damer ved næste bord, der satte gang i en fodboldkamp, som optog dem meget. De kunne tydeligvis ikke vente med at følge med og trods vores stirren på dem havde de en lille “fest”. Var helt ugenert sf fyldte borde omkring dem. Servitricen greb ikke ind. Bordene er tætte, og bordet til vor anden side viste også rysten på hovedet og nikkede til os. Vi spiste færdig og gik kort efter.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 16 Motorradfahren im Gasthof Krone untergekommen und haben dann auch das Restaurant ausprobiert. 1. Sportliche Preise. Mein Essen (Putengeschnetzeltes mit Chamignon-Rahmsoße und Pommes) war wie folgt: Das Geschnetzelte trocken. Die 'Rahmsoße' hatte Wasserkonsitenz mit einigen nichtidentifizierbaren Bröckchen drin - wohl die Chanignons. Ein Kollege hatte eine Paprika-Rahmsoße mit ähnlicher Konsitenz. Die Pommes hatten wohl schon länger rumgelegen, bevor sie zu mir kamen... An unseren Tisch waren 7 von 8 Personen mit dem Essen unzufrieden - den anderen Tisch hatte ich nicht befragt. Ein Kollege aus dieser Region meinte: Das ist der badischen Küche unwürdig... Randnotitz: Ich wollte eigentlich den 'Hausburger' haben. Der Kellner hat das abgelehnt, die Erklärung war aber interessant: 'Heute sind 40 Gäste da und der Koch hat keine Zeit (org. Zitat: weigert sich), komplizierte Gerichte zu machen. Ich hätte mir wohl schon zu diesem Zeitpunkt eine andere Lokalität suchen sollen...

Ci siamo Fermati per pranzo, cucina nella media, abbiamo. Però trovato il fegato che il mio compagno ha apprezzato molto..! Io ho preso riso con verdure, pensando fosse un pochino saltato... Era più sul bollito... Non ho saputo scegliere, come mi capita spesso..!
