It's not actually a restaurant, but rather intended for picking up sushi and eating at home. On our bike tour we stayed at the Hotel am Wasen and had dinner at Izumi on site. We ordered the family sushi for our family and were completely satisfied with the food. It was a successful evening with a really hard-working staff! We recommend!
I would prefer not to give a star at all. Ordered at 7:15 p.m. 8:26 p.m. still not there. Nobody answers the phone. Unbelievable. No wonder Lieferando said goodbye.
Never again.
Addendum... 11:17 p.m. still no pizza!!! How does the store exist... Who gives positive reviews?
I don't understand the hate in the reviews. Typical asian fast food, tastes good and price are OK. Portions are not as big as expected for Imbiss, but it's enough for a normal person!
The store is permanently closed. DO NOT ORDER FOOD!!! Yesterday we waited for over an hour and a half because we were able to order normally via the website and pay online. After calling 5 times, I decided to go because it was really rude that no one answered and our food hadn't come yet. The shop was completely closed and dark. No information whatsoever about why it is closed or that it is closed, neither on site nor on the website. We don't have the money back yet...
Finally closed. For years, really years, this restaurant has been blocking the entire lower part of the department store, where many seats could otherwise be placed for customers. Now it is finally closed and the space can be put to good use.
Unfortunately it has become very expensive. Within a year the price of the meal has increased from €6.50 to €9.50. A markup of almost 50%.
But what's even worse are the drink prices. Now you pay €3.00 for a NoName Cola. Last year it was €1.50 - so here the surcharge is 100%.
Two different pizzas were boldly ordered. Ingredients were left out, put on the wrong pizza and ingredients appear that were not included in the order. There are 2 stars because the pizzas were delivered larger than ordered.
