Two different pizzas were boldly ordered. Ingredients were left out, put on the wrong pizza and ingredients appear that were not included in the order. There are 2 stars because the pizzas were delivered larger than ordered.

Prices are very reasonable. Dogs are not welcome. Service is based on sympathy. Since the Caritas management/supervisor changed, there have been many prohibitions and warnings, as well as bans from the premises. You feel like you're constantly being watched and patronized. Years ago, when a different Caritas management was still there, everything was much more relaxed and social!

Kieselbronner Str. 92The food is surprisingly good, but the service is abysmally bad. If she could just change a few words and slightly adjust her annoyed expression, everything would be fine. It's a shame that the rest of the team has to suffer. Because that way, there's no good review and no tip.

Holzgartenstraße 36, Pforzheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Quite a small canteen/cafeteria, you can only choose between two dishes. Not very clean and view of the ugly courtyard. However, the staff is very friendly.
