Two different pizzas were boldly ordered. Ingredients were left out, put on the wrong pizza and ingredients appear that were not included in the order. There are 2 stars because the pizzas were delivered larger than ordered.

I'd been waiting for more than a quarter of an hour, not even able to place my order, even though several employees were standing idly at the counter. I got up and left. Service was abysmal.

Rennfeldstraße 1, Pforzheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Prices are very reasonable. Dogs are not welcome. Service is based on sympathy. Since the Caritas management/supervisor changed, there have been many prohibitions and warnings, as well as bans from the premises. You feel like you're constantly being watched and patronized. Years ago, when a different Caritas management was still there, everything was much more relaxed and social!

Holzgartenstraße 36, Pforzheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Quite a small canteen/cafeteria, you can only choose between two dishes. Not very clean and view of the ugly courtyard. However, the staff is very friendly.
