Restaurant Retter - Casino in Pforzheim

Outrageous! Two different pizzas were ordered. Ingredients were omitted, placed on the wrong pizza, and ingredients appeared that weren't included in the order. Two stars because the pizzas were delivered larger than ordered.

The drinks are on par with those at motorway service stations (0.25l mineral water €3.90, espresso €3.00). The food prices seem normal. However, I can't comment on the food itself, as we left after 15 minutes. The restaurant wasn't busy and there were plenty of servers, yet we were ignored.

Prices are very reasonable. Dogs are not welcome. Service is based on sympathy. Since the Caritas management/supervisor changed, there have been many prohibitions and warnings, as well as bans from the premises. You feel like you're constantly being watched and patronized. Years ago, when a different Caritas management was still there, everything was much more relaxed and social!
