This was our fourth time at the candlelight dinner here. You can really say that the quality of the food and the ambience is unique in this region. Many thanks to the whole team for the wonderful hours we were able to spend with you.

I had a schnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn which were very tasty. The service was good and friendly, however when I was paying the waitress asked if I would like to leave a tip. It's very rude and off-putting to put people under pressure like that. I doubt they do that to locals.

The food is great, no question, but not outstanding in my opinion. The asparagus salad was very bland and the potatoes with the schnitzel were overcooked and underseasoned. But the service was outstanding!!

Very nice hotel/pension. Let's get straight to the only point of criticism here. The walls are a bit thin and depending on your neighbors it can be a bit louder at night, so I recommend wearing earplugs if necessary. THE REST IS GREAT. The breakfast is very extensive and good. The staff is helpful, very friendly and quick, I had no problems checking in or checking out. No hidden costs. free parking spaces in the yard. Everything was clean when moved in. Rooms were cleaned daily. So if you are looking for accommodation in Bad abbach (near Regensburg), you will find the best accommodation here.

What a pleasant surprise. I have been passing this place so many time as the iconic red building is an eye catcher and I always wanted to go inside. I finally made it last night on a Monday, when many restaurants are closed. Wonderful ambiente inside and a very warm welcome by the staff. Nice tables, wonderful decor and a speedy service (food arrived 10 minutes after our order). Food was yummy and overall this was worth the hustle finding a car park on the outside and walking a bit further. Unfortunately I forgot to take picture but I will be back for sure

We ate at the restaurant for the first time on Sunday. What I miss is vegetarian dishes; there's one on the menu. Käsespätzle isn't really my thing; I would have been happy if there were at least two dishes to choose from. The staff, however, are very friendly and attentive.

Food is delicious. You can sit comfortably and talk in peace. Service is also very nice.

The restaurant is rather good and not too expensive. Its decoration is simple but conceived with much taste. The cylinder lamps hanging from the ceiling are very nice and original. The atmosphere inside is therefore pleasant owing to that decoration and to the fact that the music is not too loud. The staff is polite and helpful. They are thus of much significance for making the right choice. The food is good and tasty, at least these were the outstanding qualities of the dish I chose. I ordered a filet of pike perch (Filet vom Zander) and it was delicious. I really enjoyed that meal. If I ever visit Bayreuth anew, I'll no doubt pop down that restaurant again. Likewise, I recommend it to anyone liking the good cuisine who visits the aforesaid nice and interesting city.
