Beautiful Bergisch restaurant on the edge of Wuppertal. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. Decorated seasonally. Budgies in the entrance area that made a lot of noise. Many dishes on the menu are in Low German. Funny for people who don't know Platt.

One of the most beautiful restaurants in Münster! Traditional German cuisine and a super nice team. I would always be happy to come back in the future and can only recommend Himmelreich

A good service. Despite the sunny day, the restaurant wasn't too crowded.

Original local colorit. Here you can meet at the bar in the evening for a Kölsch or meet up with friends to sit at one of the tables. This also applies to larger groups. The later in the evening it gets noisier. Not necessarily the right place for quiet conversations. The service is friendly and attentive and overall the atmosphere is absolutely Kölsch and informal.

We had dinner as a family at the old school for Christmas. First of all, it should be said that at Christmas there are only menus (4 courses). As a gesture of goodwill to the owner, it was still possible to order a la carte. Unfortunately, the pumpkin risotto was an absolute failure; it was neither mushy nor tasty. Despite seasoning with salt and pepper it didn't get any better. The same culinary tragedy was found with the Wiener-style schnitzel. I would like to emphasize again that it was agreed with the landlord in advance that it was possible to order food a la carte. Nevertheless, the cook/innkeeper came to us after dinner and tried to make a “joke” with the sentence “So here we have the problem.” I think it goes without saying that we were all dissatisfied. However, I would like to say that the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very nice and hard-working hosts. The food was great and plentiful, especially the breakfast 👍

At 8:35 p.m. the waiter came to remind us that our restaurant would close at 9 p.m. He then went to the bar and said to another colleague; Since 19 These two Chinese guests sit the whole time Bla Bla Bla! We were very embarrassed. I don't know if that's racist? whether we as Chinese guests are sitting here and can't talk, or did he want to finish work early?

It was very cold in the restaurant, the service seemed a bit listless, the furnishings looked very old and worn and it wasn't clean either. The shelf next to our table was very dusty. The food was very, very hot and the two steaks were completely fried because the chicken is totally dried out. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I won't go there again

I found the atmosphere appealing. The service was quick and polite. I enjoyed the food, but the portion of goulash was unusually small for the price of €19.90. Because of the price-performance ratio offered, I don't want to come back to eat again.

In the building of the former church there is the chapel of St. Mary, the prayer place of the Eindhoven Men's Rosary. The only place protected from desecration.
