The Hikoo has a wonderful Japanese ambience and, in addition to the great central and northern Japanese dishes, also offers Japanese pop music that makes the stay even better. The food was of high quality and tasted impeccable. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere in the store was very good.

Discovered by chance, absolutely recommended. Great food! It's best to reserve a table.

The place is always full and even during the week there is a queue outside. Due to the quick preparation of the food and the fast service, the waiting time is kept to a minimum. It's very tight in the restaurant and you can follow every conversation. It is correspondingly loud in the restaurant. The food was okay, but everyone has their preferences and mine weren't quite met. Overall recommended, but I wouldn't necessarily go there a second time.

The restaurant is located in the subway station. We were skeptical at first, but the food and service were great! The ramen and the dessert were very tasty, if not one of the best in all of Stuttgart. Definitely recommended :)

We are ramen fans and know many ramen restaurants between Stuttgart and Munich. In comparison, the restaurant comes off mediocre. The taste of the ramen is just ok, the minced meat filling is very clear, the price is overpriced at an average of 20 euros, even if it is supposed to be organic. The seating is very cramped, in February the room is far too cold and drafty, and the constantly open door right next to the guest doesn't add to the comfort. The young man in service is nice and considerate. We won't come back.

After a cold day of exploring Stuttgart, I wanted soup and what better soup than ramen especially since it's right across the street from my hotel? I was the only person in the restaurant on a Thursday evening other an a couple of delivery people stopping in. Quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed a beer with my classic ramen. The soup was excellent. Hot, tasty, served with all the proper garnishes and such. It's a slightly upscale restaurant with comfortable seating and despite being right next to a busy road, quiet. They do have a wifi but we were not able to make it work.
