Short waiting time in front of the restaurant, very friendly and courteous service. Top quality dishes and a wonderful ambience. I can recommend it to every ramen lover. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

We recently visited this wonderful place, and I must say, we were pleasantly surprised! The ramen here is a real masterpiece. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a deep, rich flavor that immediately warmed the soul. The noodles are cooked to perfection and the toppings are fresh and delicious. I especially liked the version with chicken and egg, which had the perfect consistency - with a soft yolk, as expected. The atmosphere in the cafe is cozy and stylish, the friendly staff immediately makes you feel like one of their own. The atmosphere is conducive to enjoying delicious food and spending time with friends or alone. And of course my favorite wan-tan is one love ❤️ I recommend this place to all lovers of Asian cuisine - everyone will find something to their liking here. We'll definitely be back for more of this delicious ramen! ❤️

Not sure why people stand in line for this, the Ramen isn't that great. But ok if you can pop in. Service is attentive and friendly though so five stars for them Don't accept Bitcoin yet.

I went around 1 o'clock and there were about 5-6 teams waiting. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was able to enter, and after taking my order, the food came out really quickly. I ordered miso ramen, tonkotsu ramen, tantanmen, and chicken tantanmen, and also ordered kimchi. The food overall was delicious. However, like ramen, it is a little too salty for Korean tastes. Still, ramen with warm soup is a great meal in the winter.

The ramen was delicious and really well served, there was a queue to get in that we had to wait 10 to 15 min. We also had some gyoza that was really well made. The restaurant is not really big and we had to sit in a big table with other people, but besides that the vibes were nice and the servers were gentle

The ramen is extremely tasty, authentically prepared, and the ambience is complemented by the attentive waiters. However, you should be patient as there are no reservations and waiting times are possible. Absolutely recommended!

We were there on Saturday evening. We had to wait outside for about 15 minutes. After we got a seat, our order was taken quickly. Food came relatively quickly and was super tasty. I can only recommend this restaurant for ramen lovers.

The best ramen I've ever eaten! I've tried several ramen restaurants in different cities, but none of them top Umami. The wait is absolutely worth it and even though space is sometimes tight, the food is always so impressive that I've been there many times. Highly recommended!

Lots going on. A good 20 minute wait. However, the staff noted the number of people in order to quickly distribute any vacant places. I decided to sit outside despite the 4-5°C. The order could be placed immediately and the ramen came very quickly. Hot and incredibly tasty. Unfortunately, you sit outside directly between the sidewalk and the street, 2 tables wide.

The Umami restaurant is an absolute insider tip for ramen lovers and, in my opinion, the best restaurant when it comes to authentic and tasty ramen. A queue forms as early as 5 p.m., which in itself is a sign of the high quality and popularity of this restaurant. The guests like to wait here, which shows that the food is really exceptionally good - almost every day. A real tip for anyone who wants to avoid the waiting time: simply order the food to take away! You'll miss out on the ambiance of the place, but the food will be ready for pick-up in just 15-20 minutes, no matter how busy it is. The ramen is absolutely recommended: fresh ingredients, a perfectly balanced broth and that certain something that makes the taste unforgettable. My favorite frame is Chicken Tan Tan Men. Highly recommended. If I could, I would give this restaurant even more points. If you're looking for first-class ramen, you can't ignore the umami!

Decided to eat here with my spouse on a cold night after walking around. The ramen was really really good, I’ve had ramen in Japan & several Asian countries, I think this is the best one I’ve had in Germany! They had kirin beer on tap which was a nice touch and the chicken karrage was really good!

Very tasty ramen and dumplings! My girlfriend and I always enjoy coming to you. It tastes incredibly delicious every time 😋 Sometimes it's very crowded and you have to wait in line outside because a lot of people want to have the delicious food. Understandable. The restaurant owners can't do anything about it. The waiting time for food is always very short and everything comes to the table hot and fresh. Gladly again!!😊

Cozy little restaurant at the Stuttgart town hall. Since there aren't that many seats, we had to wait about 10 minutes until we got a table (we were there around 1 p.m.). Tonkotsu Ramen was tasty, in our opinion a bit too much noodles and not enough toppings. We got the food pretty quickly.

Waiting in the pouring rain for a free table was really worth it, even on a Monday evening. Authentic cuisine, real craftsmanship and an incredible experience Taste. Very good restaurant for ramen noodles. There is a clear menu with starters and main prizes, as well as cold and warm drinks such as Japanese teas, lemonades and beer. We had to wait a bit outside, so I would always recommend making a reservation. Our order was taken quickly and delivered quickly. Everything we ordered was hot and tasted very good. Freshness and quality are very good for the price.

As a big Japan nerd and ramen lover, I actually have to say: super delicious! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and a green tea. Above all, the meat was incredibly tender and delicious, and the broth and noodles were terrific. I'll definitely come back :)

This is the place where I tried the ramen for the first time. It is hard to find a table. They are not taking reservations, so most probably, you need to wait on the que to get a table. But it is not taking much time (20-30 mins). And the Ramens are totally delicious. You can order in 5 minutes, and it will be served around 10 minutes.

Tried this ramen place based on recommendations online. Expect to wait quite awhile especially if you turn up for dinner. Overall this was not my favourite ramen I’ve eaten. Definitely better than some of ramens served in Europe but definitely sub par and not worth the wait. Ordered a matcha tea in the shop, definitely not what expected and not authentic. Definitely okay and worth a try but just not to my liking unfortunately.

Once we had Chicken Shoyu and once Chicken Tan-Tan Men. Chicken Shoyu wasn't perfect as some of it tasted bland. The Tan-Tan Men was very tasty but also borderline spicy. The atmosphere is pleasant, if a bit cramped. The service was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the prices are very high. 16 euros for a noodle soup is already steep. In general I can recommend it, but there is definitely still a bit of room for improvement. Hence only the 4 stars.

Who says that long queues in front of bars are a sign of quality? After all, they are also available in front of the IKEA restaurant. But a visit here is definitely an experience. I was there for the first time today (2 hour drive there and back) and felt like I was at the train station. The bowls aren't even empty and they're gone. This went on 5 times until everything was off the table and “they want to pay” came up. You can't eat comfortably there because the next 10 people are already waiting outside and you feel like you have to hurry. The food itself was good, but I don't like the stress of eating.

Small, nicely furnished restaurant that, unlike other Japanese restaurants in Stuttgart, is still open in the afternoon. There are also delicious vegetarian dishes and all in all the food tastes very good. Ate around lunchtime on Sunday -> then spent the whole night on the toilet from 3:00 a.m. The people I visited the restaurant with (there were 3 of us in total) received the same problems as me, just a few hours later! This ramen restaurant always has a line at peak times, and for good reason: the food here is really good. I also loved that I was given a protective apron for my white t-shirt without asking. There isn't much to do for children, but a simple noodle soup can be prepared for them upon request.
