I highly recommend this place for ramen lovers. The food tastes absolutely delicious. The price is a bit high in my opinion. You pay around €15 for a portion of ramen noodles. In Asia, you'd get a larger portion. The space is a bit small, but it's really nicely decorated. We experienced several power outages, but they still treated customers very well.

Very good and authentic restaurant! The classic dishes, in particular, taste excellent. Appetizers like kimchi and gyoza were also very good. The portions were generous, and if you're worried about an unpleasant pork taste, it doesn't taste strangely like "pig dung." Simply amazing!

We had the best gyozas there, and the ramens were delicious! It's definitely worth a visit! A must-do when in Stuttgart.

It's very cozy. I had lunch there with my father. I ordered umami ramen with pork, and my father ordered the spicy version. It was very, very tasty. I couldn't finish my ramen, because the portions are very large. Luckily, they offered to pack up the leftovers. The staff was also very nice. We'd love to come back.

I usually stop by for a short visit around 8 pm it’s the busiest, but the food arrives quickly after ordering. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, which makes the whole experience even better. Prices are also fair with a starter, main dish and a beer, it usually comes to around €25–30.

I have to say the hype is a bit big, the offerings and service are good but let's be honest I go to eat because of the taste and unfortunately I think that in the Asian area in particular there is too much emphasis on Europeans, I would like to go out for a really traditional meal and I'm sure that would be a lot better.

Once you sit down, they serve you super quickly. The atmosphere inside is super cool, with Studio Ghibli figurines, the bathroom curtains mimic typical Japanese stalls, and everything is generally very pretty. However, without a doubt, the ramen here is the best. The broths are incredibly flavorful and delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend stopping by if you like ramen.

I ordered chicken ramen. It was not tasty. What does chicken ramen include: 4 pieces of chicken, bamboo, noodles, half an egg and crab sticks (though in a different form than we are used to seeing them). The taste of crab does not go with chicken. The broth was not rich. I do not understand why there is always such a queue at the establishment. Which is what I was attracted to. The staff is good. The atmosphere is also good.

You sit outside on the street. The food on the table is good, but don't expect a flavor explosion. Yes, you can go there, and it's part of the Japanese noodle soup boom. A soup with noodles, half an egg, and four pieces of meat...plus a Fritz lemonade for over €18.00. Hmmm...

The ramen is delicious and highly recommended. The service is very friendly, and the interior is very nice. Both the gyozas and the ramen were, up until now, the best in Germany. You can also get not only Coke and Fanta here, but also local drinks that you can't find everywhere. Excellent value for money

I've never had such good ramen in Germany! I had the Umami Kara Miso. The seating is quite cramped, but when the restaurant is still completely full in the afternoon, I consider that a testament to the good quality. I didn't eat the pork fat strips. But that's a personal quirk of mine, and I understand that the pork has to be just right for the soup to taste good. The server generously overlooked this, which I really appreciated. :)

You often have to wait outside for your seat, but inside, the food comes very quickly. The food is delicious, and the vegetarian dishes don't disappoint either.

The restaurant is nothing special, the cooking smell is quite strong, the service is okay but nothing special. Let's get to the food... I ordered chicken rice... completely tasteless, the rice itself was like a brick. My wife had Rahman with chicken... the only acceptable thing was the broth. The noodles seemed pre-packaged... sorry, but there are better restaurants in Stuttgart.

This is a basic fast food - ingredients are not rich in taste and really basic, the egg seems to be staying in the fridge for some days…sorry to say that but you’ll not be able to survive a day with this quality in Berlin

I don't understand the overall score of 4.6 at all. It should really be 100 out of 5 points. You should go here, especially if you're traveling with a baby. I was brought a baby-friendly dish and my little one (10 months) dropped a lot of things (I wanted to clean up and was really embarrassed because there was a lot of rice on the ground - he's still learning how to eat and wants to eat everything and play with it) but they took care of that and brought me extra, smaller cutlery for the baby and then more rice without anything at all and then mochi. And the owner and the waiters were all really nice to my baby. I had been to a village restaurant near us with my little one before and was scared and had bad experiences there, but here at Umarmung they were really nice and attentive. All parents know it's not easy to go out with a child, but when you're treated so well you get the joy of life again. Thank you for the great evening. ❤️🙏🏼

Superb ramen bar. The gyoza were the best in Stuttgart for me, and the ramen was incredibly delicious. I can recommend Umami Ramen to everyone. The price is absolutely reasonable, too. 4 drinks, 2 main courses, and 4 (small) appetizers for €70.

The place is rather small, with close seating, so it's not ideal for long conversations, first dates, or eating with children. But for a quick, good meal in the middle of the city, it's just right. I can imagine going back, even though there are definitely more authentic Japanese restaurants.

Fantastic experience. The Kara Miso Ramen was spicy and delicious, possibly one of the best bowls I've had. The service was very quick and friendly, despite being completely filled with patrons. Kimchi was on point and the gyoza slapped pretty hard. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for some high quality ramen 👌

After traveling around Europe, I missed Japanese food and came here. I enjoyed the fried gyoza, fried chicken, and miso ramen. Also, the waiter spoke to me in Japanese for the first time in a long time, which revived both my body and mind. Thank you very much!

Very good ramen! I had the vegetarian spicy miso ramen which was delicious 🤤 We also ordered the vegetarian bowl and some other ramen options with meat and all the options were very good. The matcha ice cream in the end was a perfect way to end the meal :)

This place teleports you to the streets of Tokyo with the first taste of the Ramen. Everything is top and the highest quality satisfaction with food and the lovely restaurant experience. Although you might have to be in queue to get seated but completely worth the wait.

According to Google Maps, the restaurant closes at 10:00 a.m. and the kitchen opens at 9:30 a.m. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:10 a.m. and was turned away because they had fewer customers than usual. Even after referring me to the time information on Google, they just shook their heads and told me to find another restaurant. That was the last time I wanted to eat here.

A very pleasant surprise at Unamido in Stuttgart. When we arrived, we were a little hesitant seeing the line outside, but in the end, everything went very quickly: the organization is top-notch. Special mention goes to the service, which is truly efficient. The waitress who looked after us was extremely dynamic and at the same time super cheerful; we felt she handled everything with energy and good humor. The food was a delight. The ramen was truly delicious, with a rich and aromatic broth. A personal downside: I would have liked a little more variety in the vegetables. The corn made it a bit too industrial for my taste, but that's a minor detail. We also tried the karaagé, crispy and well-seasoned, very successful. An excellent place for quick, tasty ramen, served with a smile.

Food is alright. Service is middle. Atmosphere is 1 because the whole restaurant is filled with small flies that are bothering you while you are eating. They even lay on your plates. For me personally it’s disgusting and unacceptable. 🤮 If it was in some shitty area and the prices were cheap, I guess that would be acceptable. But it’s city centre and we payed 50 euros for our 2 people dinner. P.s. I wrote the text above right after a visit. Now it’s 6 hours past and I have food poisoning from it.

By far the best ramen in Stuttgart. Incredibly intense broth and very fresh and good ingredients. Unfortunately there are a few places and therefore often very full. Plan for waiting time!
