Great service, super nice staff, and everything was very accommodating. Personally, I'm not a big ramen lover, but I really enjoyed it. The portions are generous, you'll definitely feel full. I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

Best ramen in Stuttgart! Point. The starter was also great, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The binitoflakes also look great. The ramen was nice and tasty, with plenty of ingredients, and the kimchi on the side complemented it perfectly. Tip: At lunchtime during the week it's easy to go without queuing.

The food was great and authentic, the service was very nice and the whole vibe in the store is a 10/10. Gladly again :)

The shop is a bit too simple for me but it is by far the best ramen in Stuttgart. Super tasty, great portions. There are also good vegetarian and fish options.

You can tell the broth is prepared with love and care. The chashu is juicy and the service is attentive and friendly. Feels like a small ramen shop in Japan.

The ajitama is cooked to perfection the broth is full-bodied and the staff is super friendly. The Japanese music adds to the authentic experience.

The ramen tasted good, but in my opinion it lacked a bit of cleanliness. Everything seemed a little greasy and greasy, and there was a strong smell of food, so my clothes were completely stained after the visit. However, the staff welcomed and served us very warmly.

Yesterday we visited this restaurant. The service was incredibly good, everyone was very friendly and pleasant to deal with :) We ordered three tan tan men, gyoza and additional meat. I had never tried anything like this before, but this first experience was really great! Delicious and again delicious - the food was simply a pleasure. The broth was very rich, which in itself made it incredibly enjoyable and tasty. The meat was fantastic, in a delicious sauce that left us wanting more. I highly recommend this place - the prices are good and for such food and service everything is completely justified. We look forward to visiting you again! :)

Great atmosphere, awesome ramen, super fast service and you can get there on the weekend.

After waiting 30 minutes, our turn came because we were seated at the counter (Friday evening, without an appointment, around 6 p.m.). The wait was definitely worth it, even if you're less than enthusiastic about the location at first. Staff is super nice and welcoming. The Tokyo Miso Ramen was very tasty, well filled and filling. The gyoza were amazing. The yuzu ice cream and the matcha brulee were also very tasty. However, there is a star deduction because for the 2 scoops of ice cream you couldn't choose 2 different flavors, but only one. For the expensive price (€4.50 for 2 scoops of ice cream), I would have hoped that you would be able to try out the different varieties. Overall, we are very satisfied with the visit and would like to come again. Unfortunately, you rarely see such extraordinarily nice staff in Germany. Keep it up! (Although it is undesirable in Japan, the restaurant accepts tips).

Simply incredible ramen! I recently returned from Japan, having been there for a whole month. I really wanted to eat ramen again, but there was no hope. I was attracted by the look of the ramen (it looked good, just like in Japan). But the taste... it's something incredible. This is definitely the best ramen in Europe. It couldn't be better. Just perfect. We stood in line for about 20 minutes, which is normal. An inconspicuous location and a small hall are the hallmarks of a ramen shop in Japan. A real ramen shop is not a pretentious restaurant. And a queue for a good place is quite expected. Also very Japanese.

Really good, authentic framework restaurant. However, the location is not that great. directly in the Stadtmitte S-Bahn station, next to the fast food restaurant Subway. The ambience could be better, but the service is top. all customers are greeted and farewelled in Japanese style. The entire staff, even in the visible kitchen, shouts something in Japanese. unusual but great. The food tastes very good and is served quite quickly. All in all a visit worth it. I've eaten there three times and every dish was good. There are also vegan and vegetarian dishes

Incredibly good food. Portion sizes are so large for the price-performance ratio that everyone gets full. The interior ambience is super nice and is reminiscent of Japanese soba or ramen shops in Japan. The location can be intimidating because it is in an S-Bahn station, but a side dish can make you forget your surroundings and get lost in the food. There is a large selection of dishes so that everyone can find their ramen

The ramen was okay but the meat was stringy and hard making it hard to eat and chew.

We ordered ramen twice in the restaurant. A really good ramen, properly seasoned and with delicious toppings. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back when we are in Stuttgart. Next on the list to try is the spicy ramen soup 🍜 🫠

The food is not bad, and the decoration gives the feeling of being in the movie Blade Runner. In our case, the drinks were nothing special and quite expensive. The ramen tasted good, but the only hot thing was the pasta, the other ingredients were cold. It took us a couple of tries to find a table there, and it had to be on a Tuesday night. On weekends you have to stand in a very long queue which I don't think is worth waiting for.

I missed eating ramen and this was the perfect place to eat at. I‘m so happy that my friend introduced me to this place. Not only the ramen was great but also their gyoza. Makes me feel like I‘m back in Japan.

Unfortunately, the veggie options are often much more expensive than the meat options, which I find a little strange. In general, the prices are very high at €17 for a veggie ramen without meat. Very but very good and authentic.

So far the best ramen I've eaten in Germany, tastes almost like it does in Japan. The takoyaki are also very tasty, all the employees are super nice and the Japan feeling is also well captured in the location.

But you get a really good portion and go home full.

2nd visit I had the miso ramen. The service from the store was very good. The ramen was also very delicious. 1st visit I had the soy sauce ramen. It was delicious. The store staff were also kind and helpful. I would like to visit the Frankfurt store as well.

Something different and delicious to eat. Not cheap, but worth the price. A short introduction for new customers would be great, as the customs are different here. Gladly again and recommended

To be honest, I expected more due to the excellent reviews and the hefty prices. It's not possible to leave out pasta (allergic to gluten and so far that was possible everywhere?). Too bad. It suggests that everything isn't so fresh after all. Above all, the mushy comment from the 'head waitress', saying 'we're just a noodle restaurant', doesn't make it any better. So then ordered 'normal'. Unfortunately, 90% of the contents were noodles (see picture). Kimchi around €5 for three bites. Thought the kimchi coaster was a joke. Unfortunately not again for me. In contrast, the origami shines again...

The frames were really extremely tasty and the broth was incredibly aromatic and great. The starters were also very good. The pork belly was well portioned and pork was tasty. Personally, I really liked it and I'm happy to come back again and again. My personal recommendation for frames in Stuttgart.

Simply great! Service is super friendly and not intrusive. It can get crowded in the store, but that doesn't bother you at all. On the contrary, the atmosphere will be great! I love sitting at the counter here and watching the chefs at work. Always happy again 🥢✨

Absolutely love this place! I've been there two times by now, since I don't live anywhere near this restaurant. But the first time eating here was so memorable that I had to come back! Definitely worth a visit!

It was very good, unfortunately I couldn't try the tan tan don, because in the photo it didn't look that appetizing. But the Normal Miso was great. Sofia said it was delicious more than 10 times. Next time I will try the tan tan don.

Even if the ambience in the S-Bahn station might put you off a bit, earth is definitely convincing. Very friendly service and delicious ramen. Since there isn't much choice in Stuttgart, I can highly recommend this one!

Definitely worth at least five stars! A small, inconspicuous restaurant in the S-Bahn station. It was full to the last seat, but the food still came quickly and was super tasty! Price performance is right, the waitresses were all very friendly! We'll be back!

Amazing place for authentic Japanese cuisine!! The price is justifiable with the huge serving that they have. If you are a big eater they have options for add-ons. Tourist friendly for the menu comes in both Deutsch and English and gives an explanation in case you are a first timer. Make sure to arrive early coz there’s always a long queue but I’d say it is definitely worth the wait. 👌🏻👍🏻

A great spot for all ramen lovers! At first our anticipation was somewhat dampened by the long queue - but in fact no one wanted to go to the counter, which is why we only had to wait about 5 minutes. The veggie ramen was really delicious and the service was very quick and warm. All around a great experience!

Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical about the location of the restaurant. Luckily it was still worth a try! The EArth Tokyo is located in the Rotebühlplatz / Stadtmitte subway/S-Bahn station. Reservations are not possible here, so I recommend being there shortly before 6 p.m. during the week or from 8:00 p.m./8:30 p.m. After a very short wait in front of the restaurant, we were able to take a seat at the table and place our orders. There are extremely tasty ramen variants here that are suitable for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The portions are generous and very filling, so I think it's good value for money. For a portion of ramen with a drink you should calculate around €20. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, special requests were accepted and delivered without any problems. Payment by card possible.

My second time eating ramen, so I can't give it a perfect rating. It was tasty, filling and the service was very nice! The Goyozas were particularly good! Unfortunately, the atmosphere suffers somewhat due to the location in the stop. The line is long, especially on a Friday at 7 p.m., we waited 20 minutes. Unfortunately reservation is not possible.

Before dining here today, I had passed by this place multiple times, noticing the oddly colored sign outside and assuming it was just another ramen shop trying to appeal to Europeans. But today, on a friend’s recommendation, I decided to give it a try, and I was absolutely blown away! I can confidently say this is the best Japanese ramen in Stuttgart !!!! Here’s a small tip for customers: don’t eat the pork ribs before having the ramen, or the ramen might taste bland by comparison.

Always great. Service is super friendly, you are offered paper aprons so you don't get dirty on yourself and the service is generally very attentive. The food is also great, we didn't even have to make a reservation for lunch and we were seated straight away. It's particularly nice to sit at the counter because you can watch the food being prepared in the kitchen. :)

The ajitama egg is perfect and the shoyu ramen brings out the dashi note really well. Very friendly service and a cozy atmosphere.

Is worth a visit. We once had the Yuzu Shoyu Veggie ramen with fried tofu, menma, vegetables, yuzu (vegan) plus a bowl of rice, a cucumber salad and edamame. We thought it was delicious and worth another visit. But you have to say Takumi in Düsseldorf is even better for us personally. That's why there are only 4 stars for the food. All in all a 5 star

Brilliant ramen. Very good taste and decent portions.

I just came back from a 5-day stay in Tokyo where I ate ramen every day and I have to say that it is almost 100% authentic. The noodles had a bit too much bite for my taste, but the meat was very tasty (and plentiful) because, in contrast to Japan, here they use slightly leaner pork that is also better seasoned on the outside. The brew is excellent, as is the onsenei. Even original KIRIN beer available. And the ambience is perfect with the option to sit at the counter or table.

I wasn't impressed with the ramen. Mine was Luke warm with cold eggs.

Very tasty ramen (a bit expensive for my taste but worth the price). Drinks are delicious even if there is only a small selection and the ambience is nicely decorated but feels cramped and small. The service is very attentive and friendly.
