Friendly service, English is spoken well. The earth miso is large and filling, the spicy version is spicy but not too hot. The regular miso tastes very good, and the regular shoyu is solid. The yuzu shoyu (veggie) also tastes okay. For dessert, the matcha mochi ice cream is worth a try...

Truly delicious ramen creations. Wonderfully seasoned, with an excellent taste! The value for money is also excellent. The portions are generous and filling. Located right next to the subway station, the restaurant still has a very cosy atmosphere. Give it a try: it's worth it!

For its price, the restaurant was quite good, but not one that I personally will come back again and again. The foods are good and satisfactory but the location and the seating was just not prime. Probably if you want to eat just order the ramen and it will be filling. The workers are all really nice as well.

For me, Earth Tokyo Restaurant is the best ramen restaurant in Stuttgart! 🍜 We tried several ramen variations – each one was incredibly delicious, with a perfectly balanced broth and fresh ingredients. I would also like to particularly highlight the takoyaki – simply excellent, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and delicious! 🐙 The team there is very friendly, attentive, and welcoming – you immediately feel welcome. The service is fast and professional. We'll definitely be back! Keep up the good work! I'll be back soon.

I was here with my partner, who was eager to show me this place. My expectations were far exceeded! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and combined with the ambiance, it felt like a classic Japanese ramen restaurant! I was also very satisfied with the taste. We shared a portion of edamame, which, incidentally, was my first time eating it – unexpectedly delicious! The ramen and our desserts were also incredibly delicious! We will definitely be back in the future! :)

This is where you can find the best ramen in all of Germany! I lived in Asia for 5 years and love ramen and eat it very often. These were by far the best 🤩 The service is super friendly; everyone greets and says goodbye. The prices are also really good per person: Ramen + drink -> about €15 With extras or larger portions, the total is €20, and the regular portions are definitely enough 👍 Even if the location seems suspect at first, it's completely different once you're inside. Super nice and clean. Highly recommended restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you want to experience Japan in Germany, this is the right place. Of course, there are some minor differences, but I found myself saying thank you in Japanese.

Authentic Japanese, truly delicious, and you're immediately greeted with "Irasshaimase," which might seem strange to people who haven't been to Japan before. But it's perfectly normal to greet customers and make them feel welcome. The shoyu ramen is a dream, simply delicious. Japanese chefs you can watch preparing the food. My favorite ramen bar.

Authentic atmosphere, like a Japanese subway mezzanine. Cleanliness could be better (the table wasn't wiped down). Unfortunately, the ramen with the piled-up topping wasn't really my cup of tea, as I was already full by the time I got to the broth.

This is my sixth time coming here. Even though there's often a line out the door. Once I was surprised that they had ume sake on the menu, but the waitress didn't know the German word "plum wine." Since then, I've been ordering in Japanese 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Lousy. The menu doesn't offer much variety; the only meat is pork. I ordered the vegetarian version with tofu that contained lemon peel (which wasn't on the menu). I didn't like it, so I asked for a change. Not only did they not change it, but they told me I had to order a different one and pay for both. I will never spend my money there again.

The broth really didn't taste bad, and the service was also extremely friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, this positive impression was marred several times by the poor hygiene standards, which were evident almost everywhere. Even though the ramen tasted decent, I won't be visiting the restaurant again or recommending it to anyone.

All in all, a lovely stay with great food and incredibly friendly service. We'll be back.

Very tasty ramen; we had the Tokyo Earth with pork belly and the miso ramen. Very tasty and long-lasting 🤩 The takoyaki were also delicious; they're a 10. Very friendly service, and the dishes arrived relatively quickly. The price was perfectly reasonable. The only downside is the location on the mezzanine floor, which isn't so appealing, but the shop is very cozy. Be prepared to wait a bit; it's definitely worth it here (10 minutes or so). 🥰 Definitely recommended

We regularly drive to Stuttgart just to eat the ramen here. Incredibly delicious, even the veggie version! And the service is very friendly. Getting a seat at lunchtime is no problem. The food comes to the table quickly.

Love the vibe; I don't know of any other ramen spot like this. It reminds me of Japan. I love the counter because you can just sit and eat alone. The food was great, the service was friendly, and it came incredibly fast! It's also easy to get to.

Great place but if you’re early in the evening, the restaurant closes. Space is a bit less inside the restaurant but that doesn’t stop you from getting the great experience.

Very good ramen! There are other places in the area worth waiting in line for. I didn't see a line here, which is a positive difference. The broth here is also better than in any other place in the area. It's definitely worth a visit; the ramen is great (I recommend the Tokyo Shoyu), and the chicken gyoza were also great and served quickly. I highly recommend it! The shop is a bit small and located in the train station, but for some, that's probably part of its charm. A seat at the counter only makes it more authentic.

Very good food in a small Japanese restaurant. The restaurant is very centrally located in Stuttgart, in the Rotebühlpassage under Rotebühlplatz, between the Rotebühlplatz subway station and the Stadtmitte S-Bahn station. The staff is very friendly! I had the yuzuka lemonade, gyoza, and teriyaki spare ribs – everything was delicious. Payment by debit card and tipping by debit card are accepted. A clean restroom is available. Use is free for guests. Those who only want to use the restroom without consuming anything will be charged a €2 fee.

This place is definitely worth the trip! The location is a bit odd and can be difficult to find on the first try, but once you do it'll be worth it. The Tokyo miso ramen was excellent, I ordered it spicy and definitely recommend that if you like a little extra kick. The service here was very good too, and they have a professional staff that speaks multiple languages for their customers. I'll be back many times whenever I'm craving ramen.

The ambience, the service and of course the delicious food transported us back to Japan. Even if it didn't quite reach the taste level of Tokyo, it was mega good on its own and, above all, lovingly authentic. Thank you very much, we'll be back!

3.5*: unfortunately it has dropped quite a bit now Unfortunately, I have to say that contrary to my first review (I've been there about 20 times, the last time about 2 weeks ago) I've been disappointed more often - most of all this time. At some point last year, the amount of homemade broth seemed to have significantly decreased in relation to the ramen noodles - but that's exactly why you come. About every 2-3. Sometimes the broth doesn't taste as tasty and intense anymore - especially on busy days. Today it was extreme: tons of ramen, which I couldn't manage for the first time, hardly any broth and the taste was only half as aromatic. Super disappointing. The egg (which was paid for extra) was also visually and tastefully not cooked for long and tasted disappointing. The Matcha Bubble Tea (6.50) was very light & sweet - hardly any matcha in it. This time I wasn't asked if it was tasty, otherwise I would have said so. The double vegetable ad on the 3rd only applies to certain ramen - e.g. B. the ones without eggs & with only 2 pieces of meat, but (almost) as expensive as others with eggs & 5 pieces of meat. The extra vegetables consisted of over 90% bean sprouts - hardly any of the delicious bamboo, spinach etc. - and +/- 150g of raw sprouts were neither tasty nor varied for me. I almost had to choke it down at some point... Unfortunately, the advertised dice promotion is only valid in the evenings, although the prices are the same during the day... When I asked, I was kindly given a box for all the noodles, but the lid didn't hold and the cardboard quickly became soggy. I had to fix it with a plastic bag and 3 elastic bands - but it was still completely soggy and bent. For a total of around €25, which I also have to save as a single parent, it was just very disappointing, especially this time. The staff was as always very friendly and quick and you were greeted and said goodbye. -------------------- 5* I had the soup/ramen 🍜 'Tokyo Shoyu' and it's actually by far the best I've ever eaten. Even if both the map and the location don't seem that way. I've already tried a few things in the area - including specialized ramen shops, but I was quite disappointed. As a rule, the broth tastes too bland; over-peppered and/or not really like cooked meat and bones. This one was delicious. The meat was also tasty and well seasoned and not just any streaky fatty piece of beef. The ramen was 'al dente' if you can call it that. The inside of the egg is waxy soft. The portions are a bit small (for the price) because the bowls come together in a funnel shape at the bottom, similar to a margarita glass. If necessary, you could offer a large portion for an additional charge. There could also be other desserts such as homemade (ice cream or bubble) teas or these Japanese fish pancakes

Very friendly service. Went for lunch on Friday and there wasn't much going on at that point. Later it filled up. Unfortunately reservation is not possible. The only thing nice on the inside is the location, although it is very centrally located due to the underpass at the S-Bahn stop on the Calwer Passage, but from the outside, well 😂 but the place makes up for it!! Definitely coming back. Very good ramen and other dishes.

Authentic ramen bar in the center of Stuttgart. Good quality/price ratio. The staff was very friendly. The ramen broth is authentic and the noodles and chashu are very soft. We will surely return.

Very tasty food and very friendly service. The Tokyo Shoyu are highly recommended. There are pleasant portions that fill you up, but you still have enough room for dessert.

Ate here for the first time. Were warmly welcomed and said goodbye by the whole crew. Service was a bit confusing as some only spoke English or German, but it was well adapted depending on the table. However, the food came very quickly, was filling and very tasty. Can only recommend a visit. We particularly liked the Yuzu lemonade. You can pay in cash or by card.

Hello friends, I had dinner with friends in this restaurant this evening, what can I say... it was excellent :) The service was very friendly and extremely customer-oriented right from the start. The drink we ordered came immediately afterwards. And the same when ordering food. It was freshly prepared and had a very intense taste. The noodles were a dream and the broth was just extremely good. I can definitely recommend this restaurant because the slightly more modern furnishings bring a breath of fresh air into it :) . Excellent place, very good attention, super fast service and my food in particular very tasty! If you pass through this area, a very good option to eat something at a good price and better flavor.

I've been there twice so far, but unfortunately I wasn't convinced this time. The service staff are very accommodating, but unfortunately the spare ribs were very tough, as was the chashu in the ramen. This can happen sometimes, but it definitely shouldn't be like this. Please pay attention to this in the future. The broth of the miso ramen was very good though.

The best Ramen, Takoyaki and Gyoza in Stuttgart. The food Is Simply amazing, fresh and tasty. The staff is very nice. The place is however very little and there is sometimes a big queue. So organize yourself before coming.

Great food, good and friendly service - selection of drinks a bit too small (e.g. no Colamix). You have to bring your time because you have to wait in line for a while until you get a seat. But it's worth it in any case. Anytime again 👍

Friendly service and it didn't take long for the food to be on the table. The soup is delicious and rich and the portions fill you up :) I had the Tokyo Miso soup with extras, a really hefty portion! Next I will try the vegetarian soups. Absolute recommendation 10/10 The picture is from the branch in Berlin, I only ordered kimchi as an extra topping. The soup in Stuttgart had all the extras, but unfortunately I didn't take a picture of it.

The small underground restaurant is very reminiscent of Japan itself. The ramen is incredibly delicious and very close to the original. I've been satisfied and full every time I've tried it. The price is a bit high, but that's okay considering how much work goes into it.

While visiting Stuttgart, I researched a ramen shop and ended up here. Conclusion: really good!! You really feel a bit like you're in Tokyo 🤩 I had vegetarian gyozas that were nicely seared and yuzu shoyu veggie ramen. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Super good and tasty, I'll be happy to come back ☺️

The best restaurant in Stuttgart. Highly recommend. The first time I went there I ordered vegetarian ramen which was amazing. The meat options are incredible too. I also started ordering the side dishes they offer and everything is always delicious! The desserts are also always fresh and tasty. Can't recommend it enough! It's my fiancé's favourite restaurant.

We were here for the first time today and the food was simply delicious! It's a small restaurant in a subway station, but really nicely decorated inside. We were lucky and were able to get in straight away. When we left after eating, those waiting were already queuing up. We would definitely go there again and can highly recommend the ramen!

Authentic ramen experience – but with a wait On Saturday evening we had to wait in line for about an hour, which shows how popular this ramen spot is. Despite the long wait, the staff was extremely attentive - they kept asking if everything was OK, which made the stay more pleasant. Inside, the positive impression continues: the service is very precise, friendly and professional. What's particularly positive is that there are no Germans working here - for me a sign of authentic quality. The ramen itself? Simply fantastic! The taste is on par with umami, which makes this shop one of the two best ramen spots in Stuttgart. If you're looking for a real, high-quality ramen experience, you should definitely stop by here - but it's best to be patient!
