Small but very comfortable! So far my absolute number 1 in Stuttgart and the surrounding area when it comes to frames! Simply delicious and inexpensive!

Very tasty ramen and lovely staff! We were there on a Tuesday evening, had an appetizer and ramen. The portions are large and fill you up well. I would like to come back soon and try the vegetarian version 😊

My second time eating ramen, so I can't give it a perfect rating. It was tasty, filling and the service was very nice! The Goyozas were particularly good! Unfortunately, the atmosphere suffers somewhat due to the location in the stop. The line is long, especially on a Friday at 7 p.m., we waited 20 minutes. Unfortunately reservation is not possible.

Before dining here today, I had passed by this place multiple times, noticing the oddly colored sign outside and assuming it was just another ramen shop trying to appeal to Europeans. But today, on a friend’s recommendation, I decided to give it a try, and I was absolutely blown away! I can confidently say this is the best Japanese ramen in Stuttgart !!!! Here’s a small tip for customers: don’t eat the pork ribs before having the ramen, or the ramen might taste bland by comparison.

Had Tokyo miso, takoyaki and Kirin beer The meat tasted like plastic, egg was good, noodles were okay, broth was good Takoyaki just tasted like rice mush with too little filling and sauce staff super sweet/nice Sounds positive but not so satisfactory for basic meals in the 20€ range +-10€ for incidental items

The food is very tasty and the staff is super nice! We were there on Wednesday evening around 7 and had to queue a bit but not for long. The team is well organized and will assign you a place as soon as possible.

Always great. Service is super friendly, you are offered paper aprons so you don't get dirty on yourself and the service is generally very attentive. The food is also great, we didn't even have to make a reservation for lunch and we were seated straight away. It's particularly nice to sit at the counter because you can watch the food being prepared in the kitchen. :)

The ajitama egg is perfect and the shoyu ramen brings out the dashi note really well. Very friendly service and a cozy atmosphere.

I’m thrilled and will recommend it to all ramen lovers.

Is worth a visit. We once had the Yuzu Shoyu Veggie ramen with fried tofu, menma, vegetables, yuzu (vegan) plus a bowl of rice, a cucumber salad and edamame. We thought it was delicious and worth another visit. But you have to say Takumi in Düsseldorf is even better for us personally. That's why there are only 4 stars for the food. All in all a 5 star

I just came back from a 5-day stay in Tokyo where I ate ramen every day and I have to say that it is almost 100% authentic. The noodles had a bit too much bite for my taste, but the meat was very tasty (and plentiful) because, in contrast to Japan, here they use slightly leaner pork that is also better seasoned on the outside. The brew is excellent, as is the onsenei. Even original KIRIN beer available. And the ambience is perfect with the option to sit at the counter or table.

In my opinion, the most authentic ramen in Stuttgart is here. The waiting times are normal and the service is very courteous. The food was very good and was at the table quickly. The decor is ramen bar style with seating right next to the kitchen.

I wasn't impressed with the ramen. Mine was Luke warm with cold eggs.

Very tasty ramen! The prices are a bit expensive for my taste (especially for the drinks), but you get really tasty ramen in good portions. And there are also some variants for vegetarians. Everything is prepared fresh and quickly in the open kitchen. The service was super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is somewhat hidden in the entrance to the Rotebühlplatz subway station and looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, but inside it looks authentically Japanese.

Come here to get a comforting bowl of ramen.. yummzz.. very small place.. can get a little stuffy as it’s super crowded.. be prepared to Q.. Daredevils can challenge their Devil Ramen.. has 3 levels..

The service is friendly, just as you would expect from Japanese service (sometimes there are problems with communication but you can manage that). I actually find the ambience very appealing, you get “Neo Tokyo” vibes. Card payment is possible.

We've been here for the second time now and it's really tasty. For us it is the tastiest ramen we have ever eaten and the ajitama (pickled eggs) are incredibly good, you definitely have to try it. The waitresses are super friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Nice service, great food. We both ordered a bowl of ramen, and in the end we were more than full and warm from the inside. There is a large selection of basic broths, ours came ready with different toppings. You should definitely order a few extra toppings and also accept the bibs, then you will enjoy a much more carefree feast. There were also a few options for vegetarians. We had a great meal and would love to come back next time I'm in Stuttgart!

Restaurant in the basement where you wouldn't expect it. Food was fantastic. Open kitchen, very lovingly prepared dishes. Tofu in particular is very tasty. We'll definitely be back.

I had the TanTanMen Ramen and loved it! The best ramen I've had in Stuttgart so far. And even at lunchtime I was served quickly and very friendly. Pleasant Japanese music and a nice ambience round it all off! Highly recommended for ramen fans and those who want to become one!

Very nice restaurant and nice atmosphere, especially because it is right next to the railway underpass. Been there 3 times so far and every time very friendly and attentive service, the music that plays is also very appropriate and not too loud, the price is right and the toilets and the entire restaurant are very clean 👍🏻 I can recommend the shoyu ramen and would be happy to come back 🥰

The Earth Tokyo team has created a gem of good taste in the aging subway station at Rothebühlplatz. The good, very attentive service always helps and gives you a warm welcome. The food is very tasty and plentiful. The menu is pleasantly short and gives all sorts of background information about ramen, its history and the ingredients. A visit here is always worth it!

Ah, well. Japanese authentic. No frills or fancy junk. The food and atmosphere is very close to Tokyo. I know what I'm talking about, I've been there. Simply great. So go there if you want a feel of Tokyo. And please eat their gaijins at the counter like in Japan. Peace

EARth Tokyo is a restaurant located in the subway station. It's very easy to get there on foot. The atmosphere upon entry is very welcoming. Small but nice, not a lot of frills but not empty either. You are immediately greeted by friendly service. There are food and drink menus on the table, as well as a seasonal menu. There were 3 of us there on a Sunday afternoon. So it was relatively empty. However, you will see a queue at the entrance, which may indicate that it can be very busy there on the weekend and you may have to queue. Together we chose 3 starters, 3 main courses, 2 bedside tables and a cocktail, as well as 2 iced teas and 1 water for the main course. In the end we had a bill of almost €90 for all people combined. Is it worth it? Definitely. The main courses are pleasantly large and will satisfy pretty much every person. The taste is truly incredible. You rarely find so much character in one dish in Stuttgart. The starters are awesome. Service is super nice and fast. After ordering, it took about 10 minutes for everyone to have their food. Note: You have to call the staff or get their attention if, for example, you want to order something or pay. But that's normal. That's the culture. When you leave the store you will be greeted warmly by all the employees. I can only recommend this store :)

Super leckere authentische Suppenkreationen. Service flink und freundlich. Atmosphäre schwierig, da im Bahnhof (Untergrund Stadtmitte). Das mag im sauberen Japan noch Flair haben, aber in sketchy Stuttgart leider weniger. Ich hoffe, der laden findet über kurz oder lang eine passendere Location in der Stadt, denn er hat Potential.

Totally unexpected, Stuttgart has a beautiful gem with this ramen restaurant. It’s hidden, small, welcoming staff. The whole experience feels like we were back in Japan, had a really good time. Least but not least, the food was really delicious. You can totally taste the umami deliciousness! We will be back for sure, totally a recommend! 🍜🫶🏻

Miso and Shoyu Ramen are very salty but unfortunately it wasn't umami.
