It's a disgrace you order online and then have to wait 2 hours for the food. Delivery time of 2 hours, that never happened with the old boss. When you call, When they call you, When you call you, When you call you are always just put off. And what is definitely not okay? Recommended

Absolute disaster The food is delicious but the waiting time is simply outrageous. You can order online directly if the opening hours allow it. There is a waiting time of 95 minutes here. It's been a long time but ok, after 95 minutes you called and then you were informed that the time in the system had not yet been changed to 120 minutes. But this time was not kept either. Now after more than 2.5 hours we called again and the pizza hadn't even been made yet. The nice statement from the boss that nothing would be done about the price was the icing on the cake and we then canceled the pizza. It was a family pizza, not a large order. From what you can read, it's probably standard there. Sad and definitely the last time I ordered there.

Were always thrilled But once again I ordered a lasagne and it really tasted good. It seemed to me like a ready-made lasagne from Aldi. Repackaged with some sauce and cheese on it and it wasn't really gratinated either. The lasagna sheets were soggy and the sauce was just disgusting.

Bottomless impudence Order pizza online and pay immediately, After 1.5 hours I called and asked where the food was. Answer: the driver left the food in front of the door for over 30 minutes, didn't ring the bell, didn't knock. When I said why they don't ring the bell or call, I was told in response that the driver couldn't speak German and he wasn't obliged to do so. She was also bullied on the phone and it wasn't her problem. Never again !

Delicious pizza and hamburgers Very nice employees

Food has always been okay, but has been a bit lacking lately. The pizza is dripping with grease and the pasta is cold and half raw. The employees are always a bit unfriendly on the phone. Last time we had to wait 2.5 hours for our food. After about an hour I asked how long it would take and they said on the phone that the food would be coming soon. After 1.5 hours it came and I didn't accept it anymore.

Bottomless Audacity!! So far, my partner and I have ordered here regularly. The food was always there before the stated delivery time and was completely ok. Today I ordered a Combinazione Panna (baked). About halfway through the meal I had metal/aluminium shavings in my food. I called the restaurant immediately and waited for their response (since we've never been dissatisfied before). When there wasn't even an apology, I asked for my money back. However, this was refused to me on the grounds that I had put these rasps in my food. PS: I only ate my pasta with a fork and didn't damage the aluminum bowl.

If you like to eat your fries raw, you can order them there. The food is totally underground. So it's definitely the last time I've ordered there.

We have now ordered pizza twice. You couldn't taste the actual pizza because of all the oregano. Ham, mushrooms and pepperoni sausage, even the pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza couldn't be tasted.

1 star only because 0 is not possible - I ordered butter chicken. I have no idea what was delivered to me, but it definitely wasn't butter chicken. I'm not usually picky about food, but this order unfortunately went in the trash after just one taste. Even though it was inedible, I would like to point out that the portion was also outrageous for the price. On a positive note, the bread that was included was really good, but a poor consolation prize.
