Catastrophe to be honest, eating was okay but after ordering we were told there would be a waiting time of about 50 minutes (mind you for a kebab, a kebab box and a flatbread and a travel time of about 5 minutes). In the end I had to call after an hour and a half because there was still no food ….I was rudely given another 15 minutes….in the end it was 1 hour and 45 minutes until the food was there….I was disappointed when I saw how small the kebab and the kebab box were, almost really cheeky…too All that was missing was the flatbread that was ordered... How can you screw up an order so much 🤷‍♀️Rude, stingy, unreliable, and unfriendly, I would say it's quite good

Ordered there for the first time and found a piece of metal in the pizza, about to swallow it. The pizza didn't taste anything special either. Diavolo pizza wasn't spicy. Don't order here anymore.

An absolute disgrace. You always have to wait over two hours. You call at half past six and the food comes at half past nine. Never experienced anything like this before.

Food has been ordered and delivered twice now and bottles of dishes have been received twice. The call was answered somewhat strangely and no compensation was received. Too bad very disappointing.

Can't understand the bad reviews. We order here quite often because it tastes extremely delicious. Unfortunately the suppliers don't find the way very often but that's the fault of Google Maps and the location of our apartment. Keep it up!

Ordered via Menu24 around 6 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. there was no sign of a delivery anywhere. Called the delivery service and asked, and the suspicion that the order had been forgotten was confirmed. At the end I cooked the whole thing myself, which was better and quicker than taking the “replacement” option. Order processing is very amateurish and unprofessional. So the delivery service is underground, the simplest order acceptance via online forms or platforms is not possible even though it is offered. Even one star is too much for this “performance” I won't be ordering there again, just too unsure whether I'll get something or not.

Essen is more like semi and in the 30 zone we are racing across the Heidstock at 70-80 km/h as if the driver had won his driving license in the lottery.

So I really have to say, absolutely TOP. No matter where we have gotten pizza etc. so far, whether in Großrosseln, Völklingen, Püttlingen or somewhere else. Nowhere was the pizza as tasty and good as here. Elsewhere the dough is too thin, the edge is too hard and the whole thing is too salty and greasy. It was really a dream here, almost perfect. The salad was really good with the dressing. I haven't had that yet either. Every pizzeria in the area can take a leaf out of it. Gladly again 🙏👍👍👍

Ordered on Sunday evening and am still waiting for my food. So it never arrived and no one called to say that the food wasn't coming.

Pizza with personal pickup. The thickness of the dough was perfect, delicious cheese, good salami, perfectly seasoned pizza. I recommend.

Food is so-so... wrong delivery times given... supposedly from 4:30 p.m.... but then only from 7 p.m.... annoying when you order early and then get a call... the driver doesn't come until then 7 p.m....unprofessional...often problems with opening times and delivery times on the internet....
