Hot & Spicy Pizzaservice in Völklingen

We've been ordering from there for ages. While the food isn't particularly high-quality, it's good value for money and the delivery is super fast!

Unfortunately, we found hair in our food again – this isn't the first time. We tried to politely point this out over the phone, but were completely brushed off. No apology, no understanding – instead, they just hung up. Truly disappointing, especially since we've been ordering regularly and in large quantities for years. After this experience, this was definitely our last order. This is no way to treat loyal customers.

The pizza delivery is OK. The price/performance ratio is good. The place feels more like a snack bar than a restaurant. The waitress also has to answer the phone for the pizza delivery service. It's noticeable.

Absolute RUDENESS!! Up until now my partner and I have ordered from here regularly. The food always arrived before the stated delivery time and was perfectly fine. Today I ordered a Combinazione Panna (baked). About halfway through the meal there were metal/aluminum shavings in my food. I called the restaurant immediately and waited for their response (since we have never been dissatisfied before). When there was no apology, I asked for my money back. However, they refused, saying that I had put these shavings in the food. PS: I only ate my pasta with a fork and did not damage the aluminum tray.

Essen is more like semi and in the 30 zone we are racing across the Heidstock at 70-80 km/h as if the driver had won his driving license in the lottery.

We each had Hawaischnitzel and Jägerschnitzel. The schnitzels were super tasty 😋 and very large portions. We will definitely be back. The price-performance ratio is top👍

Pizza was still raw and cold and they were unfriendly on the phone and even asked how they should sell the pizza now. I would prefer not to give a star at all!

I only know Hot & Spicy as a delivery service, it is very popular in our company. When I do, I only order the Indian dishes and they are really recommended. Since a lot of colleagues order here, the pizza also seems good. Punctual and reliable delivery.

Had Indian-style schnitzel for lunch today. Large portion, good taste. Missed the Indian spices. It was more of a paprika/chilli schnitzel.

You can eat salad plates there, although they are also quite expensive. I can't recommend anything else

Zuerst wurde eine falsche Pizza geliefert. Nach einem kurzem Telefonat hatte ich innerhalb von 15min die Richtige und durfte sogar beide Pizzen behalten. Top Service. Pizza war wie immer bestens 👍

Nichts außergewöhnliches aber im Großen und Ganzen solide. Preis/Leistung passt.

Ich hab gewechselt vom "schönen Italien" .... Einfach bisher super. Salate sind gross und schmecken (okay, meist nur Eisberg, aber Nizza hat auch anderen Salat drin zB), Nudeln sehr okay, Indisch ist wirklich richtig richtig geil!! Pizza ist halt etwas dicker (nicht wie ital., aber noch okay). Schnitzel sind auch super: schmecken und für den Preis !!! 2 grosse flache mit leckerer Sauce. Ich kann euch aber jedenfalls indisch empfehlen: sehr lecker !

Kann ich nur empfehlen Hab auch viele Freunde die es empfehlen vor allem das man es warm geliefert bebekommt

Heute war das Essen nicht so gut ,soße sehr flüssig und nicht Spicy...soße hat sehr nach Wachholderbeeren geschmeckt das widersteht einem mit der Zeit. Schade, dass man nicht immer die gleiche Qualität bekommt, sonst wären wir immer zufrieden.

Super Essen, super Preise. Alles warm geliefert und freundliche Fahrer. Nur zu empfehlen!!!

Essen war eigentlich immer gut, eben Essen bestellt und darauf hingewiesen das es nicht scharf sein soll. Das Essen kahm und war ungenießbar.
