Hähnchen Haus in Völklingen

Ordered Chicken Mango (chicken breast, mango, Punjabi spices) and lasagna with ham and peas just before closing time. The food was freshly prepared, and the wait was well-tolerated. Visually well-presented and tasty. Unfortunately, no non-alcoholic non-carbonated drinks.

That's how the cream schnitzel arrived

Absolute disaster. The last time I ordered from there. Starting with being asked for a tip at the door (absolutely unacceptable), I present the food here. I have no idea what kind of cheese that is, but it's inedible. The meat is tough and dry, and the fat the croquettes were cooked in is old. The salads came without sauce! After calling and asking why there was no sauce, they said, "Oh yeah, there's no more sauce." The nuggets meal came without fries and without salad (maybe not a bad thing, because it would have been without sauce). I'll never order from there again. Very annoying, and no substitute offered. We would have been better off at the McDonald's.

NEVER AGAIN!! Absolutely unacceptable, it's time this place closed down. Incredibly rude, even with simple, polite questions.

I ordered a good and expensive meat dish, but unfortunately, due to the tiny portion, I wasn't satisfied... what a shame!
