Hähnchen Haus in Völklingen

Ordered Chicken Mango (chicken breast, mango, Punjabi spices) and lasagna with ham and peas just before closing time. The food was freshly prepared, and the wait was well-tolerated. Visually well-presented and tasty. Unfortunately, no non-alcoholic non-carbonated drinks.

The food is awful. The taste is utterly terrible. WAITING TIME: ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN THAT CRAP.

Absolute disaster. The last time I ordered from there. Starting with being asked for a tip at the door (absolutely unacceptable), I present the food here. I have no idea what kind of cheese that is, but it's inedible. The meat is tough and dry, and the fat the croquettes were cooked in is old. The salads came without sauce! After calling and asking why there was no sauce, they said, "Oh yeah, there's no more sauce." The nuggets meal came without fries and without salad (maybe not a bad thing, because it would have been without sauce). I'll never order from there again. Very annoying, and no substitute offered. We would have been better off at the McDonald's.

I order from them almost every week for work. Today I ordered a salad for €9. The portion was less than a Lidl ready-made salad: half an egg, two olives, half a tomato, and four slices of cucumber. The pasta and pizza rolls are great, but the salad is an outrage for the price! There wasn't even any bread included.

I had a very unfriendly lady on the phone. We wanted to order drinks. Last week we ordered schnitzel; it was definitely my last order because it came without sauce and was almost inedible.
