MAESTRO in Völklingen

Absolute disaster. The last time I ordered from there. Starting with being asked for a tip at the door (absolutely unacceptable), I present the food here. I have no idea what kind of cheese that is, but it's inedible. The meat is tough and dry, and the fat the croquettes were cooked in is old. The salads came without sauce! After calling and asking why there was no sauce, they said, "Oh yeah, there's no more sauce." The nuggets meal came without fries and without salad (maybe not a bad thing, because it would have been without sauce). I'll never order from there again. Very annoying, and no substitute offered. We would have been better off at the McDonald's.

Ordered for the fourth time yesterday, after recently giving it a top review. Admittedly, it was already 9:40 PM when I placed the order for three dishes, but given the stated opening hours of 10:15 PM, it should have still been doable. I was a bit surprised by the rather quick delivery... The MaestroBurger was definitely not even halfway freshly prepared, and before putting it in the microwave, they could have at least made the effort to remove the aging lettuce and tomato slices... The side salad looked sadly lame, so much so that I immediately wondered if it had also been treated with radiation... The other dishes weren't much better, unfortunately.

We were completely dissatisfied today. We're absolutely certain: NEVER AGAIN. The burgers were always delicious, but what was delivered today was unacceptable. A BBQ burger with a soggy calamari ring – what was that even doing on a BBQ burger? The meat was cold and half-raw, the usually delicious crispy fries were soggy, and the side salad with dressing was inedible. It's a shame, but unfortunately, we can no longer recommend them.

Just ordered. I ordered a schnitzel with asparagus, hollandaise sauce, and spaghetti. Unfortunately, the sauce was more like soup than anything else, and there was very little spaghetti. I ordered a Tuscan schnitzel with croquettes. The schnitzel was there, but there wasn't a trace of croquettes. I've ordered several times before and I'm sad that it's getting worse each time. I'll just eat my schnitzel without any sides. Very disappointed. I'll think twice before ordering from there again...

Ordered for the third or fourth time yesterday, but unfortunately the burger doesn't taste the same as before. The meat tasted like rubber. The fries aren't what they used to, and they've cut corners on that. The taste has completely changed. Unfortunately, this is the last time I'll order from there. That's how you lose customers. Sorry, but I got the feeling they're not making any effort anymore.

A complete waste of money. I ordered the Greek casserole (according to the menu, it had olives, peppers, and ground beef). I got a casserole with just potatoes, sauce, and some kind of meat. So I called and asked what had happened with my order. I was told that I should have specifically stated that I wanted the casserole exactly as it was on the menu, since many people don't like it that way and they would do it differently. Just a weird place where only idiots seem to work. Unfortunately, I really can't recommend it the last time I ate there.

Everything was great, I'd go back again and again. Great meat and sweets. Great burgers and pizza. And punctual as always. 👌

I've been ordering there for a few months now, and everything has always been good. But this time it's the highlight: half a bowl of spaghetti, half a bowl of salad, and the schnitzel 😳. Never again.

Once again, very disappointing. This time the delivery was on time, but the food was absolutely terrible. The sauce was too watery, the meat was tough (even though it was turkey!), etc. We used to really enjoy ordering from there. But it's getting worse each time. Now it's over.

Um 19:40 wurde wie Speisekarte 24 die Bestellung bestätigt mit einer Lieferzeit von 50-60min. Angerufen und nachgefragt, ist in Arbeit fahrer kommt, jetzt ist es 22:20und bezweifle das ich mein Essen überhaupt noch bekomme, da in 10min offenbar Ladenschluss ist. Essen kam doch noch um 22:30 aber mit knapp 3 Std Lieferzeit eine Zumutung! Kann ich getrost drauf verzichten,nie wieder!!

Bis jetzt 3 Mal dort bestellt.....das erste Mal war alles in Ordnung ...beim Zeiten und dritten Mal jeweils fast ne Stunde länger gebraucht als angegeben .Sehr mühselig Ein Stern extra weil man BBQ Soße auswählen kann .

Schon mehrfach dort bestellt. Gestern hatten wir erstmals Burger. Kamen schnell, waren heiß und die Pommes kross. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Die Burger sind sehr gut, Käsepizza genial und bei Kritik ist man sehr offen und es wird bei der nächsten Bestellung verbessert. Von der Bestellung zur Lieferung haben wir noch nie länger wie 45 bis 60 Minuten gewartet.

Hatte Burger Russi. War top Pommes hatten biss, trotz Styropor Menübox. Wahrscheinlich wegen dem Papier, was drinnen lag. 50 min nach Wadgassen, wie lieferando angegeben hat. War wärmer, als ein McDonald's burger direkt vor Ort. War positiv überrascht, jedoch hatten wir nur Burger. Fleisch war gut :) Danke

Sehr zuverlässig und leckeres essen bestellung war pünktlich da personal war am telefon sehr nett und zuvorkommend einfach top preisleistung sollte überall so sein 👍👍👍

Burger sind sehr fein und äußerst preiswert. Pizza ist auch ganz gut. Nudeln eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Kann ich nur Empfehlen wir hatten Schnitzel die sehr gut sind .Dass einzige was mir nicht so gut schmeckt ist das Salatdressing .Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt hat super geklappt gerne wieder .

Der beste Bürger den ich gegessen habe.Eine gute Portion und ist nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Donnerstag Burgertag Die kleine Lieferverzögerung wurde mit leckeren Dips ausgeglichen. Die Burger waren sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Für den gezahlten Preis kann man absolut nicht meckern. Der Laden hat einen positiven ersten Eindruck hinterlassen und hier wird auf jeden Fall erneut bestellt. Macht weiter so!
