Bella Italia in Saarbrücken

Last time I order from there. The quality is getting worse and worse. This has nothing to do with pizza. A greasy flatbread with what appears to be imitation cheese and the cheapest ingredients. Even though they claim to use Caputo flour, they don't understand anything about dough or quality. The pizza was cold, with a hole, and the fries were cold. The box was soggy. Everything was sticky. The driver was the only thing that worked. Nice and friendly. After today's disaster, I won't order from there again!

We order there regularly and everything has always been fine. Today, unfortunately, a few things went wrong. The delivery time was already estimated at 60-70 minutes. This also happened when we picked it up. When we ordered the pizza, we were told that they had run out of mushrooms. So we ordered the pizza without mushrooms. The food arrived after more than 80 minutes. The tortellini panna, unlike usual, had very little in the shell. The rigatoni was inedible. The sauce tasted very sour, as if it had boiled over. It was inedible as it was. When we called, we were simply told that they had run out of meat sauce and that was why there was tomato sauce in the rigatoni and that was more sour. No one pointed out to us when we ordered that there was no meat sauce either. So the rigatoni was missing the mushrooms and the meat sauce and the whole thing was sour too. We wouldn't have ordered it like that if we'd known. (No one pointed out that the rigatoni was missing mushrooms, but we could have guessed that since there were no mushrooms left for the pizza.) Our only response was, "We'll be more careful next time." Very disappointing for regular customers. We'll probably order elsewhere from now on.

Top we have been ordering regularly for over a year and we have not had any complaints so far. Pizza was fresh and salads were always full of taste. I would recommend the salad chef.

I've ordered many times and the food has always been good. Unfortunately, there was a hair in the combination today. Absolutely disgusting. I called to report it. All they said was that they couldn't explain it and we'd be more careful next time. I would have expected a replacement and an apology. After all, we paid the full price. Definitely the last time for us.

We've ordered pizza several times before; the delivery times are okay, and the pizzas have always been good! Yesterday, we ordered pasta for the first time. Spaghetti Alio Olio was absolutely terrible. We should have sent it back. There was no garlic, and no seasoning whatsoever, like anything spicy. The oil didn't even taste like olive oil; instead, it contained sliced ​​olives. Taste-wise, it was a complete zero! For a restaurant that calls itself Bella Italia, you'd expect at least a simple pasta dish to be decent.

It's a disgrace you order online and then have to wait 2 hours for the food. Delivery time of 2 hours, that never happened with the old boss. Once and never again! I ordered pizza and salad. The pizza was completely soggy and definitely less than 30 cm thick. It tasted okay but nothing special. The salad was iceberg lettuce drenched in sauce, thrown together with very few ingredients. And according to the flyer, this place has been around for over 30 years...

Great food, was just here, we even got fries on the house, highly recommended!

More than two hours delivery time. Schnitzel and salad were a disaster and the supplier tried to rip me off and see if I would fall for it.

Absolute impudence. I ordered via Lieferando when I received the delivery confirmation, I saw that the restaurant was only a few minutes away from me and I offered to come and pick it up in person over the phone because the waiting time of over an hour was too long for me, this was denied several times The reason was that it would be brought to me in 5 minutes. 45 minutes later the driver arrived. The food wasn't good. I ordered gnochi Gorgonzola and an Italian salad. The salad was shrunken. The sauce was way too oily, but it can happen that my gnochis aren't cooked through. The sauce gets stuck on the palate and there are pieces of ham in the sauce that I don't like I ordered! If I were a vegetarian I wouldn't have been able to eat this. Very disappointing and the driver flirted with me in a way that was more than unpleasant. I can't recommend it.

Very clean pizzeria, very friendly staff including the boss and super delicious food at a normal price. We recommend.

Neuer Koch ? Geschmacklich 0 und das Fleisch eklig. Für 42 Euro hätte ich mir lieber was schönes gekauft

Sehr zufrieden...., Pizzen sind super Lecker, Fleisch wird immer frisch zubereitet, keine TK Ware. Inhaber wie der Lieferservice immer sehr sehr nett und flexibel. Vielen Dank , Daumen hoch.....weiter so!!!!!

Für meinen Geschmack, die beste Salatsoße die mir bekannt ist. Dazu kommt, das ich eine große Pizza bestellt habe und diese so groß war, das man sich wirklich Mühe geben musste sie zu schaffen. Ebenso guter Geschmack wie die eben genannte Soße. Liebe Leute, probiert es selbst. Lohnt sich!

Die Pizzen sind lecker, den Rest an Speisen kann ich nicht bewerten. Für den Lieferservice sollte man 90 Minuten einrechnen, besser selbst abholen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Schnitzel , Salat und Kroketten waren heiß und sehr gut.

Waren bisher sehr zufrieden, aber gestern waren wir enttäuscht 😞 Mein Schnitzel war ein Löchriger Fleischfetzen und die Portionen sind geschrumpft.....Fahrer wie immer sehr Freundlich. Geschmack war OK aber ich wünsche mir die Gewohnte Qualität zurück.....

Geschmacklich und Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sehr gut. Bestelle dort immer mein Essen da ich sehr zufrieden bin. Macht weiter so. VLG

Bin mit dem Essen zufrieden... klar gibt es mal Tage da ist es nicht denn Erwartungen entsprechend.... aber ansonsten passt es genau wie die Lieferzeit ist auch ok .....nur bitte auch wenn man sich durch das ausliefern kennt bedeutet das nicht das man sich direkt super gut kennt..... und auch jetzt in der corona Zeit bitte trägt beim liefern eure Maske und keine Begrüßung küsse mehr vielen Dank.... ist wirklich nicht böse gemeint aber ich mag sowas nicht war überrumpelt

Wenn Lieferservice, dann nur hier!!!! Geschmack super, egal ob Nudeln, Pizza, Schnitzel oder Salat (und wir haben fast alle Gerichte durch), falls lange Lieferzeit, dann wird das bei der Bestellung schon angekündigt und der Lieferant ist einfach nur super nett und korrekt.....mittlerweile schon ein "Freund " unserer Kinder!!!

Essen ist gut, sehr freundlich, günstig.

Pizza wurde pünktlich geliefert.... der Belag war in Ordnung, nicht zu fettig und nicht überladen, wie eine Pizza sein sollte. Heiß wurde sie auch geliefert. Nur der Pizzateig scheint ein Fertigteig zu sein, zumindest hat er eine sehr große Ähnlichkeit wie der vom Aldi, er schmeckt nicht schlecht aber nicht nach echtem Pizzateig. Daher nur 3 Sterne. Salat, Nuggets und Pommes sind okay für die Kids, etwas Pommessalz für mehr Geschmack würde nichts schaden.

Geschmack, Auswahl, Preise und Lieferzeit sind fantastisch. Gute Angebote und das Personal ist IMMER super zuvorkommend und lieb.
