Fast delivery and simply delicious

Food didn't arrive for over 90 minutes. After asking several times, we were told that the driver was supposedly in a traffic jam (very unlikely at 8 p.m. Google Maps didn't show any traffic jams either) and the food was then delivered cold. After complaining on the phone, we were only told that cold food would also taste good. This closed the issue for the employee. This was the last time we ordered from PizzaMax today.

Since the store was sold, you can't eat there anymore. I only go there in an emergency and then I get annoyed every time. Savings are made on ingredients and quality. Even the fries are either soggy or salty and smell like old oil that hasn't been changed in too long. Too bad. Used to be my favorite store. P.S. What I've read here in terms of responses to comments from the new owner borders on being more than sassy!!

An order of 2 salads was canceled because no dressing was available and a refund of EUR 26.86 was promised within a week. 17 days later there is still no money, there is a phone call and the customer service contacted by email has declared that they are not responsible. You can keep the money and have lost a regular customer. Congratulations.

The Donatus were tasty but not exactly cheap either

I was debited money for the delivery and I was supposed to come pick it up. I called to say that I couldn't do it and that I would please cancel the order. They simply hung up and after a colleague called to say that I should come pick it up or bad luck

The concept of ordering online and picking up is brilliant and works perfectly 👌. The pizza is also very tasty and reasonably priced 👍👍 We would order again 🤤

Quite okay. Waiting time of about 50 minutes was okay, but despite only being 3 to 5 minutes away, the food was already as good as cold. The pizzas aren't cut anyway. The taste was okay.

Waiting time for the order was 1.5 hours, all the food was cold, the burgers were slapped together and inedible. One star is still too many, but Google doesn't allow 0 stars!

Pizza disgustingly burnt and rotten, delivery person cheeky and small. I had to wait almost 3 hours and you'll have real problems.
