It was delicious, I've never had such a delicious pizza before

Had to wait almost 2 hours for our delivery and called several times. They always said pizza was in the oven or on the way but it took a lot longer than expected. The pizzas were also way too salty and after the waiting time and the bad reviews we lost our appetite. I wish I could give 0 stars because this store isn't even worth it

I thought we were living in the twentieth century that something like that wasn't delivered anymore, pizza cold, not cut, oversalted, hardly any toppings on it, if I had known about this earlier I wouldn't have ordered the rubbish and eaten one cold straight from the supermarket. Never again

Once and never again. The employees should be locked up, you think that Pizza Max are the same everywhere, but here I must have reached into the deepest toilet. The food is honestly a horrible experience 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 Chernobyl Pizza

It was my first and last time ordering pizza there. I have never experienced anything like this before: 1. Waited two hours for the pizza 2. Pizza is totally cold and tough 3. Pizza is very thinly topped. Almost no cheese, almost no dough and there is very little topping. 4. Pizza tastes dry, stale and old. I paid almost thirty euros and not even one person was full of this 38 cm pizza. The only thing that comforts me is the certainty that I will never order anything here again. I wish I had informed myself in advance and read the comments here. Please be careful people.

Ordered over the phone on Sunday around 6:36 p.m., it said Max 60 minutes. Called again at 8:40 p.m.... yes, the driver is on the way (5 min drive time). 9:30 p.m., made dinner at home. Order hasn't arrived until today to. It wasn't the new owner of the old one... hope it goes bankrupt... Never again

When I ordered at 3:30pm on a Sunday I was told the food should be there in 30-45 minutes. After 80 minutes she was finally there. Unfortunately it turned out that the mozzarella rim I had paid for (€3) wasn't there. During a phone call with the restaurant, I had to listen to a few cheeky and condescending answers that didn't help my problem. The food there is actually very tasty, but if I wait longer than expected, pay for something I didn't get and then get bullied stupidly on the phone, then I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I just ordered food and there was this screw in the box of my burger, so I ate my burger very carefully in case there was one in it, but luckily there wasn't one in the food. The food is very tasty, but something like that just shouldn't be, it's not appropriate. I'll still order food because it's delicious, but when incidents like this occur, it just shows how poorly the hygiene is paid to in the restaurant and where you are should order differently

I ordered food at 10:30 p.m. It arrived at midnight and it was cold. The journey is 5 minutes by bike. Very unfortunate. Then I'll probably have to order somewhere else again

Order via Uber Eats. Delivered so quickly (30min?). And so delicious too. 9/10 (I have to cut it myself)

Unfortunately, the pizza was in the oven for too long. I had the feeling that it was different from Pizza Max - the dough was light and tasty

Ordered for the first and last time at this pizza max, the driver was almost 30 minutes late, rude and then also forgot the debit card reader, the pizza wasn't cut and was totally soggy/greasy so apparently it hadn't been in the oven long enough

Any frozen pizza would have been better.

I don't even order pizza anymore because I'm always disappointed. Now I've tried it at Pizza Max and I'm super satisfied. The dough was delicious, thin but with flavor and the topping was also very tasty and fresh. Pizza came after 15min, not 42, kinda spooky😆😆..I will order here again🍕🍕🍕🍕

Attention: Absolutely disrespectful and unfriendly (new) branch manager!!! I ordered something from this branch a few months ago. Since then, I have regularly received advertising addressed to me personally without my consent. When I spoke to the current branch manager on the phone today (the previous branch manager unfortunately passed away), I unfortunately had to experience that I was dealing with an absolutely uncomprehending person with aggression problems. The “dear gentleman” kept interrupting me and simply didn’t want to understand why one could have a problem with a local delivery service storing personal data in order to then send out personally addressed advertising without being asked or requested, and he even only had “good things” about it for the customer”. He then told me that he would give me his cell phone number and that I should then send him my name and full address so that he would remove me from the mailing list. (He wasn't interested in the fact that I had already told him my name and address on the phone and was obviously not enough for him... maybe he also wanted my cell phone number?) 🤔 The end of the song was: “If you have a problem with that, then come by in person or contact headquarters, you little…” (then he hung up). I don't want to know what title would have come after "you little...". Such behavior towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. Neither by an employee and certainly not by a branch manager. I strongly advise the branch manager to look for a job where he has nothing to do with people or customers as long as he doesn't get his aggression under control. I definitely won't be ordering anything there again. 👎

Unfortunately my experience with Pizza Max was disappointing as I found a dead insect in my pizza. This greatly detracted from the entire dining experience and did not meet my expectations of the quality of the ingredients.

Pizza bestellt gehabt, wurde vor der Angabe geliefert und komplett kalt angekommen. Nicht geschnitten worden und sehr viel gespart worden an Zutaten. Kaum Käse nur Teig. Sehr traurig.. für knappe 30€.

Leider sehr unhöflich und deren Art und Weise gegenüber anderen ist sehr respektlos und können Fehler nicht zugeben... bei mir sind diese Menschen die dort arbeiten durch.. wenn sie mit deren eigenen Landsleuten auch so umgehen wundern mich einige sachen nicht

Seit Jahren mein Stamm Pizza 🍕 Lieferladen. Kann nix negatives sagen, immer pünktlich geliefert geworden, Pizza 🍕 war immer frisch & warm, sehr nette Jungs die Auslieferen da gibt man gerne Tipp 🤗🍕

Pizza war wirklich nicht gut. Extrem dünner Teig, kaum Käse und trocken. Den Preis absolut nicht wert.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne, das ist kein Essen, die Pizza , naja wenn man diese Substanz so nennen mag - halbroh, matchig & wabbelig. Tut euch besser auch den Wein nicht an. Der taugt nicht mal zum kochen was.

Service ok, Schnelligkeit ok, Pizza Con Carne Ø 26cm zuviel Salz, zuviel Zucker! Man schmeckt nur diese Zutaten und etwas Schärfe, sonst nicht. Hab die hälfte weggeworfen. War nicht zu genießen. Schade!

Wie immer sehr lecker. Auch der Aktions Teriyaki Burger war super.

Ich hatte mich bei der Bestellung verklickt, nach einem Anruf wurde die Bestellung unkompliziert geändert obwohl ich bereits per PayPal bezahlt hatte. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da der Fahrer geklingelt hat, obwohl ich extra in die Bestellung geschrieben habe, dass er nicht klingeln soll, da die Kinder schlafen. Er hat sich 1.000 mal entschuldigt und Fehler können passieren aber ärgerlich war es trotzdem.

Beste Lieferant in ganz Hamburg freundliches Personal besser als vor ein Jahr. Küchen Personen sehr freundlich

Die Jungs sind klasse! Nicht nur die Pizzen sind jedes mal spitze. Haben heute das erste mal Pommes bestellt… die kamen krosser und leckerer an, als bei so manchem Fastfoodladen. Wir bestellen gerne wieder hier :-D

Nettes Personal schnelle Lieferung Leckere Pizzen

Ich habe schon viele Lieferanten durchprobiert. Und Pizza Max in Tonndorf sticht enorm hervor. Mitarbeiter sympathisch, Lieferung immer pünktlich und das Essen mega lecker. In den Pizzen und Pasta kann man sich reinlegen. Bei so etwas gebe ich gerne auch überdurchschnittlich Trinkgeld. Diese Filiale ist definitiv mein Standard Lieferant.

Der Geschmack ist sehr lecker, aber die Pizza kam in Form eines Dreiecks an, der Fahrer muss sie bitte richtig tragen danke

Essen ist noch heiß, wenn es ankommt. Von Burger, über Pizzabrötchen und Pastasalat schmeckt alles echt gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend.
