Gepellos Pizza Manufaktur in Hamburg

Pizza disgustingly burnt and rotten, delivery person cheeky and small. I had to wait almost 3 hours and you'll have real problems.

For me it's by far the best pizza in the area. Compared to other restaurants, the pizzas are baked perfectly and are still always nice and juicy with airy dough. Even when delivered, the pizzas are still so hot that you can easily burn your tongue if you're not careful. The options for thick dough and spicy salami (pepperoni sausage), which is actually pretty spicy, clearly set Gepellos apart from other pizzerias. You only have to plan for really long waiting times for delivery, but given the quality I'm only too happy to accept that!

Not only did the pizza we ordered arrive way too late, but thanks for that it was also burnt. I then called the branch in Bergedorf and complained. I wanted the pizza taken back. The answer I got was that the pizza wasn't burned and if she took it back, I wouldn't get my money back because they would have to throw the pizza away, and I would also be blocked so that I can't order anything in the future (That I didn't plan to anyway). This is an absolute disgrace and I will definitely never order anything there again.

Unfortunately, the supplier has cut down a lot. We have already ordered the Mexico pizza twice. It was always good. Only this time it was really bad. The first picture is what we ordered. The second picture shows what we got. After we complained, the first thing we said was, if I take the pizza back I will block you??? Uh?? Since we actually know this pizza, we were very amazed. Either the owner has changed or the ingredients have been changed. So it can work out well, but if it doesn't work out, the reaction unfortunately isn't fair.

The pizza had plenty of toppings and was delicious. However, some people might complain about the degree of baking as some of the cheese becomes crispy.

Super-duper. It's really quick. Got my pizza in 10 minutes. I'd like to go there.

The best pizza in Bergedorf ;) We only order there! The children's pizza is also very popular...The first order was a failure and arrived burnt. Since then, after a telephone complaint, our order has been taken out of the oven earlier for us. We can only recommend the Carbonara to everyone. Thank you for enjoying :)

We have often ordered pizza over the phone and picked it up ourselves since we don't live far away. Everything always went smoothly and in a friendly manner, special requests were fulfilled when it came to the toppings for the pizza, and we were always served in a friendly manner on site and never had to wait a long time. The pizza is always very tasty, juicy and plentiful with toppings. Really highly recommended.

I live nearby and have often gotten pizza here. The staff has always been friendly and the pizza was ready at the agreed pick-up time. Pizza is generously topped and tastes very good.

Very clean kitchen, pizza super tasty.

I ordered 2 large and 1 small pizza. The small pizza should be with curry chicken. However, it didn't taste like curry in the slightest, it just tasted as sweet as crumb cake. In addition, the edge was very hard and part of the pizza was burnt. The edges of the two large pizzas were very hard and partially burnt black. Actually I wanted a pizza and not charcoal. The tuna pizza didn't taste like tuna either; it had no flavor at all. They then reacted very unfriendly to my complaint, didn't want to deliver me a new, unburnt pizza and didn't want to give me my money back. I was offered to pick up the pizza again but without bringing a new one or refunding me the money (48.29 euros). In addition, I was told that I should never call or order by email from the “Gepellos Pizza Manufaktur” again. I didn't have to be asked to do that, it won't happen again anyway. Conclusion: Pizza didn't taste good, after removing the burnt spots, 1/3 of the pizza was missing and the boss is aggressive and very unfriendly. LOSS OF SERVICE / LOSS OF PIZZA! I have to give one star otherwise I can't send this review!!!

Have been ordering here regularly for years and always with pleasure. Whether pizza, pizza rolls or casseroles; It always tastes very good and is carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. If you stand at the counter on site, you can watch it. There is no skimping on ingredients here! And it is always clean & tidy, which is very important to us. The employees are courteous and friendly, whether by phone or in person. Our little son also loves stopping by there in person and chatting to the friendly staff:) If the waiting time is longer due to high demand, they always announce this directly when ordering. So we could always plan and know what was going on. We will definitely remain customers here and can warmly recommend this family business! Super tasty, fresh & friendly staff:)

Eigentlich immer gut, geschmacklich das beste was man in Bergedorf bestellen kann. Leider heute bisschen verbrannt.

Wir haben dort bisher 3x bestellt und immer waren die Pizzen lecker gewesen. Ob sie zu dunkel sind oder nicht? Ich denke manchmal ist grenzwertig, aber auch Geschmackssache. Wir waren bisher immer zufrieden. Bei der letzten Bestellung kam der Fahrer leider über eine Stunde zu spät, dies lag aber daran, dass er eine falsche Adresse eingegeben hat und anstatt nach Altengamme nach Hamm gefahren war. Die Pizza war aber erstaunlicherweise noch heiß gewesen und der Fahrer hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und wollte uns aus seinen Privatgeld auch finanziell entgegenkommen, was ich ihm sehr hoch anrechne. Sein Verhalten fand ich super. Fehler passieren und ich habe dafür auch Verständnis, auch wenn hungrige Kinder die ins Bett müssen natürlich nicht schön sind ;-) Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder.

50-75 Minuten Lieferzeit war angegeben und wurde auch eingehalten. Essen war sehr lecker!

1 Stern Abzug wegen der Lieferzeit, aber abgesehen davon die beste Pizza im Umkreis von Bergedorf. Das lange warten lohnt sich.

Sehr höflich, Essen wird schnell und heiß geliefert. Und es schmeckt immer sehr gut und es ist reichlich. Ich bestelle nur dort meine Pizza.

Sehr leckere Pizza. Einfach zu empfehlen! Am Wochenende längere Wartezeit. Auf jeden Fall früher, bzw vorbestellen.

Einfach Klasse. Alles wird frisch zubereitet, das Personal ist sehr nett unddas Ambiente für einen Lieferservice mehr als Ok.

Die 3,3 Sterne sind völlig unberechtigt!! Die Pizzen kamen sehr heiß, sehr schnell und sehr sehr lecker an. Auch super Preise. 5+++ Weiter so! Wir bestellen wieder ❤❤❤

Heiße Lieferung und immer wieder lecker! Egal ob Pizza oder Nudeln.

Leckere Pizza für einen Lieferservice finde ich die richtig gut! Würde 4 Sterne geben aber da einige Leute hier 1 oder 2 Sterne geben haben gebe ich 5. Nur dauert die Lieferzeit etwas länger als wie angeben...

Ich habe noch nie eine so gute italienische Pizza geliefert bekommen. Die Pizza war wirklich unglaublich gut, frische Zutaten und ein knuspriger Boden. Ich bestelle das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier!

Meiner Meinung nach die beste gelieferte Pizza. Der Service ist auch sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank dass ihr auch unter den derzeitigen Umständen liefert!

Pro, ihr wart pünktlich und der Snack war heiß. Die Pasta war auch al dente, der Lachs war allerdings in Rente, grau und zäh. Der schwamm länger in der Senfsauce als im Gewässer.. Deklariert hattet ihr das Gericht, mit roten Beeren, es war roter Pfeffer was vollkommend ausreichend ist und in moderaten Mengen auch Klasse dazu gepasst hätte. In moderaten Mengen eben, nicht 120g auf eine Portion.

Gutes essen, aber leider muss man immer öfter über 1 stunde auf die Bestellung warten.

Sehr lecker essen dort gerne schnell und preiswert

Wir haben heute eine Portion Nudeln und eine große Pizza bestellt. Wir haben ca eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Super. Die Nudeln waren sehr lecker und die Pizza hat auch hervorragend geschmeckt. Super toll belegt und einfach toll. Alles wie bestellt Und gewünscht. Zu den Nudeln gab es noch ein Pizza Brötchen gratis. Preis Leistung, Geschmack und Service waren super. Wir bestellen hier beim nächsten Mal gern wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Bis jetzt war alles immer super lecker, heiß und frisch. Bestell dort immer wieder und hab schon vieles ausprobiert, es gibt keinen Grund für eine schlechte Bewertung. Die Fahrer sind immer sehr freundlich und Lieferung erfolgt super schnell. Bester laden, alles stimmig 👍

Essen war in 20 min da. Pasta war lecker. Das Tiramisu ging gar nicht! Die war komplett noch gefroren und mit Sahne gemacht worden. Außerdem schmeckte die nicht nach Kaffe sondern Wasser. Für knapp 4 Euro

nicht zu empfehlen. Achtet beim Mittagsangebot auf die Preise auf der Rechnung. Pizza fast ungenießbar. Salat komplett ohne Sauce
