At 2:30 p.m., an incorrect delivery was sent. I called eight times by 8:30 p.m. and still haven't received my correct food. I've never experienced such service before, and I'll tell my friends never to order from there again.

The delivery person was annoyed and unfriendly, I think. The food was hot. But what happened to your calzone?! It was really small and flat. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from you again.

I ordered today, but the dip only lasted until today. I won't be ordering it again.

I can't rate the food. I haven't ordered from there yet, and I never will. I see the cars and drivers every day. They drive very badly. Sometimes like pigs. I find it even worse that people smoke in the cars. It makes me sick, even if the food is packaged, I still find it disgusting.

When we order a pizza, we only order here, nowhere else the pizza is as fresh and well made as here, the blokes are always friendly and no matter if you pick up or let them deliver, they are quick. And the pizza tastes. Our favorite is the vegetarian and the basis with red onions, mushroom and extra cheese .... . Who ever runs this business, well done mate. Keep your business as it is.

We order pizza once a week with several colleagues. We're quite satisfied with the quality of the pizzas (with a few exceptions). It's rather annoying that one portion of Kaiserschmarn is often made into two portions. It's precisely these kinds of negative things that tend to stick in your memory.

ON 04:02 I ordered a salami pizza, unfortunately I had no money, the chef did me the favor of paying the next day, on the 05th I was in Hamburg for work so I couldn't pay, Thursday 06 I'm at home sleeping since I worked early in the morning, around 9.30pm I don't hear the phone ringing plus 6 calls not to mention the ringing on the bell behind the door, you started knocking so loudly that you made the house shake and I woke up, the neighbors complained, I hadn't opened the door for you, how dare you come to my house and make the house shake with your knocks on the door for €10? The neighbors scolded me, I already have problems in the condominium, you were really badly behaved, you are being reported for public peace, you were kind to wait for me, but for €10 you shouldn't be allowed to go into people's houses without them opening the door and start ringing and banging on the door to the point that you make the house tremble, The delivery man with black hair and black glasses, about 1.75m tall, a little fat, really badly behaved but at the same time kind, I will never order from you again, you were really badly behaved I'm giving you one star because if I can't write the review. I will never order from you again!!! Not recommended!!!

I just had the best pizza ever!

Ordered the Almedin salad again today. The quality has become very poor, there is hardly any chicken in it when it is ice cold, the bread chips are sticky and much too thick, the pomegranate syrup was completely missing. I called and got a replacement salad. Not much better and the sauce was missing. The man on the phone was very unfriendly and, like the messenger, could hardly speak German. How are you supposed to communicate? Very sad because I was actually a regular customer. Will probably change in the future

Delivery time not met, driver cannot find address and cannot be navigated using the phone, it seems as if he neither understands nor speaks German. In the branch, initially nice on the phone, but the boss was unfriendly and canceled the order, and the issue was over. It's a shame, not recommended if you have a desired delivery date and only a limited time (work break).

Impossible delivery, impossible service. Suppliers dropped the pizzas and each one looked more than unappetizing. Instead of suggesting a solution, we were simply ignored. I can only advise against ordering from such an incompetent and unaccommodating branch.

On August 10th I ordered pizza rolls and a pizza with dip, then I wait an hour and the dip isn't there. I called again and they said the dip would arrive in 10 minutes. I waited on the dip for 70 minutes and nothing came. Afterwards I called again and apparently they said the dip was just outrageous and I didn't even get the money back. My pizza rolls are still delicious when cold, but whoever likes cold food and waits is outrageous and simply bad organization

If I could, I would give 0 stars. This store is bottom drawer. I have had many phone calls, chats and messages and either no response or people lie. Conclusion: Food was bad (spinach smelled bad and tuna tasted disgusting), the calzones looked like pizzas mashed together, there was no replacement that evening, the hotline is also incompetent and my 30 euros are gone. I've tried so hard to get you a voucher, your money back or or... because I actually prefer to clarify things like that directly instead of leaving a nasty review, but after 2 months of effort, I'm still 30 euros poorer for bad food and I don't see why I shouldn't warn others about it. So: better order somewhere else! Honestly! Because if something happens, you can't reach anyone and your money is gone like bye bye money!

I ordered the same dish 3 times in different time. Pasta with carrots and mushrooms. Once it was tasty, second time it was very tasty. But third time it was not tasty at all. There was almost no souse and the food was very dry. Was so satisfied in the beginning and very disappointed at the end.

First of all: The food was edible and delicious. BUT: 1. I ordered three things and only received two. I called yesterday and was then referred to today and now have to have huge discussions with the employees about how I want to receive the rest of my order this year (or at least have my money back). But on the phone, if I say that I didn't receive everything yesterday, they immediately hang up or say "I don't understand". 2. I had to pay 29.40 for my order and gave 50 euros. But I only got 15 euros back. The rest (5 euros) was kept cold by the driver. 3. Every employee I spoke to could only speak broken German. How am I supposed to talk to someone who doesn't speak German or English?

The goods are quite okay. But if you're waiting 1 3/4 hours for delivery, it doesn't make sense. It's not the rule, but it does happen sometimes.

Unfortunately I have ordered via Liferando. I made a mistake and didnt change the payment option so I called them immediately to change it as I didnt have any cash with me. At the end they confirmed I will be able to pay by card. The driver came shortly after we finished the call, obviously without a card terminal. He was about to come back i 30 minutes.. Unfortunately, this time with card terminal which didnt work. So I lost a lot of time and got no food at the end.

Driver said I should order half an hour earlier next time. Order went out at 11:25 p.m. Open until midnight on Friday! Well, then I won't order from you anymore. I've also had better lasange. Pretty cheeky...

Pizza was good. However, pre-ordered - and then suddenly the Lieferando app says it's an hour!!! Takes longer. When I called, I was assured that the pizza would be ready on time. Stood on site for 40 minutes with "it's almost ready" as the only statement.

Always satisfied except for one time

Wir haben hier schon öfter bestellt. Die Pizza ist ok und kommt meist zügig, daher zwei Sterne. Wir haben allerdings mit den kalten Gerichten schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht - bei der Bowl hatte die Süsskartoffel schon dunkle Flecken und der Ziegenkäse auf dem Salat war definitiv verdorben.

Lieferung und Support unter aller sau. Definitiv nicht nochmal! 2 mal angerufen und jedesmal bestätigt bekommen, dass es Lieferung ist statt Abholung, weil bei Lieferando als Abholung anzeigte. Trotzdem nochmal einen Anruf bekommen wann ichs abhole🤬 Dann sollte ich nochmal die Adresse per sms und WhatsApp schreiben. Nach noch 2 weiteren Nachrichten... Der Fahrer hat für 4 Minuten Auto Strecke über EINE Stunde gebraucht. Ich wollte dann die kalte pizza nicht mehr. Nahm die kalte Pizza nicht zurück. Wenn man nicht das Ziel hat Geld in Müll zu werfen, lieber wo anders bestellen. Wie ich sehe bin ich nicht die einzige Person. Die Bewertungen sind voll von Leuten, bei denen die Lieferung unter aller sau wat und offensichtlich haben diese Leute keine Lust auf Verbesserung. Ich wünsche euch ein Ende ohne Schrecken.

Der Thunfisch auf der Pizza war ranzig. Kein MA konnte Deutsch. Austausch nur nach Diskussion. Neue Pizza war extra kaum belegt.

Haben in den letzten 4 Tagen gleich 2x hier bestellt. Essen super , Lieferung pünktlich, Essen heiss . Es gibt nichts zu meckern !!!!

Der ruf der pizzakette ist zurecht gut Die letze Pizza war sehr lecker

War zwar ganz lecker, aber die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe mein Essen dort abgeholt und der Typ in der Küche lässt den Deckel für die Bowl auf den dreckigen Boden fallen und packt den trotzdem noch aufs Essen.
