The pizza was delivered quickly and hot. It tasted absolutely delicious!

We wanted to eat there. Pizzas were brought to our table in pizza boxes. We then took the pizzas with us, which were drenched in oil. Unfortunately, I can't post a picture here. Simply disgusting. Never again: 4.7 stars, absolutely incomprehensible. You couldn't taste anything except oil.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my last order. The pizza rolls I received were so burnt that they were inedible and had to go straight in the trash.

The delivery was really quick and the pizza was good, but the aioli dip I ordered with it had been expired for over a week.

Unfortunately disappointing – never again! I ordered from Burger Max Altona and am very dissatisfied. The delivery time was unclear and couldn't be tracked – a real nuisance. When the food finally arrived, the burgers were cold and tasted like they were stale or had been reheated. The meat seemed like cheap frozen meat from a wholesaler (probably Metro), with absolutely no fresh taste. The fries were just as disappointing – hard, soggy, and tasteless. Overall, I had a very bad experience and will definitely never order from Burger Max Altona again. Not recommended!

I have ordered there at least 30 times and as a restaurateur I can only confirm that the food is always fresh, hot and super tasty. I haven't been disappointed once so far. If you want really good delivery fries, I can only recommend them! So far everything has been very tasty and made with a lot of love. I hope you will maintain this quality :). So now it's time to order. 02/13/2025 I measured your pizza for the first time today. 2cm were missing. There was hardly any cheese on my margarita. Dough was incredibly thin and €1 more?

We often order from Pizza Max, the pizza tastes good and is cheap! Normally delivery takes half an hour. But for six months we have waited more than an hour, today even an hour and a half! That's not possible, we wouldn't order again.

I would especially like to praise the young man who took my order today, friendly and warm... Food tastes excellent... Can't rate the ambience, haven't been there for a long time... Greetings from Joe 👋

The employees gained access to our hallway and threw advertising on the stairs, which we can now dispose of in the waste paper. Almost all mailboxes also have a clear “No advertising” sticker on them and yet flyers and menus were posted everywhere. That is forbidden. If you don't care about the customers' wishes or the applicable laws, I'd rather not have their food prepared. They don't care about rats in the warehouse or unwashed hands. From my own visit a long time ago, I can confirm that the quality of the pizzas and the ambience of the shop are also below average.

Pizza is always great, pick-up discount is definitely worth it. Unfortunately, it happened a few times that they messed up the order and only then started. But basically really recommended.

I had the worst food poisoning of my life, including a hospital stay, and then the boss spoke to me in a very ambiguous way, which is really an absolute no-go. Funnily enough, two other friends of mine had the same experience on the phone

The driver explained to me that tips paid through the app are not paid out to the drivers. Underground.

Food just arrived (cold). Forgot Fanta, called the delivery person and said he would get in touch and nothing came! Didn't reach either and it was already paid for.

Habe vor einigen Tagen bestellt und die Pizza (Sucuk) war sehr lecker, frisch und wurde sogar warm geliefert. Nur zu empfehlen! Endlich einen guten Pizzalieferanten :)

Ich bestelle hier gerne. Schmeckt mir hier auch immer. Klappt auch immer gut mit der Bestellung und Lieferung.

Zurzeit beste Pizza. Es wird nicht an Zutaten gesparrt und der Pizzaboden ist lecker und fluffig. Besser als Dominos und Vince co.

PizzaMaxx Altona hält seit Jahren sein freundlich appetitliches Niveau. Das Ambiente kann ich nicht bewerten. Ist ja ein Lieferservice :0)

Ist ne wirklich gute Lieferpizza, geliefert von immer netten Lieferanten. Immer heiß, immer reichlich belegt. In Altona mein absoluter Lieferfavorit.

Lieferung in angegebener Zeit. Telefonischer Kontakt freundlich. Pizza heiß, sehr heiß. Pizza ordentlich belegt. Empfehlenswert. Wer hier italienische Pizzakunst erwartet wird enttäuscht, aber das gibt der Laden ja auch nicht vor. Klare Empfehlung.

Hab heute gegen 22:00 uhr bestellt. Mega sympathischer und freundlicher fahrer. Die Pizza war so heiß der käse war noch richtig weich… habe echt noch nie eine so schön heiße pizza geliefert bekommen. Geschmacklich isses halt immernoch ne bestell pizza und keine vom italiener aber für das was es ist muss man echt sagen alles top.

Wie immer seit dem neuen Besitzer absolut lecker und empfehlenswert .

Die Premium-Pizzen sind regelmäßig interessanter als die der Mitbewerber, wenn es dem Lieferdienst gelingt, zügig heiß zu liefern, was meist auch der Fall ist. Auch die Doppel-Burger mag ich. Grundsätzlich könnte es immer noch ein bisschen schneller und heißer sein, deswegen nicht ganz die volle Punktzahl.

Chickenburger und Pommes sind hier immer wieder der Hammer. Aber auch Pizza können sie. Die haben es einfach drauf!

Für unseren Kurztrip nach Hamburg, extra von der Reeperbahn zu Max Pizza in Altona gegangen. Es war eine gute Entscheidung !! Eigentlich Lieferpizza, haben aber leckere Pizza am Tisch essen können.

Immer heiß und frisch. Lieferung auch immer um die 30 Minuten. Nur die Preise sind etwas angezogen in letzter Zeit.

Super leckere Pizza und die Pasta ist auch der Hit ..... das Personal vor Ort ist auch mega freundlich und flexibel.

Ich habe grade eben essen bestellt, und 1/3 essen wuden nicht aufgenommen. Ich steh jetzt da ohne mein Essen. Eine Pizza hatte ich bestellt und die wurde bei der Bestellung nicht aufgenommen. Jungs ich bin richtig sauer auf euch!! Man sollte am Telefon besser zuhören! Nur als Tipp! Sowas geht garnicht. Bin richtig verärgert grade das ich mein Essen nicht bekommen habe!! Und ich habe extra 2 mal gesagt ich benötige Gabel für den Salat und wurde auch vergessen mit zu liefern. Stellt bitte Leute ein die besser am Telefon zuhören können!! Ich werde NICHT mehr bei euch bestellen!! SORRY ABER DAS GEHT GARNICHT!

Haben uns Pizzen auf unser Hotelzimmer bestellt und es war super lecker!! Wir sind begeistert, der Geschmack ist top und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort bestellen wenn wir in Hamburg sind.
