Prestos Pizza in Hamburg

It's unbelievable you wait for an hour then you call and it says about 20-35 minutes. ... and then they need another 30 minutes, never again until then you've lost your appetite

On Lieferando, 80% of reviews are fake (5-star reviews without comments). And why? Because otherwise they'd only have bad reviews. Ordered once and never again. The pizzas are really bad, and delivery takes a long time (2 hours). It's truly absurd that they have to fake their reviews instead of simply improving.

We had been wanting to order a pizza on site for a long time, but we never managed to do so because there were never any staff there during the promised opening times and the restaurant was closed. This is our fourth time and we were there at 12:17 p.m. (supposedly opens at 12) but the shop was closed. The food may be good, but we can't rate it because we were never able to eat it.

Caution. The order received was not at all satisfactory. When I called to describe my problem, I was told in a very unfriendly manner that it was my problem and that they didn't want to help me!

Food good. BUT now for the fourth time in a row extremely long delivery times! Ordered at 7:48 p.m., 8:41 p.m. promised delivery time ( Lieferando ) The delivery was only made 9:16 p.m. So if you can/can wait a long time for your food, you can order here. It can happen once, but not every time. It's a shame, but we're ordering somewhere else now. Luckily there is enough choice. Ordered again two years later (2024). Ordered via the Presto homepage and you have to pay a delivery fee of €1.50, OK. But 120 minutes delivery time is absolutely too long!!! The food was already cold, the sauce was just lukewarm. In the meantime we called Presto, “Yes, the driver has already left and the food is on the way”. According to Google Maps a journey time of 17 minutes. After 38 minutes the food arrived. So either they lied and only quickly prepared the food when they called or the driver knows a damn bad shortcut!

One of the worst restaurants I have ordered from. I was also delivered the wrong food, which I only realized after taking a bite. The delivery person then came back and took the food he had bitten off to drive further. Unfortunately, calling the restaurant didn't help. So continuing to deliver eaten food is just audacious and disgusting. Will never order from this dirty shop again.

WAS once good in 2000, but unfortunately the taste has deteriorated a lot today. November 14, 2023: Paid 30 cents extra for garlic oil on the pizza, without warning the telephone operator! What a shame, the competitor gives you something like this for free as always!! Garlic dip tasteless!! NEVER AGAIN !! They have lost a good customer from the last 25 years!

Food is cold despite the pick-up order and I don't even live 350 meters away. Fries soft not salted and the meat is dry hard as a board, practically dead fried. I can fry better meat with an iron pan. As a trained chef, you know how to fry meat and how it should taste, and the same applies to the fries. As a note, use the ketchup from Netto. Once and never again. Cooking doesn't have to be an art, but you should learn how.

Food was okay. Delivery, however, wasn't really professional. 😔 If there are terraced houses built across the street with a sign "X - Y" on the street, I expect a driver to draw the conclusion that the house number they are looking for is probably in between and not a call from a driver , who tells me that he can't find the house and basically forces me to do his job and pick up my food from the street. Sorry, I didn't order via delivery service for that. 😔 Order again from this delivery service. Maybe again sometime. Certainly not again in the near future after today's experience. 😔

The food tastes really horrible and the waiting time is not met. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone

Gute Auswahl der Speisen, angemessene Preise und das Wichtigste: Topqualität. Das Essen kommt pünktlich und heiß, wie es sein soll. So gewinnt man Stammkunden.

Vegetarische Pizza large 12€,normal für lecker Pizza in hh.belag ist abwechslungsreich,nicht langweilig(bestell immer die gleiche-ist nie die selbe).Personal nicht künstlich freundlich,eher Natur freundlich.kann man besoffen verstrahlt hin gehen und wird blöde angeguckt oder abgezockt.meine Pizza braucht ne zigarettenlänge.für den üblen vordurst gibt's gutes gekühltes astra-taschenfass.für mich top Adresse im Hamburger Speckgürtel.
