They are not professional at all, and always forgetting items from the order , the delivery guys are rude . Not recommended

Very disappointing I've been ordering regularly from Pizza Max Harburg for over six months and have always paid with Pluxee vouchers without any problems. Today I ordered again (selected cash payment, as usual) – but when the delivery driver arrived, he refused to hand over the food because I only had Pluxee vouchers and no cash. I was never informed that these vouchers were no longer accepted. No warning when ordering, no information from the restaurant – nothing. Even when I politely asked for a one-time exception so I could at least get this order and be aware for next time, it was refused. The driver even called the owner, who also categorically refused. For a customer who has ordered there very frequently, I find this treatment absolutely disappointing. I will definitely not be ordering from Pizza Max Harburg again.

Pizza Max absolutely thrilled me! The pizzas aren't just topped with incredibly fresh ingredients, but also baked to perfection – crispy on the outside and beautifully moist on the inside. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the toppings: aromatic tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and a truly generous amount. The service also deserves praise: friendly, fast, and reliable. My order arrived piping hot, which isn't always the case with delivery services. My personal favorite is the Pizza Diavola – flavorful, intense, and simply incredibly delicious. But the classics like Margherita and Funghi are also excellent. If you're looking for a really good pizza, Pizza Max is the place to go. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered from them and accidentally overpaid the delivery driver by €20. He contacted me that evening and refunded the money the next day. Excellent service! The food is also very good; everything tastes great.

I often order from the Harburg branch or pick up an order myself. The service is always excellent, and special requests have always been accommodated. The service is always friendly. The pizza and delivery were fine, but I had chosen to pay by card. Unfortunately, the delivery person didn't have the device with them, so I was forced to pay in cash. That shouldn't be happening."

The pizza was okay, but nothing more. The prices are too high for pizzas that are churned through a conveyor belt oven. Bottom line: Good value for money --> not at all.

This service is garbage and the men who work there are trying to get underage girls (they wanted the number of 12-14 girls and winked dirty), absolute disaster

Top food for a delivery service. The team and the boss are also great guys and you are always welcomed with respect. A rarity but it is possible to dine on site and in warm weather there are tables and chairs on the terrace so you can eat there too. The store is moving with the times and has long offered the option of paying on site by card, which also sends its drivers with an EC card reader.

Incredibly good delivery service. Tried almost every dish now. Pasta, pizza, burgers and especially the fries are outstanding for a delivery service. Only recommended.

It's a shame there's no more Chicken Teriaki Pizza...

We have often ordered pizzas and it was always delicious but this time the dough was different and it didn't even taste good. The quality of the dough has deteriorated.

Ok, I can't rate the ambience 😂 it was delivered. Had the Diablito pizza rolls and they were delicious, I mean we must have ordered 30 pizzas as a group, everyone arrived on time and hot and the driver patiently picked us all up one by one without making a face. I know things differently in restaurants. Big praise for the logistics, impressive.

Sorry guys. Once again, a time order was received far too early. It's not about 5 minutes! Ordered for 7:30 p.m. At 7:03 p.m. the doorbell rang. It is said repeatedly, the boss! The boss has already sent me on my way. I'm now waiting here until 7:30 p.m. arrives and we can eat together. I now spend time writing a great review. Time when the food vegetates in a really delicious way. Time to let my frustration out where it belongs and remember the resolution: NO more Pizza Max!

The staff are exceptionally friendly. The pizzas were divine and very inexpensive. I have rarely eaten such a good Margherita. There was also a pleasant pick-up discount. We were positively impressed all around. Highly recommended !!

Instead of strips of beef steak, just a few minced crumbs on the pizza. Very disappointed.

People are so quick to take care of it if you have a mistake. (Ordered twice) Delivery time: 50 minutes until they arrive. Pizzamax scored 5/5 after 15 minutes of Ding Dong, unfortunately I didn't have a tip.

Ich habe letztens bestellt, bei der Lieferung wurde das Dressing für den Salat vergessen, und der Lieferant wollte mir keinen neuen bringen, da es zu spät war. Wir haben uns am Telefon auf eine Gutschrift geeinigt, mit den Worten "keine Sorge ich regel das" heute wieder bestellt, erzählt was letztes mal das Problem war, Ergebnis war, dass ich diesmal dressing bekommen hab. Total fehl am Platz, weil der Salat vom letzten mal schon im müll liegt. Hab eher mit einer gutschrift auf die nächste bestellung oder einem Gratis Salat gerechnet, aber um sich anständig zu entschuldigen braucht man halt Ehre. Abgesehen davon hatte ich Jalapenios auf den Loaded Fries, obwohl ich explizit darum gebwten hatte, keine unterzumischen. War für mich das letzte mal hier. Lieferanten waren nett, und das Essen ganz ok.

Ich bin eigentlich immer zufrieden, Pizza ist lecker aber auch die Pommes oder Pizza Brot. Ich werde wieder bestellen.

Einer der besten, wenn nicht sogar der beste Lieferdienst in Harburg. Nicht nur für Pizza, Pasta und Burger sind auch klasse. Der Bestellvorgang ist unkompliziert, die Lieferung erfolgt schnell und die Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich. Was will man mehr!

Wir bestellen hier recht häufig, meist Pizza, Pizzabrötchen und Wraps. Die Produkte sind alle sehr lecker und die Lieferanten sind stets freundlich. Die Preise sind teilweise stark angezogen worden. Leider gibts es seit einigen Monaten kein Tiramisu mehr als Dessert.

Richtig gute Pizza + Pommes Die Pommes sind kanckig wenn sie hier ankommen und heiß. Die Pizza ist auch sehr gut. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und ist eine gute Abwechslung zu anderen Läden Essen war auch schneller da als angegeben 👍

Ich mag pizza max(Belegio) ich werde weiter empfehlen.

Bisher 2 mal bestellt und beide Male hat was gefehlt. Beim zweiten Mal sollte ich den Laden anrufen, den Fahrer hat's nicht interessiert. Brauche ich nicht wieder.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die Besten gelieferten Pommes, vegane Pizzabrötchen möglich (Zwiebel, Spinat ;)), essen war bisher immer heiß bei Ankunft. 👍🏼 Top UPDATE: Leider nurnoch 2 Sterne. Seitdem da neue Leute arbeiten (ist jetzt schon wieder eine ganze Weile her), hat sich der Service und das Essen sehr verändert. Bei fast jeder Bestellung wird etwas vergessen oder vertauscht. Die genervte Reaktion, wenn ich das anspreche gefällt mir nicht. Und auch das Burgerfleisch ist für mich ungenießbar geworden. Was bleibt sind die guten Pommes und Pizzabrötchen (wenn denn meine Bestellung richtig geliefert wird). Ich bestelle da deswegen so gut wie gar nicht mehr. Schade

Trotz unserer nicht immer guten Erfahrungen mit den Lieferpersonal muss ich zugeben das die Burger, Pizzen und Snacks immer sehr lecker und warm waren, weshalb ich „Pizza Max“ mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann. Geschmack ist am Ende immer hin das wichtigste!

Wenn ich mal eine Pizza bestelle, dann hier. Schneller Lieferservice (allerdings wohne ich auch in der Nähe), freundliche Boten und auf Extra-Wünsche wird in der Regel auch eingegangen. Die Pizzen sind gut durchgebacken, mit nicht zuviel und auch nicht zu wenig Käse. Die Pizza-Brötchen schmecken auch sehr lecker, insbesondere die mit der Spinat-Hirtenkäse-Füllung 😋 Pasta, Calzone und Burger(-Menüs) habe ich noch nicht probiert, daher kann ich hierzu nichts schreiben. Hier gebe ich gerne Trinkgeld 👍

Das essen war natürlich essbar, würde aber nicht unbedingt wieder dort bestellen. Der teig der pizza war zeh und der burger war nicht so gut (das fleisch war zeh). Wie gesagt nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir bestellen gerne in harburg ABER die Pizza ist ständig trocken es ist einfach keine Tomatensoße drauf sehr schade
