Noch nie sowas erlebt.. gestern Abends bestellt, nach 1h angerufen und wurde 2x gesagt Fahrer ist auf dem Weg, essen wurde nicht geliefert und der Laden war nicht mehr erreichbar. 50€ ausgeben für eine sonst wirklich gute Pizza und dann 2x angelogen zu werden und die Lieferung nicht zu erhalten ist von Dreistigkeit nicht zu überbieten

Ich war kürzlich im Mission Pizza zum Abendessen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und bot ein schönes Ambiente. 😌 Das Essen war in Ordnung; die Pizza war okay, aber nichts Besonderes. 🍕 Der Service war ebenfalls zufriedenstellend, die Mitarbeiter erledigten alles effizient. Das progressive Lagerbier, das ich probiert habe, war interessant. 🍻 Insgesamt war es ein zufriedenstellendes Erlebnis. 👍

Meine Frau und ich sind eher zufällig auf diese Pizzeria gestoßen, aber ehrlich gesagt, wenn wir wieder in Hamburg sind, kommen wir ganz bestimmt wieder. Die Pizza war wirklich hervorragend, und die Soßen… so etwas haben wir noch nie gegessen – Weltklasse! Die Atmosphäre in der Pizzeria ist sehr angenehm, perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen. Der Service ist ebenfalls erstklassig – der Kellner war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass man gerne länger verweilt. Ich kann dieses Lokal wirklich jedem empfehlen. In dieser Pizzeria fühlen meine Frau und ich uns so wohl, dass wir, selbst wenn wir in Hamburg nicht so glücklich sind, ganz bestimmt wiederkommen. Die Pizza ist wirklich köstlich, und die Soßen sind köstlich… wir sind also nicht die Einzigen, die das weltklasse finden. Auch die Atmosphäre in der Pizzeria ist super angenehm. Perfekt, um sich zu entspannen und etwas richtig Gutes zu essen. Der Service war ebenfalls top – der Kellner war unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und sympathisch, sodass man sich dort sofort wohlfühlt. Wir können dieses Restaurant wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind raus bei diesen Mondpreisen. Dort passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt gar nicht mehr und lässt sich auch mit nichts begründen. Haben dort immer eigentlich gerne geholt, damals aber schon eigentlich zu teuer. Mission Rolls (Teigtaschen mit was drin, Herstellung minimaler aufwand mit diesen Preisen zu versehen, ist schon sehr frech. Website und App sind seit Jahren katastrophal. Jetzt sind die Preise wirklich jenseits von akzeptabel für das was kommt, weshalb wir hier nicht mehr bestellen. Leute ihr seid ein Pizzalieferdienst, keine Nobelpizza mir geiler Location.

Sehr cooler Laden. Die Pizzen waren wirklich sehr lecker und das Personal war richtig freundlich und sehr aufmerksam den Kunden gegenüber. Empfehlungen passten bestens und was nicht geschafft wurde, konnte eingepackt werden. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder wenn wir in Hamburg sind..

Super nettes Personal, leckere Pizza mit aussergewöhnlichen Sorten

Mittlerweile muss man für mindestens 35€ bestellen, damit man eine Pizza geliefert bekommt. Absolute Frechheit. War wirklich unsere Lieblingspizza bei all dem Schund, den man mittlerweile bestellen kann, aber jedes Mal für mindestens 35€ ist schon frech. Sehr schade.

Leider war ich diesmal enttäuscht. Die Pizza kam nur lauwarm an und geschmacklich hat sie mich auch nicht überzeugt – eher langweilig. Gerade weil ich bisher immer begeistert war, ist das besonders schade. Für zwei Pizzen 42€ zu zahlen, die dann nicht wirklich überzeugen, ist enttäuschend.

Leider kam die Pizza vermehrt kalt an, und bei dem Preis muss einfach alles stimmen.

Der Ort ist schön und ruhig. Das Essen schmeckt gut.

Die Hot Honey ist wieder die alte 👌🏽 Ich hatte die Hoffnung schon fast aufgegeben.

Es ist niemand telefonisch erreichbar! Einmal habe ich jemanden erreicht der gar kein Deutsch sprach und auch das Englisch war extrem schwer zu verstehen. Vor über 40 Minuten wurde mir gesagt, meine Bestellung sei unterwegs, bis jetzt ist es immer noch nicht angekommen. Absolut unterirdisch!

Terrible experience with them. They did not deliver my order completely. I ordered pizzas worth 70 euros and half of them were missing. They are not saying anything about refund even after calling them to follow up. If you don't want your money stolen, DON'T ORDER AT THE THIS PLACE!! Ich hatte eine furchtbare Erfahrung mit diesem Laden. Meine Bestellung wurde unvollständig geliefert. Ich hatte Pizzen im Wert von 70 Euro bestellt, und die Hälfte fehlte. Auch nach mehreren Anrufen zur Nachfrage habe ich keine Antwort bezüglich einer Rückerstattung erhalten. Wenn Sie nicht Ihr Geld verlieren wollen, bestellen Sie bloß nicht dort!

Wir waren zu einer sehr ruhigen Zeit dort, aber die Pizzen waren einfach himmlisch und der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Hamburg bin.

Kleine Pizzeria in Altona. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Das Essen selber hat mir persönlich nicht so gut geschmeckt. Ich hatte eine Ranch Rover mit Chicken. Die Ranch Rover Sauce habe ich mir extra (nicht auf die Pizza) geben lassen. Die Sauce war wie eine Mischung aus Ajoli und Majo. Das Chicken war leider geschmacklich und optisch nicht gut. Die Restlichen Zutaten waren frisch und gut. Ich selber würde nicht noch einmal dort essen.

Nachtrag: Sie können noch 10x sagen, dass Sie sie hier abgestellt haben und ihrem Fahrer vertrauen, der im Übrigens auch mal seine Umgangsformen am Telefon überprüfen sollte, wir haben sie aber nicht bekommen! Wir haben zu Zweit für fast 90,-EUR zwei Pizzen, einen Salat und eine Flasche Wein bestellt, warum sollten wir uns das jetzt ausdenken?! Jetzt wird auch noch von Videobeweisen geredet! Ich bin wirklich fassungslos! Wie gesagt, uns sehen sie nie wieder als Kunden! Wurden um eine Flasche Wein für 20,- betrogen. Wurde nicht mitgeliefert und am Telefon stellen sie es so dar, als würden wir lügen. Hab mich selten so unfair behandelt gefühlt! Pizza war super, aber diese Weinflaschengeschichte ist so ein krasses No Go gewesen, dass wir hier nie wieder bestellen werden!

Dort an einem Samstag Abend bestellt. Es wurden die Pozzbrötchen vergessen. Als ich anrief hieß es es würde 2 Stunden dauern diese nachzuliefern (wir wohnen 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt) oder wir können das Geld zurückbekommen, hierfür soll ich einfach eine e-Mail schreiben und sie würde es mir in wenigen Tagen überweisen. Das habe ich getan. 2 Wochen später habe ich dort nochmal nachgefragt, es hieß ich müsse mich bei uber Eats melden. Dort wurde ich darauf verwiesen das Rückerstattung nur innerhalb von 48 Stunden von der Bestellung akzeptiert werden, diese habe ich natürlich verpasst weil mir von Mission Pizza gesagt wurde sie kümmern sich darum. Nun habe ich erneut seit 5 Tagen nichts von dem Laden gehört und meine knapp 20€ (!) für Pizzabrötchen und Dip immer noch nicht zurückbekommen. Sehr enttäuschender Umgang mit den Kunden. Die Pizza war ganz ok

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, nur zu empfehlen.

Drei vegane Pizzen, viele vegane Dips, schöner Laden, zwischen 16 und 17 Uhr leer, richtig gute Musik!

Gute Preise leckere Getränke und passende Atmosphäre. Passt👐

Die Pizzen waren sehr groß und lecker — selbst die Kinderportionen waren riesig. Das Ambiente erinnert allerdings eher an einen Dönerladen oder Lieferdienst. Der Boden war recht empfindlich gegenüber Straßenschmutz, sodass man deutlich gesehen hat, wie viele Gäste bereits da waren. Außerdem waren nicht alle Tische sauber und die Bedienung wirkte an diesem Tag etwas überfordert. Auch die indirekte Beleuchtung könnte einmal wieder vom Staub befreit werden. Da es der Wintereinbruch in Hamburg war vermute ich das es deshalb auch im Raum insgesamt eher kalt war. Daher ein paar Abzüge beim Ambiente, das Essen war jedoch wirklich gut.

Top Restaurant. Sehr angenehme Stimmung und sehr freundliches Personal. Essen war auch Top!

Moin Moin zusammen oder wie man bei uns sagen würde Gude! Mission Pizza kann man alle Male empfehlen, sehr angenehmes Ambiente im Modern-Style, trotz recht hohem Traffic ist dass Team on Point sowohl im Umgang mit Kunden, als auch mit dem top angelieferten Produkt! Die Pizza im New York Style, ist außen schön Cross und innen sehr fluffig! Könnte gerne auch bei uns auf machen ;)

Ich bin ein riesen Fan von MISSION PIZZA! Wenn ich mal Fast-Food-Pizza essen will, dann nur dort. Früher habe ich immer in den Elbvororten bestellt, aber der Laden ist geschlossen. Dann war ich gestern Abend ca. 20 Minuten vor Ladenschluss dort und wollte den Leuten dort möglichst wenig auf den Sack gehen. Und dabei hat man mir angeboten noch vor Ort zu essen, obwohl schon aufgeräumt war. Man hat mich mit sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit bedient. Die Woche ist mega anstrengend, aber das hat mir wirklich moralisch sehr viel geholfen. Vielen Dank, Männer!

The pizza was very good, however, ours arrived a bit squashed. My grandma was carrying the pizzas and there was a large stone in front of the door, and she tripped over it. Luckily, she wasn't hurt! Despite that, the pizza tasted great!

Delicious, but €37 for two pizzas is excessive.

It would probably be delicious if eaten there. But after an hour, a lukewarm pizza was delivered. Pineapple on the side (I know, some people hate it), but it's just awful here: €2.90 for six tiny slices. A truly unpleasant experience.

What a great pizza! The place was empty, which surprised us, but we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the burrata and arugula pizzas, and they were delicious. The crust was perfect—not too thick, not too thin—and a great size. A fantastic choice, honestly.

I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese and got a pizza with normal cheese + vegan cheese. Then they pretended that all the cheese was vegan, but as my stomach can assure you, it was not.

Mission Pizza: what a successful mission! Ordered: the truffle meat lovers pizza Delicious pizza, which, as the name suggests, is a truffle pizza. When you smell the pizza, you're a bit worried it'll be overpowering, but nothing could be further from the truth. The truffle sauce is wonderfully light and positively present, and every bite makes you want to take another bite right away. The crust is nice and firm, while the base is nice and airy and very easy to eat. Take it from this pizza lover. If you're in the area, stop by and have this pizza.

The service has gotten really bad. The online delivery time is 40 minutes. That used to be fine. Now it takes 60 minutes, and the pizza is lukewarm and very dark. It must have been in the oven too long. The side salad with ballsamic dressing is so sour it wipes the wrinkles off your face. Tell me, folks, where is this going? Please take us somewhere, pay more attention to quality and delivery times, like it was in early 2025. You could set your watch by it, and the pizza was very good and very hot.

The beer is good again now, and pizza was always great. That's how it should be. I'll be happy to come back more often. My original review below is no longer current. We used to come here about three times a month. Unfortunately, the beer selection gets worse every year. They used to serve fine craft beer from Mikkeler with very good pizza, but then they switched, and for a while there was only one Italian craft beer. It's a shame, but still okay. Now they only have Bitburger and Helles. Since then, only once every two months. I ask every time, and they always refer me to management. So, to you, management: It's a real shame. If you can, at least switch to a local brewery like Ratsherren or Landgang...instead of serving such boring industrial beer. Food: 5/5 Drinks: 1/5 That's why only 3 stars for the food...

Mega delicious pizza, absolute highlight

Relaxed atmosphere with a good selection of pizzas (vegan, vegetarian, and meat). The service is courteous and fast. The pizza tastes great. I especially enjoyed the fruity tomato sauce. The price-performance ratio is reasonable for the location and quality.

Service was so-so; the food arrived before the drinks, and we didn't really feel like we were being served well. The pizza was okay, but considering the price and what was served, it wasn't worth mentioning. It also had nothing to do with Neapolitan. Nice ambiance with modern decor.

I was skeptical because I've tried so many supposedly "authentic" pizzas – but Mission Pizza completely won me over. The dough: airy, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The toppings: high-quality, not overpowering, and perfectly balanced. I had the "Spicy Salami" – spicy, but just right. The tomato sauce tastes fruity and fresh, and the mozzarella is melting like a picture book. The shop is stylish without being pretentious, and the team is super friendly – you can tell the people working here love what they do. My conclusion: If you want really good pizza in Hamburg, you should come here. Bahrenfeld definitely has another culinary hotspot.

Be careful, the provider is offering 2 for 1 pizza. I ordered today (Taktikos, Haubachstr. 46) and only one was delivered, with the explanation that you had to press a special key combination to receive the offer shown! I've seen it differently with other delivery services, but this is a case for the consumer protection agency! It's better to buy from fair providers who stand behind their offers!

The pizza is delicious and has always been ready for pickup on time. Crispy dough, fresh toppings, and friendly service – that's what makes ordering pizza fun!

The Nutella rolls are super delicious, and the rest of the menu is fantastic. I'd love to go back!

The pizza was simply fantastic – freshly baked, with a crispy crust and high-quality ingredients. I was particularly impressed by the pizza with fresh arugula, diced tomatoes, and generously shaved Parmesan cheese – a real treat! The classic pizza with basil and ricotta was also delicious and perfectly balanced. What made the visit even more special was the super-friendly service. The gentleman who served us was incredibly warm and attentive – we immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere in the shop is cozy and relaxed, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or a quick lunch. I will definitely be back – a clear recommendation for all pizza lovers in Hamburg!

Great shop with very good food and service

First, the positives: Beautiful pizza boxes. Unfortunately, the pizzas were absolutely rubbish and the prices were truly outrageous. Never before had such bland tomato sauce and such tasteless cheese on a pizza. Not even the base was good. Overall, the toppings were poor and bone dry. €50 for two flavorless pizzas, a side salad that we couldn't eat because the cutlery we ordered was forgotten, and two Fritz Cokes. Awesome!!!

Amazingly hearty pizza, I find the dough particularly outstanding compared to various other shops.

Used to love this place so much but it’s really deteriorated over my last few orders (since the last 6 months) and tonight I ordered a pizza and had to wait over an hour when the shop is just around the corner so I could have just walked and picked it up , but I don’t expect this from a fast pizza place… the worst was when I called the shop the man “didn’t speak English” but told me didn’t in quite good English and also just didn’t care about the fact the order was so late !! Used to be worth it but I’d recommend to avoid this place now , will be the last time I’ll be ordering here sadly until they sort things out..

They simply bake top-notch pizza with a twist. The staff is always on hand, and there's always room, even on the relaxed terrace in summer. It's actually 5 stars, but unfortunately, they've recently stopped serving craft beer (Mikkeller, Crak), instead they're only serving industrial beer—hence a two-star deduction. Top-notch pizza deserves top-notch beer 🙏

5 stars – A taste explosion that you have to experience! I tried the Hot Honey Pizza – and what can I say? I am completely thrilled! The tomato sauce is a dream: fresh, fruity, with just the right amount of spice. Plus the perfectly melted mozzarella and the aromatic sopressata – simply heavenly. But the absolute highlight is the honey refined with chili: a brilliant idea! The sweet and spicy note takes the taste to a whole new level and brings a perfect balance between sweetness, spiciness and savory flavors. The dough was wonderfully crispy on the edge and at the same time soft on the inside - exactly how it should be. You can just tell that there is real passion and quality here. Conclusion: If you don't try this pizza, you're missing out on something great. I'll definitely be back - an absolute taste experience!

The pizzas here are legendary. ✨ It is also known as the “S.Pizza” among gourmets. Lunchtime is lunchtime here from 12-2 p.m. and you can get good food here for tasty prices + homemade lemonade for an incredible €14. ✨ Dogs are very welcome. That's a big plus. 🥰

Absolutely poor customer service. Due to an incorrect booking, I have been waiting for my money refund for 2 months, without success. Reactions to my emails and inquiries? None. Really disappointing, I can't recommend it.

Modern pizzeria with attentive staff and a quiet atmosphere. You can sit both inside and outside. Drinks were great, as were the pizzas. Fluffy dough, crispy edges and the variation was varied and harmonious. We would definitely come again! ☺️ 🍕

We were there for lunch. First they took our order very late and then that of another table who came later than us. We ordered pizza and drinks. When we got the drinks we noticed that both glasses were dirty. They exchanged it and apologized, but... and the supposedly homemade lemonade was definitely not homemade.

Die Pizzen hier sind legendär. ✨ Unter Feinschmeckern wird sie auch als die "S.Pizza" bezeichnet. Mittags von 12-14:00 ist hier Lunchtime und es gibt hier gutes Essen, für schmackhafte Preise + hausgemachte Limo für sagenhafte 14€. ✨ Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Das gibt ein dickes Plus. 🥰

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Aromen harmonierten perfekt miteinander und hinterließen einen bleibenden Eindruck. Jedes Gericht war sorgfältig zubereitet und überzeugte sowohl durch Geschmack als auch durch Präsentation. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Frische der Zutaten, die den Geschmack noch intensiver machten. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, was das Essenserlebnis zusätzlich bereicherte. Ob Vorspeise, Hauptgericht oder Dessert – alles war von höchster Qualität. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre des Restaurants trug dazu bei, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlte. Insgesamt war es ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis, das ich gerne wiederholen möchte.
