Unfortunately, Unterpackt will soon no longer be present 😢. I thought it was great, every time I went shopping there I liked buying spelled flakes. Of course the prices are quite expensive, but it is still important to have quality.☝🏾 I wish the MA's and the owner a lot of strength, and when one door closes, another opens...🙂

Delicious food and drinks, very friendly staff, service

Very great and mostly cheap gas station! But what stands out is the counter with the fresh rolls! Rarely have I had such good and delicious rolls! The drinks market is also excellently stocked. Value for money is absolutely top!

Nice place to take a break. Only 3 stars for the service today at 12:30pm. Pointed out to him the leftover food (🍅 tomato) under the table on the far left of the entrance. There were leftover breakfast crumbs under most of the tables. He didn't do anything, just walked past everything. It's a shame for the business......such employees.

Great atmosphere, the staff are on the ball and really warm. The food was very tasty and good portion size. The sanitary facilities were very clean and there were enough paper towels even after midnight. Looking forward to another visit!

At McDonalds it is rather mediocre...

I definitely agree with the comments below. There is a new employee working at this place. His skin is slightly dark and from his Turkish language, he obviously comes from Türkiye. I've seen rude cashiers in my life, but I've rarely seen someone this arrogant, reluctant, and out of character. I entered the store, there was no hello or a glance at me (he was focused on his friend who came after me), and while taking the order, he made strange movements with his mouth and facial expressions, as if saying "So what, what do you want?" You think he created the mountains haha Then, when he asks if he needs a coin, he says "well, of course I do" in German. Richtig schnippisch, wie jemand unten in den Kommentaren auch erwähnte. Preise sind im Vergleich zu meinem letzten Besuch gestiegen, die Qualität und der Geschmack hingegen haben nachgelassen. Und dann noch so ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter...nee danke, nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

We bought buns and decided to have breakfast here, but we had our own food with us, there were a lot of free tables, basically no one was inside, but we were still kicked out because we allegedly came with our own breakfast...

This rest stop is only good for short stops! Unfortunately it is closed!!!!!

Just bad, the customer is not treated like a customer, no matter how many times I repeat that I want to order my pizza without tomato sauce, I always get the wrong pizza or with tomato sauce and something completely different than what I ordered. Just cheeky because they didn't even want to spend a pizza on the house as an excuse instead they said (today is pizza day or it's cheap anyway). The way you treat your customers is simply disrespectful and cheeky.
