The fries were cold but still tasted good, but could have been a little crispier. In order to get to the minimum order value of €20 I had to order 3 sauces, which was far too much for the amount of fries. The sauces were very good and the quantity per cup was ideal, but unfortunately it was unnecessary to order so much just because of this minimum order value. The delivery man was very friendly and instead of ringing the bell as requested, he called.

I ordered two chicken teriyaki bowls via UberEats today and was absolutely disappointed. There were just four to five small pieces of meat in both bowls and they weren't even whole pieces, they were halved. For a dish that has “chicken” as the first word in its name, that’s really stupid. I even specifically asked in the order not to skimp on the meat and instead got less than you would normally get. (I assume that this amount does not correspond to the norm) When I raised the problem in the restaurant, the first employee didn't speak German and didn't pass on my concerns. The second one offered me to order again and then they would add more meat but why should I pay again just to get a normal portion? I've been happy with Dean & David so far, but if they cut corners in the wrong places, I'll definitely not order again. What a shame!

The female waiter was totally unfriendly, yesterday afternoon February 28th. We were there around 3:30 p.m. and I had to wait forever until I could order something and when she finally took me in, there was NOT even a friendly greeting, let alone she asked me what I wanted to order, she stood at the checkout without saying a word and stared at me. Where do you get something like that?! My husband and I often go there for a drink, but have never seen such rude and unprofessional service. She also doesn't know the hygiene regulations otherwise she wouldn't have worn her long black hair down behind a food counter. Not recommended! Friends and acquaintances will hear about the event.
