We had the Shakshuka and the overnight oats - both delicious! The drinks were also great. Plus super nice and fast service. We'll be back!

Very very slow service for just average food. I guess the “cool” atmosphere should compensate this mediocrity. Plus the owner gets the negative reviews deleted from google to pump the ratings up, instead of using them to improve.. not cool..👎👎👎

We came here for breakfast and it was so amazing. We had an overnight oat/chia seed dish (can’t remember the name) but I’m still thinking about it. SO good.

Good coffee but the food is probably the least value for money in Berlin. So called „antianflamotary Shakshuka“ for 15 euro is not edable, probably worst ever. for some reason it is also quite spicy. no table service but at the counter there is a tip button LOL. The Washrooms not really tidy, no paper towels/blazers just toilet paper to dry hands.

Healthy, delicious dishes in a modern atmosphere. The selection of vegan and vegetarian options is fantastic. Fresh ingredients and friendly service – an absolute must for health-conscious foodies!

Even after two weeks and numerous attempts to reach customer service, I still haven't received my juice treatment, which cost almost €200. I ask for clarification.

They deleted my review, so I'm rewording it and reposting it: I used to like it; however, it seems like they changed the quantity of food they serve. 2 months ago we had a probiotic study, which seemed to be 2/3 of the size of what it used to be—I counted and got 4 edamame beans, which was not the case before. Today I got a smoothie that had more of the consistency of a juice, and it had coconut milk in it without coconut being listed on the ingredient list. We were not fond of the truffle noodles, despite trying them twice. They used to have really nice plates, and they exchanged them for metal ones, so the vibe is not as sophisticated, either, in my opinion. I stopped going there.

Beautiful cafe but the coffee is not good as the service, they ask you for tipping for a take away coffee, you obviously can refuse but I found it excessive to even propose it.

Ordered the jackfruit and bit a stone that chipped my back tooth. Awful.

One of my absolute favorite spots for body and soul!! There is everything here that is good for you. Cold pressed juices (Run Forrest is my favorite), delicious coffee, great beauty products and employees who are all just super nice!!

Goods missing, goods different than described, but top product The product is great, but recently items have been missing from the juice treatment package. I have done the treatment several times now and have been very satisfied and have made many friends into customers. Now the so-called Burning Man shots are suddenly missing from the cures and the kombucha are no longer three different ones as described in the instructions, but only the same three times (it used to be boasted that the differences in the kombucha were particularly valuable - lately that doesn't seem to matter). The customer service is a disaster and is hidden behind statements like: “Just because the instructions say three different kombucha doesn't mean you get three different ones - they made a change to that effect on the website). The reimbursement of the missing goods is also not progressing and you are hiding behind problems with an opened incident with Paypal. A prime example of poor service for a great product.

I've always enjoyed going to Daluma, but the current price increases are really a disgrace. I pay almost €18 for an açaí bowl that is half the size of before. After I ordered “Additional Fruit”, I didn't get any other types of fruit, just “more” bananas and blueberries - the word more has to be in quotation marks here, because it still wasn't much. However, without the extra portion the amount would have been truly ridiculous. I understand that everything is becoming more expensive, but this is cheating the customer.

Eine Änderung der Zustellungsdaten war technisch bei UPS nicht möglich. Das Paket wurde an den Hersteller zurück gesandt, bevor ich das Problem lösen konnte. Dieser meldete sich immer erst verzögert. Auch bei der ersten Anfrage, als das Paket noch nicht auf dem Weg war. Nun das die Ware vernichtet wurde und ich auf den vollständigen Kosten sitzen bleibe, ohne Ware, erhalte ich plötzlich täglich antworten. Extrem ärgerlich und für ein deutsches Unternehmen ein ungewöhnlich schlechter Support (es gibt auch keine hinterlegte Telefonnummer zur Beschleunigung). Für mich gehe ich zurück zu größeren Labels und anderem Kundenservice. Preis-Leistung war also ein Flopp

I ordered a juice cleanse for the second time in two years. And for the second time, unfortunately, things didn't go as promised. If certain juices are not available, it would be fair if this was clearly and legibly written somewhere BEFORE you place the order. The juices were actually delivered quickly but unfortunately the Burning Man shots that are included in the 3-day green juice treatment were completely missing and the missing rehab juices were simply filled up with the other juices and not replaced with alternatives, as announced . You also plan some time for such a treatment and give yourself days off. It's annoying when you can't start because things were forgotten. For the price and the “promises” on the website, this is a bit sobering and really out of proportion. From the comments, it seems to happen more often... Unfortunately a phenomenon of our time: great photos, great advertising, investing a lot of money in marketing for the image - that has to be right, but saves on customer service. Unfortunately I still haven't received any response to my complaint...

In summer nice place to be but for winter I don’t prefer this place cause is to small. (Just my opinion) :)

Bought a juice cleanse and the juices were expired. Went to the store as per customer service advice and they told me they couldn’t do anything. They told me all of the items they have in store are expired or expiring soon and they don’t know when they will be receiving new items. I am beyond disappointed about not only the disrespect of customer service but of the people that are working here. Daluma has changed, what a shame.

I had a smoothie called baby face and asked to leave it out because it had ginseng in it, but the staff said I couldn't take it out but it was delicious so I ate it and sure enough! It's okay. It comes in 400ml, so it makes you feel full, so I recommend it when you're hungry for dinner!

Update: went there just for the NeoTaste Deal and was told that the app should have been updated and Daluma is no longer participating - so wasted my time and went there for nothing. Guess what: It’s now 2 weeks later and Daluma is still shown on NeoTaste I like the concept and have been a returning customer in the past. However, over time the food is boring me (and a lot of my friends) - nothing really new, dishes lack flavor and my biggest point of criticism: the food always takes forever to be served, which makes Daluma unfit for lunch breaks when you have a busy day at work. Oh and they unfortunately make one of the worst coffees around - but then it’s also not a cafe

I've known the shop since it opened. Back then it was something new, avocado toast was still something completely new. Now everything tastes very bland and everything is overpriced. The only thing I really love there are the desserts (banoffee!) from Georgia, not Daluma.

I don't usually write reviews like this but this just drove me nuts today. Went to the counter and said "excuse me" to get a staff member's attention to ask how much a bowl costs. She looked at me, ignored me and went on to chat with her colleague about something unimportant. I continued just standing there, looking at them expectantly, had eye contact multiple times with both of them. There was no way they didn't know I wanted their attention. I listened to what they were talking about so I know it wasn't urgent at all. They could've paused their chat for 5 seconds to answer my simple question, but no. After a minute of wasting my life time, I turned around and left, went to Wrapublic istead. (Great wraps, can recommend!)

Beautiful place for brunch or breakfast. The food was delicious just like the drinks. Staff was very lovely as well. Besides food and drinks you can also get skincare products however what I appreciated the most about it was the fact that none of those were pinched to us which made me more comfortable to look and explore it myself. 10/10

Healthy, Delicious, Nutritious Food - but what was once a chill and welcoming atmosphere - is now an Atmosphere dominated by a giant screen advertising , products on very corner and club music at 9am . What happened ? For a brand that is focused on holistic health the interior is insensitive to space and comfort.

Not my style but I can see why people are drawn to it. A trophy-partner's favourite. Here the wealthy come to charge their bodies with "nutrients" to keep on going with the "grind".

Refers to customer service: Arrogant, condescending, ignorant and completely unacceptable for a premium product. I have been a customer from the very beginning, first in the shop in Berlin from 2014, then online after moving. Now unfortunately never again. Put 6!

It's such a shame that the concept was changed. At the beginning of the year it was one of my favorite food spots and now the acai bowl, for example, is no longer comparable... :( Also unfortunately very expensive for quite small portions :/

Je suis passée devant cet endroit par hasard alors que je me dirigeais à mon hôtel. J’ai regardé dans les assiettes des gens assises en terrasse et j’ai décidé de m’arrêter pour déjeuner. J’étais conquise par l’idée à la base de l’endroit et par la suite par les plats. Équilibrés en élément nutritifs mais aussi en saveurs. J’ai énormément apprécié le fait de connaître exactement non pas les calories dans mon assiette mas l’apport nutritionnel. Bref, une adresse à retenir mais aussi une idée à exporter dans d’autres villes ou pays.

Service was nice but unfortunately the food was a disappointment. The Salmon Bowl used to always have freshly prepared salmon, but now it only has this smoked salmon from the packaging on it.

Quite expensive for the size of the portion and noisy, wasn't pleasant there.

The worst customer service and their juice cleanse causes nausea because the juices taste like water with dirt, absolutely no taste for a clean juice, ordered a juice cleanse and received only 80% of my order! They said that I did get everything when in fact I did not!!! they did not deliver the rest or offer any payback!!! they gasfire customers, the customer service is cold, rude and doesn’t respond for many days.

Fui un cliente feliz en Daluma hace muchos años, pero mis últimas dos visitas me han dejado sin palabras y espero que estos comentarios se tomen en serio para mejorar la experiencia del cliente parando en un caluroso día de verano, tenía tantas ganas de conseguirme un batido en Daluma. el menú ha cambiado desde la última vez que estuve aquí, pero encontré algo parecido a lo que normalmente pedí una Bonanza de Proteína de Cacahuete por 8 , 5 € y me quedé sorprendido de lo que recibí Era delgada como el agua y sabía casi como nada. Recuerdo vívidamente lo INCREÍBLES que eran sus batidos hace muchos años. Se siente como si estuviera en un lugar completamente diferente. No tengo idea de lo que pasó, pero espero que la calidad vuelva a ser lo que solía ser No recomiendo este lugar más a mis amigos

Such a great small cafe for healthy and delicious breakfast. I like the fact that juices were served in a glass container and meals in a stainless bowl,that is sustainable and classy. The attendant was super friendly and the vibes was chilly. I would recommend the baby face smoothie,classic!!!!

At the beginning of the year I ordered a juice treatment from DALUMA, after a while I got the message that unfortunately not all juices were available. I should be able to order the juices at a desired date within three days and get €10 off. (We apologize for the oversight). 1 1/2 weeks after the desired date, I asked what was going on with my juice cleanse. I mean, you might have to prepare for it with appointments etc. Got the answer that she was on her way now. A juice cleanse arrived that I hadn't ordered. The juices were randomly thrown together for me and sent to me. After asking again, I was told that they had replaced two juices for me due to delivery problems. Unfortunately I didn't get any information about this in advance. Otherwise I would have canceled and returned everything immediately. I am really dissatisfied with the way customers (new customers) are treated and will not order here again.

A good place for healthy and tasty food that leaves you feeling full but not full. Comfortable food and nice service. We haven't tried everything yet, so we keep coming back. 👍

Have been waiting 20 mins for a smoothie that costs 8,50€ and tastes ok. Don’t have the feeling that neither service nor value are in any relation to the price.

It was difficult to decide with so many delicious things. I ended up ordering an açaí bowl and didn’t regret it. It was a great refreshment in the warm temperatures and the toppings made it even more delicious. There is also a cool atmosphere and aesthetic furnishings in the café. The toilets could be a bit cleaner, but there are worse places. It definitely won't be the last time, I'll be back!

If you look at the development of Daluma since it opened, it is unfortunately now just an overpriced influencer hotspot and has lost a bit of its original charm. See and be seen is the motto here! The price increases are also steep, most recently a juice costs over €7... However, the dishes are very tasty and imaginative, which is what I expect for the money. All in all, overrated!

I ordered the chicken pita and, given the price of €11.90, I expected at least a small side salad. The price is absolutely excessive for what you get. Unfortunately, the pita wasn't convincing in terms of taste either.

Our experience not good! Unfortunately delivery via Ups is very bad. Goods are at 30 degrees for days at UPS only with the cooling pads. Oh well. Juices that are constantly missing (see other reviews) are replaced with other products, including us. Without any disadvantages, of course ;-) And it is also questionable whether I need an app for a three-day juice cleanse. No system for delivery of how much of what and when, even though the products were changed. No, I don't like it for that much money. Sorry Daluma.

I had a truffled miso salmon and and green smoothie (detox | ironically). 5h later I got really sick and threw up twice. The salmon was very chewy and didn’t feel right at all. Broccoli was way too undercooked and the result was food poisoning. Terribly bad spent 26€. I’ll never risk it again. Service also seemed unnecessarily pale.

I have to admit that at first I thought I had walked into the wrong door. The entrance area really looks a lot like Beauty. Looking at the menu and the concept of the food, I understand the intention to present food for what it really is. The best beauty treatment ever. The dishes are well thought out and really healthy. The dishes are relatively lightly seasoned and cost more than elsewhere. I think the quality is quite appropriate. The portion size and seasoning get you where you should be if you want to eat neatly, healthily and in appropriate sizes. The store is packed. So there seems to be exactly the right target group for this type of food. The concept would be completed by providing all nutritional values ​​for each dish.

Unfortunately, the worst service ever! I ordered a juice cleanse. Unfortunately, there is no corresponding program for it and you basically have to decide for yourself when to drink which juice. The app also has programs for other cleanses (which you should then base your diet on) in English and German - but these differ from each other. All in all, you get the feeling that the brand doesn't take the products it sells and their effects seriously and you feel like you've been completely ripped off.

Food is excellent taste wise and quality wise nearly unmatched in Berlin. Staff is super nice what a shame they changed the açai bowl to a much smaller version not really worth it now I would recommend to try something else

I ordered a juice treatment from DALUMA and am very disappointed. The deposit bottles cannot be returned to any supermarket and they cannot even be taken back in the store itself. The employees sent me to the nearest EDEKA Banasik, but it repeatedly didn't work there either. This is absolutely not okay if the bottles are handed out from there. Very inconvenient and annoying!

8.5€ a smoothie! Way too expensive. Service unfriendly. Not recommendable.

Tengo dos cuencos de acai con fruta (18 , 40 € cada uno) , un zumo, y un café blanco plano. Los tazones eran buenos con grandes cantidades de fruta, pero la piña era demasiado firme. El jugo y el café eran buenos, pero la relación calidad-precio se sentía sobreprecio.

The 4.4 euro cappuccino was served in a very small glass, had no coffee aroma at all and simply tasted like warm milk. My friends and I were very disappointed and agreed that it was the worst coffee we have ever had.

★★★☆☆ Daluma is definitely a very modern restaurant, but the concept is a bit difficult to understand. The service leaves a lot to be desired - the employees seem to be constantly stressed and there is hardly any personal service. The whole thing seems more aimed at tourists and the service only speaks English. That surprised me a bit because I thought I was in Germany. The atmosphere is a strange mix of restaurant and beauty salon. We couldn't really grasp the concept. The food and drinks are quite expensive, but you have to admit that the food tasted very good and the presentation of the dishes was excellent. Unfortunately, Daluma is overpriced and not suitable for the average consumer. Maybe it's for students or hipsters looking for a trendy place. Overall, it's an interesting experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it due to the high prices and lack of service.

The service person Sophie is really great and I come, among other things. That's why I'm now a regular guest at Daluma. Really great service and very tasty food.

It's always a nice day when Andy and Sophie are there. So much love and hearts at work. But please bring back the old jackfruit dish and take the oats out of the baby face!

I was actually excited about trying this place. I decided for a salmon dish. I was shocked to see that they had put smoked salmon strips like the ones you get from Lidl instead of a cooked salmon filet. I payed 20€ for the dish…for them to use cheap smoked salmon. It’s a shame!! I have seen other people here in the reviews get a cooked salmon filet…Besides on the menu it didn’t say they would use black rice and the broccoli was very undercooked. All in all I got a cheap version of the salmon dish for a very high price and I feel insulted!! I should’ve asked for my money back because that was a disaster and a pain to eat!!

There's a lot of hype about it. The bowls are not very tasteful, rather a bit boring. The portions are quite small. In other words, you shouldn't come hungry. There's really nothing special here. The bottled juices are grossly overpriced. So in my opinion it's not really worth it. The place is great and well connected. The area is okay, but seems a bit too clean and now looks more like a cosmetics store.

I would like to use the service. However, since cash is not accepted, it remains with me.

Overpriced. The avocado toast is literally a sourdough and avocado without any sauce so it is super dry and flavourless. Definitely not worth the price.

Just bought a green juice here. Used to be a good location and good juices - service just now was absolutely rude and inappropriate. And the juices used to be much better. Now taste like flavoured water instead of substantial juices. Changes to location made it seem even cooler (as in cold, not as in interesting) than before.

Also the truffle noodles are tasteless, we tried them twice. The new metal plates look like the ones used at school. It became a money grab.

Friendly service. Pleasant modern atmosphere in the store. Cool concept. Drinks were very good. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us. I had Japche with ponzu truffle, it was so bland and didn't taste like ponzu or truffle. I had to ask for more sauce but it wasn't much better. My partner had rice with miso salmon, it wasn't that good either. Unfortunately everything was overpriced. Side story that doesn't affect my recession: I threw up everything right after eating. My partner also had to use the toilet often later in the afternoon. Maybe it was due to the detox function of the food 😅 or maybe we couldn't tolerate certain ingredients well. But I definitely won't come back.

Online service delivery juice cleanses: Every time I have ordered something something has gone wrong because Daluma is simply incapable of sticking to agreements and delivering on time. It's always surprising what new excuses they come up with. This time (I won't list the other times) “Because we're a little busier than usual due to the juice cleanse campaign, the shipping of your order will be slightly delayed. It shouldn’t arrive until Thursday/Friday or the beginning of next week.” Mind you: Of course, my order hasn't even been shipped today, after 2.5 weeks (!), nor have I received any notification of a delay. Daluma is probably cooperating with Deutsche Bahn. It's really terrible how this company operates. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Rating for the juice cleanse, not for the restaurant I would strongly advise against this provider for a juice cleanse. I only received half of the juices I ordered. The mask was also missing. The promised “App Guide” doesn’t work front or back. It is impossible to carry out the treatment like this. I'm still waiting for the promised refund of the money.

Deliciously healthy meal with lots of flavor, I had the green noodles and the baby face smoothie - wow! Just look at the colours too. A light meal that you don’t feel overwhelmingly full but just right. Maybe with space for dessert ;) I will definitely come back!

I bought juice treatment there. Wanted to return the deposit bottles there. Acceptance was refused, this was not “part of the Daluma concept”. I would like to give these to the supermarket - although shops with small retail spaces are also legally obliged to take them back if they sell them. I emailed Daluma 5(!) times and asked for feedback. It came: Nothing, nada, niente. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Never ever again.

Outstanding cappuccino with almond milk Superbe matcha with coconut-rice milk Also enjoyed an avocado-topped fresh bread as just dropping in on way home from work starving ;-) Nice location with interesting and refreshing interior, also outside seating available We enjoyed our place at the large open full room height windows in pre-summer good weather quiet meters away from the many young folks populating Weinbergsweg ;-) Highly recommend to try ans explore this place

It is overpriced, but I love the vibes and the quality of food. It is just super tasty, and the cafe is open until much later than others. It is a huge plus since in Europe everything closes at 18.00 .

I would like to give 5 stars because the food was really tasty, but the employees were so unfriendly and it smelled so strongly of chlorine that it was really irritating :(

The size of the portion is an absolute disgrace for the price

The food was quite good, but a bit overpriced for such small portions. Unfortunately, you won't get full from the dishes at all. The Iced Matcha, on the other hand, was great. What I can say about the service is that it seemed very disinterested and listless. Overall aesthetically pleasing but pretty average and pricey.

The price-performance ratio is not at all consistent. Small portions for a high price. I had the truffle salmon dish and tea with it. Nothing great in terms of taste. I actually find the concept of healthy eating quite appealing, but here it's just nothing special.

At first I was a little suprised to find myself in a skincare shop but the food definitely eradicated my doubts. It was absolutely delicious, as well as the coffee. It also came really fast. I haven't come for breakfast yet, but sure will!
