A complete scam. The place is full of people who are studying, blocking tables and not eating anything – wannabe healthy Starbucks 2.0. The staff is unfriendly and only speaks English even though they understand you – simply embarrassing.

Great food and products but today it all went downhill.. I ordered a 49 EUR vitamin pack and instead got 2 juices worth 8 EUR each. No notice, no answer on the phone. The wildest experience..

A little disappointed that the menu on classpass is limited. I really wanted to spend credits but even switching the oat base to a different base wasn’t possible. Now I didn’t spent anything and left to go to another nearby health bar. also the juices lack more and more ingredients over time. Was a big fan but not anymore

I really like this place. I saw some skincare products while passing by and went in, but they also sell drinks and health foods. Young people keep coming in, so it must be a hot spot. The staff is also very friendly. It makes me feel good.

One of my favorite spots in Berlin, super cool, healthy vibes, and amazing service! The barista, Andy, always takes care of us with a big smile and makes sure we have everything we need. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, and the coffee is just perfect. Definitely a place that feels good to come back to.

I ordered Probiotic Study for lunch at work today and ate it at 4 p.m. It is now 8:52 p.m. It gave me a stomach bug. I threw up in the Uber on the way home. We had to stop so I could throw up out the window. I've never been in this situation! I'm not well at all. This is irresponsible. Please check your food before you give it out! Did something sit around too long? Because of the holidays? How can that happen? I have a very strong stomach. I'm not a sensitive person. This just won't do anything!

Very nice concept store. I was here with a friend I was visiting in Berlin. I liked the wide variety of healthy foods and the coffee bar, but the skincare products also pleasantly surprised me.

Lovely place to have coffee. Fairly busy has stairs sort of a cozy seating.

This place is so chic that upon entering, we were unsure whether they sold coffee or cosmetics. The design works for their target audience, but the prices are exorbitant and the drinks so contrived they're pointless. We paid €6.50 for almost undrinkable coffees. Maybe it's a good fit for others, but it's definitely not my place.

I went to Daluma yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The food is incredibly fresh and healthy, and their juices feel like a real power-up. We were helped by a Brazilian staff member, Anderson, who was super friendly and helpful. Excellent hospitality. May God bless his heart! I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re hungry but also want to eat healthy, something that truly makes you feel like you’re taking care of your body and adding to your lifespan.

Yet another upscale à la carte restaurant offering a host of healthy dishes. This isn't a bad comment, just a problem with the execution, organization, and a general atmosphere that I can't describe as pleasant. The on-site tasting was a mistake; I now understand why so many people were ordering takeout. The interior is austere and the staff very unwelcoming... To top it all off, the price is exorbitant for what you're served!! A so-called "homemade bone broth" served with unwashed cilantro that leaves a very unpleasant crunch in your mouth. Tried and far from approved.

Balanced, delicious food served in dishes that look like dog bowls. Skip the coffee. The furniture is a bit dated. I recommend visiting in the morning, as it can get quite crowded, loud, and cramped otherwise.

When I walked in, I thought: Okay, I'm probably 30 years too old for this place. Hip, very thin, body-conscious people everywhere. At first, that made me feel a bit out of place. Inside: a very clean atmosphere, almost like a stylish perfumery. Lots of products, wooden steps on several levels, edged with metal. The lithe young people sat upstairs. I preferred to sit downstairs. At first, I wasn't sure if there was even a restaurant here. Then the first ray of hope came: Mango Matcha with fluffy mango foam – simply amazing. So creamy, so special, that I even got it a second time later. Ice-cold, fruity, and just what I needed in the Berlin summer heat. A real pick-me-up – no heart palpitations, but with an impact. I also had an Anti-Oxi Acai Bowl. Visually, it's more like a stylish dog bowl 🤭 – but the taste: wow, it tasted surprisingly different. Clean, fresh, and high-quality. I've rarely had such good fruit: banana, pomegranate, blueberries, puffed quinoa, everything perfectly combined. After eating, I felt clearer, more awake, more refreshed – no longer so tired and sagging. Conclusion: Stylish shop, yes. And you might briefly feel like you're in an Instagram lifestyle spot. But: The food is great. Quality you can taste. It's a great place to refuel.

The smoothie was delicious anyway, but for €9.50, I expected something with more flavor. It didn't taste like blueberry, blackberry, or açai, just a faint hint of banana and coconut. The service could also be a bit better; either no one is there to take your order, or they're a bit pushy when you're still looking at the menu.

At first, it's confusing because the entrance to the shop looks more like a cosmetics store than a bistro. You're not even greeted or spoken to, so you have to figure out how to get around on your own. You order at the counter, preferably in English because they seemed annoyed with German. I didn't like the atmosphere because everyone seemed very arrogant, both from the staff and the customers. The food is really overpriced and cold. The concept is ingenious because you don't find many shops that offer healthy food, but... a piece of salmon, four cold pieces of broccoli, and cold black rice isn't worth 16 euros to me. What I do think is great, though, is that the shop is pet-friendly; they welcome dogs, and they even have a water bowl for their dogs.

If you want to wait 15+ minutes for an overpriced and disgusting drink, this is the place for you…

Ordered at home. Is WOLT the miso salmon and they added half a portion of the salmon breast. As a customer it’s incredibly disappointing that you guys do that, when I go to your establishment it’s not like this.

A place with clear lines, healthy standards, and an urban aesthetic, yet I was left with a slightly disconcerting feeling. Upon entering, I was unsure: shop or restaurant? The concept seemed a bit jarring and distant to me. 🌀 The salmon was truly deliciously tender, finely seasoned, a small bright spot on the plate. 🎣✨ The music was also pleasantly understated and calming. The green drink with coconut water was less successful for me. It tasted very unpleasant, almost as if an ingredient (perhaps the coconut water?) had gone bad. But I couldn't say exactly what caused the strange taste. I left it at €7, which wasn't exactly easy; it really hurt my wallet, but I really couldn't drink it. 🥴 The black rice, although actually delicious, visually reminded me of an experience with spoiled rice I had a week earlier. Everything was probably fine here, but I wasn't sure. Disgust overcame reason. 😔 The deep bowl shape of the plates reminded me more of dog bowls—not my cup of tea. Overall, the whole thing seemed stylish to me, but a bit aloof and quite expensive for what was offered. Still, maybe one day I'll give it a second try, this time without the green drink and the black rice. 🌱🙂🤔

The concept of promoting healthy eating is commendable, and Daluma positions itself as a leader in that space. However, the execution unfortunately fell short of expectations. The main dish I received was served in a metal bowl that felt more clinical than curated, with a presentation that lacked warmth. The portion size was surprisingly small, especially considering the price point of €20–30 per person. While the ingredients appeared fresh, the meal overall felt underwhelming and not satisfying. I also ordered a Sperulina drink, which was — quite frankly — unpleasant in taste. While I appreciate the intention behind nutrient-rich beverages, this one missed the mark entirely for me. In short, while I support the idea of clean, healthy dining, I believe Daluma needs to re-evaluate its balance between concept, pricing, taste, and overall customer experience.

The food is mostly good, but the place is an ultimate narcissists’ trap. One can only feel ashamed, sitting in a place under a screen, where all kinds of beauty and food products on self improvement are advertised. Dystopic dinner in an Orwellian setting.

Healthy vibes of this place are all over. Nice background music and atmosphere will make your meal more pleasant. Simple and charming. Decent cappuccino and avocado toast, as well.

Attention: drinks rip off. You pay 25 cent for the deposit/Pfand but dont get the money back when you return the can. Why do you need to rip me off like that?

Horrible work ethics and bad treatment of employees! While working for DALUMA as an intern, I witnessed them trying to not pay a freelancer they hired after he had finished the whole project and there was constantly a huge turnover in their kitchen staff because of poor organization and lack of care about long-term employee satisfaction. Several times over the past two years, they reached out for my help as a freelancer, consistently wasting my time by leading me astray as to the work needed in the hopes of getting me to agree to work for ridiculously low sums of money. Last year, I finally agreed to work with them, designing some pages for their e-commerce site. They lied to me, telling me that I only had a week to finish the project because they were on a tight deadline in order to get more results for less pay. Upon finishing the project, they cut contact without paying me for my work. I also found out that they didn't actually need my designs so soon, as they didn't implement any changes for the following 6 months. I repeatedly tried contacting them, and they would ignore my calls and emails. Once they noticed I had removed viewing access to my design files, they suddenly remembered to reach out and asked to gain access, ignoring my past 20 messages. Until this day, they are not returning my calls or messages and have still not paid me 1/3 of what they owe me, despite having received my work. Throughout my experiences with them, they have consistently used their employees while cutting corners and conducting business in very unethical ways.

Hip and dynamic place with a healthy menu offering the usual brunch and lunch items with a twist plus a big selection of unique items health and fitness geeks would appreciate. The place was full of young people, some in groups of friends enjoying brunch, some sipping healthy smoothies and working on their laptops. We had the oat cappuccino (cow milk was not available) and two green bowls with add-ons of poached eggs, salmon and chicken. The food was good but can’t say it ranks amongst the best salad bowls I had. Can recommend for the fun atmosphere, if you are craving something unusual for lunch/brunch and if you are interested in stocking up on health supplements as the cafe also has a shop.

We ordered in Wolt. Two articles were missing. The salmon in one of the dishes was barely existent, it’s a joke for these prices. Never again.

Matcha latte was not bad, but overpriced Acai bowls were terrible - simply tasted of water. No flavour whatsoever. And ridiculously overpriced as well - €15 The server was very nice though.

I've been coming here a long time but today I had the worst experience. One of the staff (asian woman) was so rude it left me speechless. When I asked her to please fix the table so it stops moving (and our food & drinks tipping over) she replied: "when I'll have time for it". And she never came. She should find another industry to work in, hospitality isn't for her. Also in general, taking off the most popular smoothies the menu like "protein porn" or "babyface" is just such a bad move. I think I will stop coming back... Such a same.

I ordered something but received the wrong item. When I requested an exchange, my request was simply ignored. No replacement, no concessions—very poor service.

Food is really good, always the same quality. Unfortunately the employees are beyond unfriendly, especially the tall woman with the tattoos. When I pay 7€ for a matcha or 10€ for a smoothie, I would like to be looked at and not be served almost silently.

Really interesting concept for Berlin, but it makes total sense with the rise of the wellness industry. It blends food, skincare, and drinks in one space. All the drinks are vegan (I believe), and they’re absolutely delicious—I loved it. The dragon fruit smoothie was incredible and highly recommended. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but so worth it. It looked beautiful, tasted amazing, and felt nourishing. I’d go back for sure. You can also sit outside, which I really enjoyed. They offer the option to add protein to the smoothies, but mine was already pretty filling so I skipped it.

The food is delicious and healthy, but a bit overpriced, like everywhere else in Mitte. The music is chilled, and I like the concept itself. The employee was incredibly unfriendly, and everyone who visits the place generally looks like it's been raining for seven days, so it's not a very good vibe. Well, you can do it, but I wouldn't come back just because of the employee.

Their salmon is sooo good! I felt very happy and healthy with my lunch here. Their vegan banana cream pie is incredible. Staff is okay, not the best attitude but it's fine. Place is great to sit down and work. Has nice spaces to lounge as well. Would 100% go back!!

The service is really unpleasant. Way too slow, chaotic and on top of that, snobbish and condescending.

I waited about half an hour for the food. Salmon on black rice with broccoli and edamame. The salmon and broccoli were cold, the rice lukewarm. I asked if it was normal for the dish to be served cold and was told it wasn't. It went into the kitchen and came back “flambéed”. The broccoli was partially charred which didn't smell good at all. I no longer had any appetite and was kind enough to get my money back. By the way, the bag of protein shake I took with me tasted pretty sandy and the first sip made my throat scratchy.

Unfortunately, the taste of the food is very inconsistent, on some days it is very tasty, on others it is completely bland. The service is only courteous if you tip enough, but you have to order at the counter. I think it's a shame because they otherwise offer great healthy creations.

Cool atmosphere. Unfortunately I didn't like the matcha latte, it was too watery. Unfortunately the cashier was very unsympathetic.

We had the Shakshuka and the overnight oats - both delicious! The drinks were also great. Plus super nice and fast service. We'll be back!

We came here for breakfast and it was so amazing. We had an overnight oat/chia seed dish (can’t remember the name) but I’m still thinking about it. SO good.

Good coffee but the food is probably the least value for money in Berlin. So called „antianflamotary Shakshuka“ for 15 euro is not edable, probably worst ever. for some reason it is also quite spicy. no table service but at the counter there is a tip button LOL. The Washrooms not really tidy, no paper towels/blazers just toilet paper to dry hands.

Even after two weeks and numerous attempts to reach customer service, I still haven't received my juice treatment, which cost almost €200. I ask for clarification.

They deleted my review, so I'm rewording it and reposting it: I used to like it; however, it seems like they changed the quantity of food they serve. 2 months ago we had a probiotic study, which seemed to be 2/3 of the size of what it used to be—I counted and got 4 edamame beans, which was not the case before. Today I got a smoothie that had more of the consistency of a juice, and it had coconut milk in it without coconut being listed on the ingredient list. We were not fond of the truffle noodles, despite trying them twice. They used to have really nice plates, and they exchanged them for metal ones, so the vibe is not as sophisticated, either, in my opinion. I stopped going there.

Beautiful cafe but the coffee is not good as the service, they ask you for tipping for a take away coffee, you obviously can refuse but I found it excessive to even propose it.

One of my absolute favorite spots for body and soul!! There is everything here that is good for you. Cold pressed juices (Run Forrest is my favorite), delicious coffee, great beauty products and employees who are all just super nice!!

Goods missing, goods different than described, but top product The product is great, but recently items have been missing from the juice treatment package. I have done the treatment several times now and have been very satisfied and have made many friends into customers. Now the so-called Burning Man shots are suddenly missing from the cures and the kombucha are no longer three different ones as described in the instructions, but only the same three times (it used to be boasted that the differences in the kombucha were particularly valuable - lately that doesn't seem to matter). The customer service is a disaster and is hidden behind statements like: “Just because the instructions say three different kombucha doesn't mean you get three different ones - they made a change to that effect on the website). The reimbursement of the missing goods is also not progressing and you are hiding behind problems with an opened incident with Paypal. A prime example of poor service for a great product.

I've always enjoyed going to Daluma, but the current price increases are really a disgrace. I pay almost €18 for an açaí bowl that is half the size of before. After I ordered “Additional Fruit”, I didn't get any other types of fruit, just “more” bananas and blueberries - the word more has to be in quotation marks here, because it still wasn't much. However, without the extra portion the amount would have been truly ridiculous. I understand that everything is becoming more expensive, but this is cheating the customer.

I ordered a juice cleanse for the second time in two years. And for the second time, unfortunately, things didn't go as promised. If certain juices are not available, it would be fair if this was clearly and legibly written somewhere BEFORE you place the order. The juices were actually delivered quickly but unfortunately the Burning Man shots that are included in the 3-day green juice treatment were completely missing and the missing rehab juices were simply filled up with the other juices and not replaced with alternatives, as announced . You also plan some time for such a treatment and give yourself days off. It's annoying when you can't start because things were forgotten. For the price and the “promises” on the website, this is a bit sobering and really out of proportion. From the comments, it seems to happen more often... Unfortunately a phenomenon of our time: great photos, great advertising, investing a lot of money in marketing for the image - that has to be right, but saves on customer service. Unfortunately I still haven't received any response to my complaint...

Ich habe das Paket nie erhalten und bleibe trotzdem auf den vollständigen Kosten sitzen. Das Paket konnte ich Mittags aus beruflichen Gründen nicht annehmen. Eine Änderung der Zustellungsdaten war technisch bei UPS nicht möglich. Das Paket wurde an den Hersteller zurück gesandt, bevor ich das Problem lösen konnte. Dieser meldete sich immer erst verzögert. Auch bei der ersten Anfrage, als das Paket noch nicht auf dem Weg war. Nun das die Ware vernichtet wurde und ich auf den vollständigen Kosten sitzen bleibe, ohne Ware, erhalte ich plötzlich täglich antworten. Extrem ärgerlich und für ein deutsches Unternehmen ein ungewöhnlich schlechter Support (es gibt auch keine hinterlegte Telefonnummer zur Beschleunigung). Für mich gehe ich zurück zu größeren Labels und anderem Kundenservice. Preis-Leistung war also ein Flopp

Bought a juice cleanse and the juices were expired. Went to the store as per customer service advice and they told me they couldn’t do anything. They told me all of the items they have in store are expired or expiring soon and they don’t know when they will be receiving new items. I am beyond disappointed about not only the disrespect of customer service but of the people that are working here. Daluma has changed, what a shame.

I had a smoothie called baby face and asked to leave it out because it had ginseng in it, but the staff said I couldn't take it out but it was delicious so I ate it and sure enough! It's okay. It comes in 400ml, so it makes you feel full, so I recommend it when you're hungry for dinner!

Update: went there just for the NeoTaste Deal and was told that the app should have been updated and Daluma is no longer participating - so wasted my time and went there for nothing. Guess what: It’s now 2 weeks later and Daluma is still shown on NeoTaste I like the concept and have been a returning customer in the past. However, over time the food is boring me (and a lot of my friends) - nothing really new, dishes lack flavor and my biggest point of criticism: the food always takes forever to be served, which makes Daluma unfit for lunch breaks when you have a busy day at work. Oh and they unfortunately make one of the worst coffees around - but then it’s also not a cafe

I've known the shop since it opened. Back then it was something new, avocado toast was still something completely new. Now everything tastes very bland and everything is overpriced. The only thing I really love there are the desserts (banoffee!) from Georgia, not Daluma.

I don't usually write reviews like this but this just drove me nuts today. Went to the counter and said "excuse me" to get a staff member's attention to ask how much a bowl costs. She looked at me, ignored me and went on to chat with her colleague about something unimportant. I continued just standing there, looking at them expectantly, had eye contact multiple times with both of them. There was no way they didn't know I wanted their attention. I listened to what they were talking about so I know it wasn't urgent at all. They could've paused their chat for 5 seconds to answer my simple question, but no. After a minute of wasting my life time, I turned around and left, went to Wrapublic istead. (Great wraps, can recommend!)

Beautiful place for brunch or breakfast. The food was delicious just like the drinks. Staff was very lovely as well. Besides food and drinks you can also get skincare products however what I appreciated the most about it was the fact that none of those were pinched to us which made me more comfortable to look and explore it myself. 10/10

Healthy, Delicious, Nutritious Food - but what was once a chill and welcoming atmosphere - is now an Atmosphere dominated by a giant screen advertising , products on very corner and club music at 9am . What happened ? For a brand that is focused on holistic health the interior is insensitive to space and comfort.

Not my style but I can see why people are drawn to it. A trophy-partner's favourite. Here the wealthy come to charge their bodies with "nutrients" to keep on going with the "grind".

It's such a shame that the concept was changed. At the beginning of the year it was one of my favorite food spots and now the acai bowl, for example, is no longer comparable... :( Also unfortunately very expensive for quite small portions :/

Service was nice but unfortunately the food was a disappointment. The Salmon Bowl used to always have freshly prepared salmon, but now it only has this smoked salmon from the packaging on it.

Je suis passée devant cet endroit par hasard alors que je me dirigeais à mon hôtel. J’ai regardé dans les assiettes des gens assises en terrasse et j’ai décidé de m’arrêter pour déjeuner. J’étais conquise par l’idée à la base de l’endroit et par la suite par les plats. Équilibrés en élément nutritifs mais aussi en saveurs. J’ai énormément apprécié le fait de connaître exactement non pas les calories dans mon assiette mas l’apport nutritionnel. Bref, une adresse à retenir mais aussi une idée à exporter dans d’autres villes ou pays.

The worst customer service and their juice cleanse causes nausea because the juices taste like water with dirt, absolutely no taste for a clean juice, ordered a juice cleanse and received only 80% of my order! They said that I did get everything when in fact I did not!!! they did not deliver the rest or offer any payback!!! they gasfire customers, the customer service is cold, rude and doesn’t respond for many days.
