OAKBERRY Açaí Bowls in Düsseldorf

Best açaí ever, but there is only one person working in the shop, which means there is a huge queue outside, so it's no longer worth queuing.

⭐ Disappointing experience despite previous enthusiasm for the restaurant • Arrival: 7:50 p.m. – we enter the store full of anticipation. • Waiting time: Due to the line in front of us, we couldn't order until 7:59 p.m. • The surprise: “Machine is off” – we received this statement even though we saw the employee only switch off the machine at that moment. • Our request: We explained that we had traveled an extra 44 km and kindly asked for an exception. • Reaction: Unfortunately no insight – our order was consistently rejected. Appearance of the employee so that everyone knows who she is talking about: blonde, light eyes, somewhat corpulent build, max height 1.65 Conclusion: We really appreciate the restaurant but this experience was disappointing. Customer friendliness should not depend on the state of mind of the employees. It's a shame - we will avoid this location in the future.

Was greatful to see Oakberry in Dusseldorf and have English Translation 🙏🏻 the girls are very lovely and great service. I just hope that i have more euro with me to give more tips but they deserve more than that. Always oakberry love it i just hope they have Pumpkin Seeds 😅 tooo. The Chia Pudding topping i liked it

Unfortunately, my visit to Oakberry Düsseldorf wasn't particularly positive. While ordering, the employee was on her cell phone the entire time, which meant our order was taken incorrectly. When we politely pointed this out to her, she refused to remake the bowl. Instead, she became rude, laughed and said that she had been texting with her boss while we were ordering and that was why she was distracted.

The bowls taste very good, the employees are friendly and the location is easily accessible. I recommend it.

Unfortunately, the base of the bowl is very heavily sugared, which was absolutely not to my taste and also doesn't fit the store's health advertising claim. Unfortunately, the yogurt topping was also sweetened. The fruits were fresh and tasty, but unfortunately that couldn't save the overall impression.

Small store but friendly service and delicious Acai! I went for the small one with blueberries, coconut, granola and peanut butter👌🏼 Could really taste the Acai and the topping were great (you get to choose unlimited toppings!). Really enjoyed it!

I've been a customer at Oakberry for 2 years now and I'm super satisfied every time. The staff is always friendly and the bowl tastes really good every time. The chia pudding and granola with condensed milk together is highly recommended 👍🏻🤍

I walked past the store by chance. It's a bit hidden in the old town. A visit is worth it! Finally something different. Totally delicious and freshly prepared. I'd love to come back.

The acai was too runny and very expensive at 13.50 euro. In Australia it's 7 euro and the texture is brilliant!

I met Oakberry on vacation. The bowls are incredibly tasty and you can put together the ingredients as you like. I just think the price is very, very exaggerated. Over €11 for the medium cup.

Acai bowls for just under ten euros are overpriced in my opinion and don't taste convincing. Very unfriendly service (young employee) and not helpful.

Monday, July 15th, 2024 at around 5 p.m. 0/5 stars for the two acai bowls we ordered. My companion and I both love Acai and were very disappointed with Oakberry that day. I know that acai has a creamy, but still relatively firm consistency. However, our bowls were completely liquid - and therefore inedible in comparison. At 15.90 for a bowl (we ordered almond butter with it and it costs an extra euro) the “bowl” isn’t cheap either and I honestly don’t think it’s fair that it was so extremely liquid. The contents were already running down our hands, the matter was so fluid. Another small note: The bowls are not served in bowls, but rather in cups. Of course, on the one hand, this makes it difficult to place enough fruit on the bowl, but on the other hand, it also makes eating the “bowl” more difficult.

Super tasty in itself, but only 2 of the 5 toppings mentioned were added, as I ordered it to go I didn't realize it until too late. It's a shame for the price... especially since I had such a purely liquid bowl

The Açaí is the real one. Really good. Same as have an açaí bowl in Brazil, but the environment is not very cozy, very tight, no space for the costumer. Also, a tiny space for the workers to prepare the food.

The açai bowl is very tasty. I like that you can let you get granular with the customisation. You can have the ingredient mix done the way you like. Not much space to sit and it’s tight inside, so you’re best of walking elsewhere to eat it.

We ordered two bowls from Wolt today. The taste was very good, the toppings could have been a little more generous, but it was still sufficient. Delivery was also quick. We would be happy to order again :)

amazing taste and really good for hot days!! it was 9,5€ for the small 350ml cup(yes it is expensive) but it was more than enough for two people. you can chose unlimited toppings which is nice because they have so many options maybe 20:)

Highly recommended bowl, I recommend using a maximum of medium if you don't share the bowl, because it really packs a punch. It was super tasty and the waitresses were very friendly. The shop is very small and hidden in a side alley, there is only limited seating on site, it is more to go. I can recommend it on a warm summer day

Very tasty bowls, freshly prepared. Ambience is not very appealing, super small and quite stuffy, the staff could have been friendlier. The smallest bowl (approx. 350ml) costs almost €10. That's really expensive. After all, it tasted very good.

We tried the Acai Bowl there for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. It tastes super fresh and delicious!! Unfortunately the restaurant is much too small and everything was very cramped.

Mega delicious acai like in Brazil!! Prices are a bit high, but since you can't get it anywhere else in the area, it's absolutely justified.

In a small side street, inconspicuous, but really tasty. Something different, nice and fruity. Very refreshing, especially in summer, as the consistency is reminiscent of ice cream. Unfortunately prices have become really high, even 1-2 years ago they were significantly cheaper, already expensive for 350 ml. But you can do it.

Very tasty, but we were sent away 30 minutes before 8 p.m.!!! This is unacceptable! Some of us travel a long way to get here only to end up being sent away!

We went to discover OAKBERRY AÇAÍ and were surprised by the flavor, very good and tasty, very reminiscent of Brazilian Açaí. The service was very friendly, and the cashier spoke a little Portuguese, which is really cool. The place is very small, but very beautiful. Olá bom dia pessoal, estou contando a minha experiência no oak berry Vou no oak berry mais ou menos há um ano, uma ou duas vezes no mês, já tinha feito uma avaliação do local antes só estou atualizando. Faço mais 20km pra ir come esse açaí, infelizmente porque não tem outro. Ontem aconteceu que minha mulher foi comer um açaí com a família dela, primeiro que a moça do caixa não falava alemão (minha mulher alemã) ela tentou falar em português já que ela fala um pouco, a moça do caixa pediu para fala em inglês! A irmã da minha mulher contou pra moça do caixa que eu sou de Natal- RN pra descontrair a conversar um poco, nessa a irmã da minha mulher perguntou como é um açaí tradicional e do nada a mulher começou a falar que agente come açaí com camarão e outras coisas Vamos lá, não sei qual foi intenção dela mas provavelmente essa não é a maneira certa de divulgar o açaí já na não se encontra em todo canto aqui na Alemanha. Ela disse que só agente que come açaí com m&m, agente come açaí como almoço e outras informações Tomara que tenha sido um mal entendido, não quero passar uma imagem negativa/positiva sobre o local, as vezes tem pessoas novas e a culpa não é da proprietária se pessoas passam informações erradas Com isso só quero falar o que aconteceu, não vou para de come lá mas seria bom o oak berry melhorasse na questão de funcionário, tirando isso um ótimo açaí com preços acessíveis entre 8-11€

Very tasty bowls with many different toppings. However, I am deducting one star because the quantity of the 350 ml bowl is no different from the 500 ml bowl. I poured both into white bowls and exactly the same amount came out. Then I don't understand why the 500 ml is even offered or is more expensive. Edit: Thanks for your answer. The bowls are so good that I give them 5 stars.

Small hidden shop in the old town. The acai bowls are delicious. Lots of selection of (mostly vegan) toppings - you feel like you need a degree to know them all. The acai base is also vegan

I already know Oakberry from Peru, my expectations were a little higher with the Açai flavor and the variety of toppings, but unfortunately they don't have much variety of toppings and the açai flavor is a little different :/ ... anyway it's not super wao but it's still good though 👍🏻 However the staff is very friendly 😊

Sehr leckerer, gesunder Snack für unterwegs. :) Die Basis ist vegan und es gibt auch viele vegane Toppings zur Auswahl, z.B. veganes Proteinpulver, Erdnussbutter, verschiedene Früchte und Nüsse. Echt toll! Ich finde die kleine Größe voll ausreichend.

Habe Oakberry in Barcelona entdeckt und habe mich sehr gefreut, dass es in Deutschland einen Store gibt. :) Ich finde es super, dass man unbegrenzt Toppings wählen kann. Leider 1 Stern Abzug für den recht hohen Preis - 8€ für die kleinste Bowl. Gerne noch mehr Stores, vor allem im Osten, eröffnen!! :)

Das Obst schmeckt gut, aber die Bowl an sich schmeckt leider überhaupt nicht. Die Preise sind ebenfalls sehr hoch. Personal ist jedoch freundlich.

Um dos melhores açaís que já provei (melhor até do que muitos que provei no Brasil). O fato de poder escolher quantos toppings quiser é realmente um plus. Os funcionários são excelentes, super simpáticos e falam vários idiomas. Um pedacinho do nosso Brasil em Düsseldorf. Recomendo a Ednussbutter, achei meio diferente colocar isso no açaí, mas o resultado é uma delícia.

Hier gibt es die besten Acai-Bowls in ganz Düsseldorf! Die Konsistenz ist perfekt (endlich mal nicht so eine flüssige „Acai-Suppe“ wie in den meisten Cafés) und auch geschmacklich kann sie echt überzeugen!!

Sehr enttäuscht!! Wir haben über diesem Laden viel gehört Mit Großem Hoffnung gekommen, und so haben wir unser Bowls gelassen Schmeckt gar nicht!! Zucker, Wasser, Farbe und paar Stückchen Obst, die auch nicht schmeckt

Habe mich sehr drauf gefreut, weil ich Acai total gerne mag. Wurde leider enttäuscht. Acai ist eiskalt, so dass es eher einer Eiscreme oder Frozen Yoghurt ähnelt. Hat sicherlich Gründe. Auch schmeckt es recht süß. Eher wie ein Dessert. Die Toppings sind zwar unlimited, ich fand das Granola eher als trockene Haferflocken mit zwei Kokosraspeln, das Mangopüree ging völlig unter im Acai, ebenso der Joghurt. Bisschen Obst, Kakaonibs,… alles nur so lala. Mitarbeiterin war nett. Dafür einen Stern. Ich hatte zum Testen nur die kleine Version für 8,- Euro. Und war froh. Nach der Hälfte war einfach Schluss. Sehr schade.

Die Unlimited Toppings finde ich sehr gut. Ich fand trotzdem, dass die açaí Bowl, so wie ich sie aus den USA und aus Hawaii kenne. Deutlich übersüßt und so künstlich im Geschmack war. Ich fand die mit Peanut Butter lecker und würde aufgrund der Künstlichkeit und der extremen süße nicht noch einmal bestellen. Ich weiß, dass hier durch eine superfood das Thema Gesundheit promoviert wird aber durch den Zuckeranteil sehe ich das mehr als Dessert Nachtisch und dort gibt es für mich bessere Alternative.

Leckerste Acai weit und breit das nenne ich richtiges Acai und nicht wie in anderen lokalen Himbeer Becher. Vielleicht macht ihr mal noch ein Lokal auf wie in Dubai mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Café.

Luftig leckere Bowl mit unbegrenzten Topping Möglichkeiten, die dafür aber ihren Preis hat. Für heiße Sommertage genau der richtige Snack zum Abkühlen 😎

war maßlos enttäuscht, abgesehen von dem inkompetenten personal welches nichtmal die deutsche Sprache beherrscht waren die bowls völlig überteuert die toppings waren zwar inklusive allerdings hat man viel zu wenig davon bekommen. ich habe mich für Erdbeeren und kiwi entschieden und habe genau eine aufgeschnittene Erdbeere bekommen und vielleicht 2Gramm gewürfelte kiwi. geschmacklich hatte ich mehr erwartet. Meine bowl ist im müll gelandet!!!

Schön dass meine brasilianische Lieblingsmarke auch in NRW vertreten ist und der Açaí ist spitze! Komme sicher bald wieder dafür vorbei:)
