Wow! This has been the best kebab I've had in a really long time. The sauce was so delicious and it had the perfect amount of meat and salad. The service was great and the place is nicely decorated. The waiting time was 5 minutes. Totally worth the price!

Worst kebab ever, I will not be back. I got food poisoning from the kebab and was sick for 3 days after. Do not eat from here, they have no health or safety standards and do not wash their hands. One pair of gloves used for everything.... Never again!!!

It's a real shame that there are no longer any kebab stalls with real tzatziki sauce. When I ordered I said extra with tzatziki and the kebab had a mush of mayo and garlic sauce. At least you could point out to the customer that it's not tzatziki but mayo. Then I would have left it out because I'm allergic to mayo. That's pretty much criminal. Never again. Thanks

There is really a great kebab plate here. Everything happened very quickly and we were very satisfied. We could sit upstairs, but it was still a construction site. But still highly recommended! Because the food was very good.

After we saw a bulgur roll on the menu, we wanted to know from the very unfriendly and rather annoyed young man behind the counter what the bulgur roll was. He pointed quite annoyed and bored at a Turkish specialty called “içli köfte”. This specialty is filled with minced meat. After we said, “Oh, then that’s içli köfte,” he told us in a very cheeky and unfriendly manner that this was a bulgur roll. After we showed the young man in Google what içli köfte is, he was probably even more annoyed because we were right and said no, it's a bulgur roll. Either the young gentleman should look for another job or let his boss tell him how to deal with customers and respond to customer questions. It is also not an advantage if you argue with the customer even though the customer is right, because this may lead to you never entering the store again and telling this incident everywhere - We traveled from Aschaffenburg to Düsseldorf and have Wanted to eat something there before our appointment, this unfriendly guy behind actually ruined our meal. I was really skeptical because there is this “House of Döner” hype, but the food was really tasty, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy, the sauces were really tasty and the hot sauce was especially a bit spicy and not run-of-the-mill like usual. The bread is freshly toasted and not normal kebab bread. If the garlic sauce were a little more concise it would be 5/5. Really delicious, there are also enough seats (and I think there is also a toilet?).

The food was nothing special Long waiting time. The chair I was sitting on was very unstable and the men's toilet was broken.

Super delicious Shawerma ( German Donner ). The service is amazing, nice young men serving and making the sandwiches. There are two types of bread you choose from, then you decide whether chicken or beef. Then added vigiyables and sauces are final choice I enjoyed. Thank you!

The kebab tastes really great, you can't fault it. But unfortunately hygiene measures are poor. Employees wear gloves for hygiene but do not change gloves after bin bags are changed or change is counted or drinks are refilled. Today I was able to observe how the employee, after doing everything I described above, immediately went behind the counter and took the bread out of the toaster. It's a real shame because the kebab itself is delicious.

Giving it only a 3* due to 2 reasons 1. Plate was chipped 2. Exorbitant price of €14 for a Doner Teller. Not sure if it's this place or that's how expensive it's in Germany. Didn't find it that expensive in Belgium. Pros : 1. Excited to see the automation of the Doner machine 2. Fast service 3. Friendly cashier Cons : 1. Too pricey 2. Toilets not really clean downstairs 3. Dishes and cutlery can't be broken 4. Salad portion could have been more generous I understand they are full, but simple things could have got them a 5* instead of 3*.

About half of the kebab spices in Taksim Square, Türkiye Stronger scent than Itaewon The portion size is large so it's good for takeout. A large coke costs 3 euros.

There is a very very rude cashier guy there. Watchout for him. I think he does not like his job. Das Essen war ganz lecker aber der Herr der uns bedient hat war unfreundlich und hat nicht gerne unsere Fragen beantwortet. Ich fand das Bestellen sehr stressig obwohl nichts los war. Würde nicht wieder kommen.. döner und falafel es auch wo anders. Außerdem wurden die Bewertungen von laden davor übernommen ... Karte und Bewertungen ect. Stimmen also nicht.

The only vegan option was falafel but the seitan option didn’t exist, when we asked about it we just got a rude answer. The food was good but I wouldn’t eat here again cause of the unfriendly staff.

Best dönner I ever had in Europe. To start, the place is super clean and the food is fresh. They fry the pommes when you order which guarantees they will be hot and crispy. Then, the dönner meat is super juicy, the spicy sauce is super tasty and the vegetables are finely chopped. Not sure what do they do with the onions and cabbage but they do not taste super acidic as other kebab places.

Der Kellner hat uns gebeten, während wir am Essen waren, aufzustehen und zu zahlen, normalerweise kann ich es von unserem Dinner so das man nach dem Essen zahlt. Eine Frechheit und Unverschämtheit. Unverständnis bei der Bedienung lässt mich einfach nur sprachlos.

Jedes mal das selbe das Hähnchen Fleisch ist immer verbrannt, ist echt ätzend so langsam... wenn es einmal vorkommt das ist es ok wir sind alles menschen keine Maschinen aber das passiert letzer Zeit sehr oft. Schmeckt so nicht !!!

Wir gehen einmal die Woche von der Arbeit hier essen und und was soll ich sagen - ich liebe diesen Döner hier! Das Fleisch schmeckt super, der Salat frisch und die Saucen sind die besten, die ich je beim Döner hatte! Schade finde ich, dass man mittlerweile überall, auch dort, für den Käse extra zahlen muss bei den vergleichsweise zu anderen Dönerläden hohen Preisen. Um einmal die Woche im der Mittagspause hinzugehen, finde ich das aber in Ordnung, ansonsten gehe ich lieber unter der Woche dann zu einem anderen Dönerladen.

Ambiente pulito e panino kebab molto buono (verdura fresca, carne cotta bene, panino morbido ma che non si sfalda fatto da loro). Grande pecca è che nessuno di loro sa l'inglese (ha fatto da traduttore una terza persona esterna). La loro salsa piccante è molto forte e mi è piaciuta, ma se siete sensibili chiedetela senza.

Der Imbiss wird ein wenig Opfer des eigenen Erfolgs. Lange Schlange bis auf den Fußweg vor dem Laden. Der Service hinter der Theke drinnen ist bemüht aber sehr hektisch auf Grund des Andrangs. Preise sind etwas überdurchschnittlich. Geschmacklich aber top und Zutaten frisch und lecker.

Sehr leckere Dürüms. Sowohl mit Falafel als auch mit Hähnchen. Die Mitarbeiter verbreiten zusätzlich noch gute Laune. Gerne wieder :)

War lecker. Aber ich hatte gefragt ob es Seitan Döner im Angebot gibt, dem wurde zugestimmt... Bekommen hatte ich dann aber lediglich eine Salattasche... Wenn man mir einfach ehrlich gesagt hätte, dass es kein Seitan gibt, hätte ich gerne auch Falafel oä bestellt.
