I don't know what happened to the store. Until the middle of last year, the food was top and the service was friendly. Extremely disappointed after my last visit. We couldn't even finish eating the kebab and falafel...the sauces were super artificial, the bread also tasted old, the meat and falafel were super dry. The staff had weird vibes. It's a shame when a good store suddenly goes bad. I didn't think the prices were reasonable at all...I mean the prices have increased again. For the location, I don't think the expensive prices are at all suitable for the service provided. Really a shame.

I haven't been there for a long time, but I think that when it comes to a store, the customer should be addressed and not speak to each other in their native language behind the counter. I have the feeling that I wasn't really noticed when I ordered, so I had to place my order twice. I can't say for sure whether it's because they ignored me or didn't hear me. Also, after I received my kebab, I asked for a napkin. Then a young man told me that it was under the kebab. And I told him that I knew that, but that I would like to have two more. Another employee then gave me the napkins because the gentleman didn't give me any and then during the meal I realized that my kebab had also been burnt. Pictures will follow. Sad, but you won't find the smile there in the store. Although I liked coming there. And boy, if he doesn't feel like working, he shouldn't!

I've eaten there several times. For a kebab shop it is nicely decorated. I can't say much about the staff as you place your order, take the food to go or sit down and eat. The only thing I can comment on is that the tables are often dirty and covered in leftover food. Even after 10 minutes they still look the same. The kebab was always quite average, so it doesn't blow you away. If you want to eat a standard kebab, you're in good hands here, but there are definitely much better ones.

The lady at the checkout was more than unfriendly and mistakenly charged us too much. After I paid I went to the toilet briefly while apparently they said that 1 out of 3 things hadn't been paid yet. A friend paid for it, but we were actually sure that I had already paid for all three things. When we asked her about it, she just looked at us accusingly and said that it was like that. When I got home to my account, lo and behold: exactly the amount of 3 products were deducted. 9€ isn't the best but it could have been nicer.

EDIT: 1. Completely unprofessional comment. It's great how you deal with criticism. 2. It definitely wasn't an e-cigarette. We're not blind, or since when do you have to knock the ash off an e-cigarette?

Disappointing experience despite good reviews I was really looking forward to trying a kebab here because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The overall concept of the kebab wasn't right for me. Unfortunately, the tzatziki sauce didn't taste like tzatziki at all, which significantly affected the taste experience. The meat was far too fatty and not crispy, as you would expect from a good kebab. In addition, the kebab seemed carelessly put together and the ingredients didn't feel fresh. Overall, the dish was also way too salty. It's a shame because I had much higher expectations based on the reviews. Maybe I was just unlucky that day, but unfortunately my visit was not satisfactory.

So the gentleman who took the order was anything but nice. So as a customer you feel uncomfortable right from the start. The meat, whether chicken or veal, was cold and didn't taste convincing either. The garlic sauce also tasted like it was 1 week old. You got a stomach ache while eating and you realized that if you continued eating you would just end up sitting on the toilet afterwards. Unfortunately, it's a shame because it had such good reviews and people had better expectations.

Fair Turkish/German döner with decent sauce options. The restroom is a bit too small and there’s only 1 toilet in the men’s room.

There are a lot of similar establishments around the city, but this one is really great. Tasty, fast, clean, comfortable.

Worst kebab ever, I will not be back. I got food poisoning from the kebab and was sick for 3 days after. Do not eat from here, they have no health or safety standards and do not wash their hands. One pair of gloves used for everything.... Never again!!!

Unfortunately, this kebab shop has poor hygiene, there are pieces of kebab and bread crumbs on the floor. The fact that plastic shoes are used in the area where the kebab is cut doesn't look good either. If you order pom kebab fries with your kebab, you won't get a salad with it. It's really strange, you have to either have salad or chips, both together in small quantities are not possible. That's really weird. The taste of the kebab is good. Therefore there are two stars. Employees should learn how to deal with customers and be friendlier

Don't go！ The staff there was very unfriendly, I said the wrong name of the product and a fat Turkish employee was very rude and kept asking me in a very unfriendly tone why I said it wrong even though I kept apologizing.

It's a real shame that there are no longer any kebab stalls with real tzatziki sauce. When I ordered I said extra with tzatziki and the kebab had a mush of mayo and garlic sauce. At least you could point out to the customer that it's not tzatziki but mayo. Then I would have left it out because I'm allergic to mayo. That's pretty much criminal. Never again. Thanks

There is really a great kebab plate here. Everything happened very quickly and we were very satisfied. We could sit upstairs, but it was still a construction site. But still highly recommended! Because the food was very good.

For me as a vegetarian, all pockets without meat are delicious. The selection here is large. The salads are fresh and delicious. No matter whether it's seitan, tofu or falafel. Fits. The fries are also very good. So occasionally, every few months, I'd be happy to...Thank you!

After we saw a bulgur roll on the menu, we wanted to know from the very unfriendly and rather annoyed young man behind the counter what the bulgur roll was. He pointed quite annoyed and bored at a Turkish specialty called “içli köfte”. This specialty is filled with minced meat. After we said, “Oh, then that’s içli köfte,” he told us in a very cheeky and unfriendly manner that this was a bulgur roll. After we showed the young man in Google what içli köfte is, he was probably even more annoyed because we were right and said no, it's a bulgur roll. Either the young gentleman should look for another job or let his boss tell him how to deal with customers and respond to customer questions. It is also not an advantage if you argue with the customer even though the customer is right, because this may lead to you never entering the store again and telling this incident everywhere - We traveled from Aschaffenburg to Düsseldorf and have Wanted to eat something there before our appointment, this unfriendly guy behind actually ruined our meal. What you show is something completely different. The customer has the right to inquire and question. After all, he pays money to be able to eat something. Maybe you should think about hiring a salesperson in a kebab shop like this who isn't annoyed about having to work behind the kebab grill on a Saturday.
