Always Green at Ruhrpark – an experience I don't need to repeat. My visit was a complete disaster. While I was browsing the beef selection at the counter, two saleswomen suddenly started laughing at me out of the blue. If that's their idea of ​​customer service, then forget it. But the worst part came in the restroom: Despite the visible cleaning staff, it was clear that nothing was being cleaned at all. The stench of urine was so overpowering that you seriously wonder if anyone was actually doing their job. After this combination of disrespect and disgusting conditions, one thing is clear for me: Once was definitely never again.

I visited Bochum for the first time in the summer of 2025. I was pleasantly surprised by the concept. The food was delicious, and the service was fast. I'll be back.

The best way to eat healthy in the Ruhrpark, and I also find ordering very smart and easy with the terminals.

Simply delicious! I ordered a bowl and a shake and I'm absolutely thrilled. The bowl was super fresh, colorful, and lovingly prepared – you can taste the quality of the ingredients.

My first choice whenever we want to eat something in the Ruhrpark. A healthy alternative to all the fast food. Whether bowls, wraps, or shakes, everything was always fresh and delicious. I can only recommend it to everyone. Simply fantastic!

The falafel hummus wrap was unfortunately really bad

Allergy sufferers beware: I ordered without an ingredient and then saw a member of staff put it in anyway. When she noticed it, she simply removed it and put it back in the box. Luckily, I don't have a severe allergy and was able to eat the food anyway, even though I was worried that bits might be left behind. The food tasted delicious, but the matcha latte with strawberries was absolutely tasteless.

I treated myself to a foamy matcha – and what can I say? Absolutely delicious! The flavor was pleasantly mild, not too bitter, beautifully creamy, and with a great consistency. You can tell right away that quality is a top priority here. I will definitely come back and try the other healthy delicacies. If you're looking for something fresh and delicious – whether it's a smoothie, bowl, or matcha – Immergrün is the place to go. 💚 Healthy, delicious, uncomplicated – I highly recommend it!

Delicious wrap, friendly service

After a 40-minute wait, I received two drinks, but one was still the wrong drink, and the other wasn't solid, but more like water with ice cubes. Despite all of this, the taste was OK.

Update June 2025: The entire vegan menu has been canceled. Very disappointing, unfortunately, I won't be visiting again. Bowls and juice. Super fresh, super delicious, great service, highly recommended.

A few days ago I was there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The employee was very nice and friendly. In addition to drinks, there is also something to eat there, such as wraps or salads. However, my friend and I decided to have a smoothie. Both smoothies were really delicious! You also have the opportunity to eat and drink on site - the ambience is beautiful and cozy, reminiscent of a jungle and simply fantastic. As far as prices go, they're not cheap, but it's definitely worth it. I can definitely recommend the store!

The quantity was perfect and the selection was simply great! The team was amazing and supported us in every way they could. The food was not only healthy, but also incredibly delicious! Very cool bowls, shakes and juices also awesome. You can see exactly how everything is prepared. Healthy and filling. The staff has always been friendly. Unfortunately there isn't enough seating, but that's completely okay. Prices naturally reflect the quality, but I'm happy to accept that.

The bowl was large and filling. Unfortunately, most of it consisted of just iceberg lettuce with sauce, which makes it look like more than it actually is. But I liked the cheese in the mashed potatoes.

I was visiting Essen and thought I would eat at something well-known so the Immergrün standard in Berlin seems to be much better

Really disappointed!! Wraps were really bad, hardly any chicken pieces in the wrap, more cucumber (very large pieces) and lettuce than anything else... Sauce was ok but not enough and the salad was inedible due to the heating... I really imagined something much better... Much better to make at home, at least you can make 5 or 6 wraps for this price Sorry people, you can't recommend something like that

I ordered a mango rush, which is already expensive (costs €7.50 for 0.4l or €8 for 0.6l). This was super chunky and you could see how the employee filled it up with orange juice? For the price it's not possible

A fresh and healthier alternative in the wide and spaceous food court of Ruhr Park. With a great selection of different wraps, salads, ricebowls and smoothies well suited for both vegans, vegetarians and those with no dietary restrictions you can be sure to find something. The workers are attentive and efficient and you can order both in person or through a screen. The salad was big enough, fresh, crisp and had a good mix of flavors and texture. It was overall a good salad, but for 13 euros it left us wanting more as there wasn’t anything that stood out or made it any special or different. Still, a good option to go.

Actually an enrichment for the food selection in the Ruhrpark. The food itself is also very tasty - now comes the BUT - I am allergic to milk and Immergrün advertises many vegan alternatives. Unfortunately, in 2 of 4 orders I had real Gouda and Parmesan instead of vegan cheese. Once seen at home to go, the other time a complaint was made on site. A new bowl was then made for me without emotion, in which everything was vegan, but there were different ingredients in it than what was ordered. Conclusion: delicious food, nice concept, implementation rather poor

In the Ruhrpark you can only eat there. Very nice staff who serve the food cleanly and quickly. The salads and bowls are my favorites. Price-performance ratio is also okay. Keeps you full for a long time, the portions are great and healthy too.

We had to wait forever for two little things because the note was apparently lost. Can happen. But then there wasn't even an apology or anything on the house... that's not possible. My juice was 50 percent foam!!! I'm not paying for that. Simply bold.

The two times I've stood there for 10 minutes without being noticed, a customer in front of me and three employees are doing something other than taking an order because I come there on my break and I don't have an hour to order. The shop in Bochum City is the complete opposite; you are always treated warmly.

When it comes to smoothies, it depends on who makes them... sometimes they taste better, sometimes worse. Annoying!

Everything looks chic. But honestly, almost 15€ for 2 smoothies that don't even taste good... hmm... I would have preferred a coffee at Mc's next door... way too overrated.

Cooler Laden, die Bowls schmecken gut und machen absolut satt. Leider sind die Dressings ziemlich gesüßt, das relativiert den „healthy“ Faktor etwas. Aber bevor man zu McD daneben geht ist das definitiv die bessere Wahl ;-)

Die Mitarbeiterin fummelte sich im Mund rum und holte sich etwas aus den Zähnen. Das fand ich so ekelhaft, dass wir woanders was gekauft haben.

Ein schöner Laden im Einkaufszentrum in Bochum. Die Auswahl ist wirklich toll und es gibt auch vegane Möglichkeiten. Besonders im Sommer sind die Smoothies mega erfrischend und lecker. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist der Caesar Wrap.

Die Wraps sind der Hammer, ich kann insbesondere den Cigköfte Wrap sehr empfehlen. Viel veganes Angebot, alles frisch. Die Smoothies sind klasse und lecker, hier hatten wir den Mood Boost und sind begeistert gewesen. Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, komme definitiv wieder hierhin

Endlich auch ein Imbiss, welcher Gesundheitsbewusstsein und Nachhaltigkeit im Fokus hat! Dachte ich mir, als ich die Ankündigung zur Neueröffnung im Ruhrpark las… Neben all dem herkömmlichen Fastfood in der Via Bartolo sticht der Name und das Speisenangebot in jedem Fall positiv hervor. Geschmacklich sind die Bowls, Salate und Wraps auch noch lecker, wenn auch preislich im Vergleich zu den rundherum angebotenen Speisen eher hochpreisig. Dies ist aber ein grundsätzliches Problem heutzutage, dass ungesunde konventionell erzeugte Lebensmittel billiger (aber auf keinen Fall günstiger) sind, als gesunde Lebensmittel aus nachhaltigem Anbau bzw. Erzeugung. So weit also kein Grund zur Beanstandung, würden nicht alle Speisen in Einweg-Verpackungen ausgegeben. Das passt nicht zu dem Image des angebotenen Essens und auch nicht so recht in die heutige Zeit! Hier sehe ich Verbesserungspotential und die Möglichkeit, dies direkt mit dem Betreiber des Ruhrparks anzugehen, welcher ganz öffentlich die Bemühungen zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit des eigenen Betriebs anpreist und gleichzeitig duldet, dass sämtliche Imbissbetriebe in der “Via Bartolo” hauptsächlich Einwegverpackungen herausgeben…

Sehr lecker und freundliches Personal!

Waren spontan dort essen. Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Salate. Zum einen:“PRINZ VON BEL HUHN und PARADIESVOGEL ohne Nudeln oder Reis“. Beide Salate waren begnadet. Sehr gut zubereitet und sehr lecker.

Angebot mega und war auch lecker, hat auch satt gemacht. Geht halt nur den Geldbeutel. Aber hatte so ein Mango Smoothie im Angebot und ne richtige saftige Bowl. :)

Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen. Die Paradiesvogel Bowl kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht auf extra Wünsche sofort ein. Beim nächsten Ruhrpark Besuch bin ich wieder dort :)

Wer frisches gesundes und vor allem leckeres Essen sucht ist hier genau richtig! Die Wraps, Bowls und die Smoothies schmecken fantastisch :) das Personal ist außerdem immer sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen!:-)) Weiter so!

Ich war mit einer Freundin kurz vor Feierabend da. Ich habe eine Bowl gegessen und sie einen Wrap. Uns beiden war danach übel und ich habe mich abends noch übergeben. Der Service war nett, aber von dem Essen würde ich mich feenhalten. Das Gemüse war überhaupt nicht mehr frisch oder lecker.

Wir haben Lebensmittel gerettet über To good to Go. Als wir ankamen waren die Tüten bereits gepackt. Als wir darauf hinwiesen, dass wir Vegetarier sind, ob sie wüssten was drin ist, konnte man uns dies nicht sagen. Uns wurde leider nicht angeboten, neue zu kriegen, obwohl dort noch mehr als genug vegetarische lagen. Das versteh ich halt dann auch nicht unter ‚nachhaltig‘ wenn wir die Sachen dann doch wegwerfen müssen weil wir kein Fleisch essen. Zumal es heutzutage mehr als genug Vegetarier gibt. Wir haben auch nicht verstanden, warum nicht erst abgepackt wurde, als wir kamen. Dies war bis jetzt sonst überall so Schade, machen wir nicht nochmal

Die Bowls und die Shakes sind meine absoluten Favoriten! Wenn ich im Ruhrpark bin esse ich nur dort. Preis-Leistung ist überragend und man unterschätzt wie sättigend die Bowl ist. Außerdem sind nur frische leckere gesunde Zutaten drin . Happy Flamingo und der Iced Coffee sind ein Traum !!Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich. Also ich finds TOP!!! Würde ich immer weiterempfehlen.

Dort zu essen lohnt sich. Ich habe dort gegessen und mir gesagt es ist nur ein Salat das wird mich nicht voll Krieg im Nachhinein musste ich es einpacken da ich voll wurde, und noch Rest übrig geblieben ist und es war super lecker vor allem die Wraps! Und das personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, weiter so👍🏾 :)

Super leckere Bowls und Salate. Es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle mal vorbeizuschauen. Zumal das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich war.

Hatten Teriyaki Lachs wrap und Ceasar Wrap und Ceasar Salat....für so eine kleine Menge Salat der nicht mehr ganz so frisch war und leider geschmacklich nicht so mein Fall war 33€ finde ich zu teuer...hatte auf geschmacksexplosion gehofft. ist aus geblieben...leider ist auch die deklaration mit Rucola nicht ausreichend....

Die Bowls sind sehr lecker,die Zutaten sind qualitativ hochwertig.Das Hähnchen ist butterzart. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Werde sicherlich häufiger dort essen!
