Portions are getting smaller and smaller – soon you'll get an "empty plate" for 14.90. But as a customer, I'm not going to put up with that anymore.

The individual vegetable products had very little flavor. The falafel were pre-made and not properly fried, resulting in little flavor. The hummus tasted like a pre-made product, and the beets tasted like they came from a jar. We didn't notice any fresh flavor in the products.

The food was super delicious and healthy, and the staff was even friendlier. I had the chicken teriyaki bowl with rice, which was delicious.

I ordered a Caesar chicken salad with fried potatoes, but what was delivered was raw potatoes and salad without chicken. I already filed a complaint via Uber, but I still haven't received a refund. I also contacted the restaurant directly, and they didn't accommodate me either...€20 for a salad!!

Service was overwhelmed, food was soggy and lacked flavor. A total disaster.

I ordered delivery from here, and my bowl came completely different than I expected. I had specifically requested avocado, which I paid for, but it wasn't included. I also didn't want beetroot, but it still contained a lot. The bowl was unsalted and completely unseasoned, and the dressing I received was not what I ordered.

Dean & David is always a great choice for healthy food! The 50g bowl was awesome fresh ingredients and a surprisingly generous portion. The staff are super nice and hardworking, creating a positive vibe. Definitely a spot I’d return to for a balanced, tasty meal.

I work directly across the street and enjoy coming to this Dean & David restaurant regularly. The team is always friendly, and even when it's hectic and busy at lunchtime, they're quick. The food is fresh and delicious—perfect for a lunch break. The fact that you can now order from the vending machine makes it even more relaxing, as you can then go straight out onto the terrace and hardly have to wait. 5 stars

I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl online and was unfortunately very disappointed. Both the rice and the chicken were completely cold. So, use better heat-retaining containers. And you had to hunt for the chicken. Honestly, there were only 5 small chicken pieces in total. The salad was okay. But they charged more than €15 for it. Sorry, but it was worth a maximum of €3. I'll never get it again. (I can't comment on the ambiance or service on site; this review only applies to online delivery orders.)

The “Bircher muesli with pomegranate seeds” only contained 3 (three!) pomegranate seeds, but it tasted so delicious that I would buy it again even if it only contained two pomegranate seeds.

I am a regular customer at different Dean and David including Lufthansa on board. I often eat at Munich HBF or Karlplatz. Today, I am working from home and ordered with Uber Eats from this branch. They accepted the order and showed me delivery in 40 minutes. Then changed to 50 minutes. Then changed again. I ordered before 11 am and the delivery time changed from 11:40 to 12:20. And worse is they cancelled it at 12:10 pm after waiting for more than an hour. Now I don’t have time to go out or make another order before an important meeting. I have stomach upset because of them. They should not accept the order from the beginning or cancel quickly. This is outrageous to make me wait 70 minutes for the cancellation. The management or staff at this branch do not appreciate our time. Probably that is why they are working as a staff there with lower wages but what about D&D as a whole. Is that the way they trained their staff?

I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case, it's unfortunately necessary. The hot chicken wrap, advertised as a "favorite dish," was a bitter disappointment. The chicken tasted unnatural and seemed like it came from a microwave – overall, the dish was more reminiscent of low-end fast food. Even at McDonald's, you can get better quality. Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend it.

Ordered salad to pick up, some ingredients were missing and there was no dressing at all.

Ordered 2 salads and in both portions there was no egg, no Italian hard cheese and no country bread, even though it was supposed to be in both salads. The Caesar salad only consisted of lettuce and chicken, really bland!

I ordered two chicken teriyaki bowls via UberEats today and was absolutely disappointed. There were just four to five small pieces of meat in both bowls and they weren't even whole pieces, they were halved. For a dish that has “chicken” as the first word in its name, that’s really stupid. I even specifically asked in the order not to skimp on the meat and instead got less than you would normally get. (I assume that this amount does not correspond to the norm) When I raised the problem in the restaurant, the first employee didn't speak German and didn't pass on my concerns. The second one offered me to order again and then they would add more meat but why should I pay again just to get a normal portion? I've been happy with Dean & David so far, but if they cut corners in the wrong places, I'll definitely not order again. What a shame!

Lean and tough meat in the curry, the vegetables are also overcooked in the curry, even the rice is just mush. Doesn't taste good at all. There is no service because one man has to run the whole place. That's why all the tables are dirty. I'll never eat here again!

I recently visited Dean & David and had a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, this visit was far below the usual standard I expect from this chain. Firstly, the personnel did not speak English, which was surprising and inconvenient as they usually do. Communication was a challenge and added unnecessary stress. Secondly, the restaurant had a terrible smell, reminiscent of bio waste. It was so overpowering that it made the environment uncomfortable and even affected the taste of the food. On top of that, the beepers used to notify customers when orders are ready didn't work. As a result, our food sat on the counter for a long time and became cold before we realized it was ready. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food. That was the last straw, and I couldn’t even finish my meal. Overall, the combination of poor service, bad smell, technical issues, and hygiene concerns made this an experience I would not want to repeat. Definitely disappointed and hope these issues are addressed promptly.

Disastrously run restaurant. Orders are processed without a recognizable system. The time of the order does not matter here. Customers who ordered 10 minutes after me will be served beforehand. Behind the counter there is chaos and a woman shouting commands - irritating. A relaxed lunch break looks different.

My daughter goes to this cafe, when I was visiting her, we went there together for breakfast. I liked it, everything was prepared quickly, the quality was quite decent. Next time I come to visit my daughter, I will be able to visit this cafe again

Today around 10:00 I was sitting in the cafe and it suddenly became incredibly loud behind the counter. One employee shouted at the other employee, which could be heard throughout the restaurant. Something like this should be discussed quietly in an office and not loudly in front of all the guests.

The food was old and inedible. Falaffels were so hard and dry that you couldn't eat them. When I cut it open you could see how the edges were dry and old. Old, disgusting food, just the fact that you give something like that to the customer shows what's going on here - thank you BTW: It's not that it didn't suit our taste or that it was too hard and dry for our liking - the food was old and no longer edible

I entered the restaurant on July 31st. shortly before 4 p.m. - it was absolutely empty, I was the only guest. Behind the counter there were two very young men who were busy with the cash register. They didn't return my greeting and left me waiting without comment while they continued to handle the cash register. I then went back and instead bought my Caesar salad across the street at REWE for half the price. Customer friendliness looks different to me - and if one of these two gentlemen had apologized (e.g. along the lines of “we can't accept orders at the moment because there are problems with the billing system”), all would have been right for me. Therefore only one star because of the lack of service.

Actually always okay to satisfied, but after the last order there was something wrong with the salad bowl (vegan chicken with mango) because my partner and I had gastrointestinal problems and severe diarrhea for days afterwards. Please pay a little more attention to the ingredients or sauces...

Ich habe eine Bowl mit plantbased chicken bestellt und habe richtiges Fleisch bekommen. Ich konnte die ganze Bowl nicht essen, weil alle anderen Zutaten auch nach Fleisch geschmeckt haben. Aber der schlimme Teil daran war, dass ich meine Bowl meinem Mitbewohner geschenkt habe und das chicken war roh.

Ofcourse the food isn’t super tasty!! But it’s healthy. I guess that is what makes it different. Healthy food don’t taste that great. But their Caesar salad is pretty good.

Extrem mieses Essen. Die Good Karma Bowl ist einfach schrecklich. Der Reis ist ein Klumpen Reisbrei. Dazu ein paar lieblose Toppings und Curry um dem ganzen wenigstens etwas Geschmack zu geben.

Ich mag dean&david sehr, aber die Portionen sind in letzter Zeit kleiner geworden und Preise höher.

Der Geschmack ist einfach nur bombastisch. Seien es die Salata, die Bowls oder auch die Sandwiches. Die Zutaten sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig und das merkt man definitiv am Geschmack.

Die ausgefallenen Smoothies kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Produkte, die verwendet werden sind sehr hochwertig, was man wirklich am tollen frischen Geschmack merkt.

Compare to other D&D. This one is the worst I have ever experienced. Food portion is smaller, the staffs are not friendly, they don't care about their job, forgot my coffee because he was talking to a nice girl, and when he finally remembered my coffee,, and just let the coffee overflow from the machine, and pour out some so its not too full. The coffee is not even warm,the coffee taste disgusting.

War ok. Hatte einen Japanese Bowl. da war son Töpfchen mit Soße bei - das habe ich dann drüber gekippt und alles hat vor Öl nur so getrieft. Hat ein bisschen genervt - Plan war ja was gesundes zu essen. Sonst war es in Ordnung. 3,5 Sterne.

Ein sehr tolles Angebot an veganen Speisen. Finde hier immer etwas etwas leckeres. Generell ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Toller Laden!

Ich komme gelegentlich sehr gerne hier her. Es ist sehr sauber das Personal ist freundlich. Das Ambiente absolut Top, hell, freundlich und einladend. Die Salate und Bowls sind Geschmack zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistung finde ich nicht ganz gegeben. Es ist und bleibt immer noch Selbstbedienung und ein Systemgastronomisches Konzept und dafür finde ich es zu teuer. Leider ist ab und zu, der Fleischanteil sehr zäh. Aber mir persönlich ist es sehr wichtig das, dass Drumherum passt und man gemütlich und sorgenfrei Zeit hier verbringen kann… dann mache ich auch gern mal Abstriche, wenn es geschmacklich nicht „immer“ zu 100% passt. Komme immer wieder gern hier her!

Ich habe mir einen Wrap to go geholt und war ganz zufrieden. Ich wurde schnell und nett bedient. Man bestellt direkt wenn man rein kommt und kann aus verschiedensten Salaten, Wraps usw. wählen.

Super Salate und Bowls. Ich kann empfehlen Mango Prawn Bowl, Chicken Vitality Salat.

Zuerst das positive : online Bestellung zur Abholung wurde innerhalb von 10 Minuten durchgeführt Nun das negative: Caesar Salad Dressing war nicht vorhandenen, blöd wenn ich einen Caesar Salad bestelle... zum Glück hatte meine Bestellung ein anderer Gast mitgenommen, so konnte ich was anderes im Laden auswählen. Geschmacklich und von der Portionsgröße her insgesamt aber enttäuschend!

Stets bemüht trifft es ganz gut. Bisher hat es leider noch nie geklappt dass ich meine Onlineabholbestellung pünktlich mitnehmen konnte. Bisher wurde die Bestellung immer vergessen und erst nach langem Warten und nochmaligem Nachfragen bearbeitet. Ich weiß zu Mittag ist Rush Hour, aber sowas sollte trotzdem nicht ständig passieren.
