Went there to eat for the first time, very friendly staff, very attentive as you would expect, everything was very good, the food and the drinks, the ouzo, wonderful. We've been there several times now, we're always greeted in a very friendly manner, we're now regular customers

Disappointing Experience I recently visited La Casa and was unfortunately very disappointed by my experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, but the service significantly spoiled the overall impression. The employee (even the owner) who served us seemed grumpy and annoyed. Unfortunately, there was no smile. Instead, she seemed rather disinterested in the guests. This made it difficult to feel welcome, and we had the impression that our requests/orders were more of an inconvenience to her. I hope management recognizes the importance of positive customer service and works to improve the attitude of the staff. It would be a shame if the quality of the food was overshadowed by a negative atmosphere.

The vegan selection on the menu is excellent! The service force seemed new. She was really friendly, but slow and hard of hearing. However, the music was also relatively loud, which made the atmosphere generally seem very hectic and loud. The tables were all very close together. We had to wait a comparatively long time for our food and drinks. Nobody came to us on their own, we had to draw attention to ourselves. The food tasted okay. It wasn't bad but it wasn't a culinary delight or anything special either. We had a starter with an aperitif, a main course and a dessert. In total we spent €89 on it, which is really okay.
