Went there for ice cream today. The ice cream was great. The staff was very friendly. I can only give it all stars.

We ordered Olympia here today from the Greek restaurant and after about 2 hours I called to ask where the food was. The first employee then told me that you couldn't order via the new website. No notice or anything else on the website. Confirmation came via email and payment with Paypal went without any problems. I told him this too, but he wasn't really interested. The second employee was quite nice and apologized, but I wouldn't have called if we were still waiting. Now after 2 1/2 hours the food was there and unfortunately the order came incorrectly (instead of stuffed pork fillet only the normal one) and was unfortunately very dry. So conclusion for us, it was the last time we ordered here.

As a Berliner, I can say that the shop doesn't come close to Berlin kebab, but it is definitely highly recommended and the dishes taste very good too. I'm happy to come by every time I visit Wernigerode.

We stopped there by chance. At first glance it is quite messy and dirty. The hygienic condition of the floors and toilet facilities are unacceptable for a restaurant. The tables and cutlery/dishes were also unclean. However, the food and the prices as well as the service are positive. In addition, it must be added that the leftovers from the uncooked food were taken away and when they were heated up, a metal wire was found in them and was almost eaten. I sincerely hope this was just an oversight. Because that could have had very bad consequences.

Trotz schriftlicher Tischreservierung und schriftlicher Bestätigung standen wir vor verschlossener Tür! Wir sind über 120 km angereist und wollten mit meiner Mutter dort essen - sie ist Diabetikerin und muss auf geregelte Essenszeiten achten. Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit - das hingeschmierte Schild in der Tür, das besagte, dass geschlossen ist, war in so gebrochenem Deutsch formuliert, so dass man sich zunächst gar nicht sicher sein konnte, was die meinen. Nie wieder!

Hello dear users I speak from my personal experience and think the food always tastes good and the delivery times are great too. But dear owners and employees of the business, please start cutting the pizzas when you deliver! That's why only 4 stars, as soon as it arrives cut it becomes 5 stars.

Stopped there spontaneously. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. After 10 minutes the food was ready. We can highly recommend pasta gratin broccoli & ham with pasta. We'd love to come back. 👍🏻

Ordered via Lieferando and burgers, schnitzels, fries and pizzas were delivered within the specified delivery period. Unfortunately, there were standard burger buns with sesame again and not the delicious homemade ones that we used to have. Everything tasted good, we will order again.
