Suryana Restaurant مطعم سورياناا in Magdeburg

Früher, vor 2–3 Jahren, gab es dort wirklich gutes Essen. Heute kümmert sich dort niemand mehr um die Kunden! Bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen bekommt man Essen, das schon lange vorher zubereitet wurde. Das Hähnchen wird nur aufgewärmt und die Pommes sind kalt. Ich habe versucht, telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, aber das ist unmöglich.

Schlechtester Kundenservice. Punkt.

Kein Essen, kein Service, keine Atmosphäre, keine Behandlung. Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel für so ein Restaurant.

Der Service war furchtbar. Wir hatten mehrere Gerichte bestellt, und trotzdem wurde uns alle halbe Stunde eine weitere Bestellung gebracht. Dadurch ist uns der Appetit vergangen, und wir mussten das Essen einfach nicht mehr hören.

Unfassbar, dass dieses Restaurant noch geöffnet ist. In meinem Essen befanden sich mehrere kleine Steine. So etwas darf in der Gastronomie einfach nicht passieren. Dabei hätte es leicht zu Verletzungen an den Zähnen oder sogar zu schlimmeren Folgen kommen können. Ich bin schockiert über diesen Vorfall!!!!

Das Essen war köstlich, frisch, preiswert und sauber. Ich komme wieder.

Leider sehr enttäuschend heute habe um 19:22 Uhr bestell über Telefon nach dem ich mir dachte besser als Lieferlando Gebühren zahlen zu müssen fürs Restaurant, war wohl ein Fehler den der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war alles andere als erfahren und respekvoll ich rief nach 50 min an um zu fragen wo mein Essen bleibt weil ich keine 2 Minuten entfernt wohne wollte ich es eventuell abholen aber da sagt er mir Essen ist unterwegs also warte ich weitere 40 Minuten und rief um 20:40 nochmal an und wie der Mitarbeiter dann am Telefon gesprochen hat hat mich dazu bewegt niewieder zu bestellen und diese Rezensionn sowie Erfahrung mit anderen zu teilen

Am besten garkeine Punkte für diesen Karnevalsverein! Egal zu welcher Zeit man bestellt, man wartet ewig auf sein Essen. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bezüglich der Bestellung, wird gesagt dass die Bestellung unterwegs ist und man wartet nochmal mindestens 30min. Absolute Frechheit dieser Service. Das hat nichts mit Gastro zu tun. Nie wieder.

Habe fritirtes Hänchen mit Pommes bestellt das Hänchen essbar aber nicht mein Geschmack ok dazu gab es eine Sauce wahrscheinlich Mayo 0 Geschmack Salat nichts mit Geschmack gepickeltes Gemüse nur Salz Pommes latschik gut dem Transport zu zuschreiben aber 0Geschmack nie wieder werde ich mir dort etwas bestellen

Essen ist Geschmackssache aber schmeckt frisch und lecker... Pizzen in unterschiedlichen Größen werden frisch gemacht und sind lecker...der Teig ist sehr gut... Gasthaus ist etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig... Wollten aber renovieren und danach war ich noch nicht wieder da...

We ordered durum and doner bok. We waited 35 minutes to get a cold dish, the fries were cold as if they were old, the chicken was also cold, the sauce was very tasteless. Totally bad

The food at Suryana Restaurant is simply delicious. Everything I've tried so far has been something special compared to other restaurants. Right next door is the Suryana Ice Cream Parlor – perfect for dessert. You save yourself the long search, can relax, chill, smoke shisha, and enjoy the evening ❤️ Highly recommended!

The restaurant seemed nice. A wide selection of menu items on the blackboard. I made myself a cup of tea and ordered a pizza. What I got will stay with me. The pizza was tasteless. I took it to go and shared it with everyone at work. None of my friends will order there. Flavorless, unseasoned, and bland. The worst I've ever eaten. The service was impeccable. I recommend the tea.

I went to the Siryano restaurant and bought a sandwich. Unfortunately, the food was very unhygienic. The staff weren't clean, their fingernails were long and dirty, and they weren't working with gloves. I really hope the inspectors come and look at this situation, because it's simply disgusting.

Excellent food and perfect delivery via Lieferando! I ordered from Suryana Restaurant via Lieferando today, November 29, 2025, and I'm absolutely thrilled. The delivery arrived at 3:55 p.m. – right on time, very hot, and excellently packaged. Even upon opening the box, you could tell that quality and care were paramount. The food was incredibly delicious: The Crispy Chicken Meal was crispy on the outside, tender and piping hot on the inside. The Fataier with Taouk and Cheese were fresh, flavorful, and generously filled. Everything looked appetizing and tasted just as good as it looked. A big thank you to the driver: He found my address immediately and delivered the order right to my door – no confusion, no constant phone calls, no problems whatsoever. Especially after some bad experiences with other delivery services, this service was a real relief. This is how every delivery via Lieferando should be! I order online frequently, and I can honestly say that Suryana Restaurant has had one of the best delivery experiences I've had in Magdeburg so far. If you like dry, rotisserie-cooked chicken (I've never experienced that before), which tastes bone dry even with sauce, then this is the place for you. If there's a football match on, please bring earplugs, because the TV is blasting at 130 decibels – but the service was very friendly.

The service was incredibly friendly and gave us good advice and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The food was absolutely terrible; the chicken wings were all splintered, and the only thing you could eat were the fries. I don't even want to start talking about the spices or pickles or whatever else they were talking about. Shawarma was okay, but not really recommended. I left a 40-euro note for something worth a fiver at the most.

I don't recommend it. Basically, a kebab with a "FrajerCSGO" vibe. The first time Patryk ordered it, we didn't eat it until the next morning, but that was deliberate. I ate it twice because my stomach wasn't working yet. The second time, when Mati and Kondzio arrived, we ordered it, and the kebab must have been refrigerated. Patryk devoured it like a chump, as it's a Magdeburg delicacy, and Mati ate it with pain. Afterward, everyone puked after the kebab. Mati held the block, I puked on Mati's back, and when Patryk saw it, he puked too. Only Kondzio didn't puke, but this is MiniDziwkaCSGO, and he'll eat it all. Basically, a vinegary kebab. When I left half on the table and we came back later, it moved a bit on its own.

The food and service were excellent, but soon the restaurant began to decline, and of course, after returning home, you had to take a shower and wash your clothes to avoid the smell of fried oil and the lack of good ventilation.

I had to wait an hour and a half for the food. It was cold when it arrived. The garlic sauce was sour. The food was generally not tasty. It definitely deserves one star. Never again!

It used to be delicious, but you're just getting worse and worse. Several times, the sauce has been forgotten; each time the falafel sandwich is made differently, as if there were no guidelines. If I like something, I always want the same thing, not 10 surprises with ingredients you wouldn't even eat. Then I had a completely rancid lemon in it that was already brown inside and smelled really disgusting. Then you call and have to prove you're not lying because it supposedly contained garlic sauce. An absolute highlight for all those with a sweet tooth! I was beyond thrilled with this oriental restaurant! The warm, inviting atmosphere is immediately apparent upon entering. But what really blew me away were the sweets – simply heavenly!

We ordered food home. We had two spinach pizzas, a kebab and a sandwich. The sandwich was OK. The kebab was okay but not particularly tasty either. A friend and I were at Suryana in Sudenburg last week, we actually wanted to go to Fatira, but unfortunately they have remodeled and closed accordingly. Well, since we've been wanting to try Surayan for a while, this was the moment. As soon as I walked in, I was negatively surprised by the hygiene and appearance. Unfortunately they no longer had the dish I wanted, so it was half chicken with fries instead of rice. The food was ok, nothing compared to Fatira. In an order of 6 dishes, two dishes were forgotten to be made. 😵‍💫 The highlight was the toilet. Yes, other Arabic places aren't particularly clean either, but this was really disgusting.

Worst restaurant I've ever been to. Waited forever, compatriots and friends would of course be preferred and in the end the food was cold and some of the chicken was raw. -100 points.

The last time the kebab was too cold for my taste. Someone should tell the employee: "It doesn't do much good to turn on the skewer for just 2 minutes". I would have given 5 stars purely based on the food. But I had METAL in the meat of my TooGoodToGo order! I only noticed this when I bit down hard because it was in the meat.

The slightly different kebab snack bar... Nothing is run-of-the-mill here. The lamb kebab on the weekend... it's certainly one of the best in Magdeburg. The fresh baked goods - consistently top class. Conclusion definitely recommended

Unfortunately I can't say anything positive. Ordered Pizza Hawaii, I had to wait a long time. After 15 minutes he said he didn't have any pineapple and asked if I wanted anything else. I say yes, broccoli please. After another 10 minutes I get a pizza with white milk sauce instead of tomato sauce, no broccoli, but mushrooms and corn. The white milk sauce was so sickly sweet that I had to throw away over half of the pizza. And I had to pay another €10 for that. Rarely have I been so disappointed.

That was really a disappointment with the Suryana. The food wasn't good, and on top of that, you couldn't get the wrong order. The staff was grumpy and the wait took forever. It really wasn't worth it, so I'll never go there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
