If you want to have the wrong pizza delivered after 1.5 hours for 26.99 euros and when you ask you don't even ask for the money but rather a 20 euro voucher and are offered a 20 percent discount voucher as the best option - then and exactly then you are right here! Total order amount was 49.98 euros and not the first delivery. The “boss” was on the phone. I repeat my words: "This is the worst service I have ever experienced!" Note to readers. I am always polite and solution-oriented. The first colleague was also accessible. My conversation with the boss was also calm, but if someone wants to make fun of me, then I have no understanding.

Unfortunately, I probably won't order more from here. It's okay that the prices are going higher, but then reassuring me that cheesesticks are exactly the same size as before, when they now fit in a small box instead of a large one like before (- I'm a regular customer and order every month)… . The 20% pickup discount is now only available for orders over €10 and only for cash payments. Absolutely crazy! You definitely won't get any new customers that way. And the old ones will definitely stay away

So my son and I were there at lunchtime and were allowed to sit, even though the concept wasn't intended for that. The guys were incredibly friendly. Thank you for that

I called there and ordered two pizzas, emphasizing that I needed them quickly. The person on the phone assured me that I could take her straight away in 20 minutes. I got there after 20 minutes and had to wait 15 minutes for my pizza and then IT JUST STARTED being prepared!!! I would have understood it if there had been a lot going on, but the whole staff was just chilling on their cell phones for the whole 15 minutes that I was there and reminded me that it was urgent!!! Very dissatisfied, not recommended!!

When we order pizza it's from Papa John's. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended is the Verona pizza, which we almost always order there. So far everything has always gone well. There's nothing to complain about. And we continue to be loyal customers.

Sad, you make a special appointment order and you don't get your food on time. I'm absolutely upset! I also called there but the nice gentleman couldn't do more than apologize.

It was good, I ordered and it arrived within 20 minutes. I found the bread sticks very tasty. I also had a Margherita pizza. Unfortunately there was a small piece of broccoli on it, so it was probably dropped from other pizzas. That wouldn't be so bad, except I also found a small piece of meat. If you're vegetarian it's not so nice. Otherwise good

I ordered now from them PAPADIA Philly cheesesteak and instead brought PAPADIA mushrooms which I don’t eat because of health problems and this was done deliberately because on the box they wrote my original order so there was no switch up or mistake. I told the delivery guy but he just shrugged and walked off and this is not the first time my order on the box doesn’t match the food so I have to call them out to stop this evil act.

Order via Lieferanto was accidentally placed twice due to internet difficulties. The immediate cancellation of one order was immediately confirmed by Papa John's. However, there was no clarification from the pizza service with Paypal, so my money was deducted twice and no account refund has yet been made. If necessary, I will go to court if the matter is not resolved immediately. Never order here again.

I think the pizzas are delicious. Staff is always friendly too.

Die erste Bestellung eine Käse_Pizza 40cm hat nach typischem Massenwarenteig geschmeckt, der zusammen mit Industriekäse einen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack und Nachgeruch hinterlässt. Die Lieferzeit zu Silvester war top < 35 Min. 3. Januarwoche: vegane Pizza, gleicher Nachgeschmack, zudem hat der Lieferant die Getränke vergessen Lieferzeit bull****. > 50 Min. nachdem der Lieferservice mich 3 Min nach Bestellung angerufen hat und mitgeteilt hat, dass ein Artikel nicht lieferbar ist. Pizza war weniger warm als lauwarm. Die Getränke wurden dann nachgeliefert.

Service gleich null, Pizzen sehr spärlich belegt, viele Pizzen der aktuellen Karte sind gar nicht verfügbar

Wir haben L große Pizza bestellen, aber es war inoch etwas klein. Sowieso das Pizza war lecker

Lieferung war okay. Mehrere Zutaten wurden leider vergessen, was sehr schade ist, da es ja alles Einzeln kostet. Es wir auch geworben das es zu jeder Pizza ein Dip für den Rand gibt und eine riesen Peperoni, leider wieder nichts dabei. Langsam finde ich es echt schade.

Geschmacklich sehr gut, kurze Wartezeit, freundliches Personal, das allerdings verständlicherweise teils recht gehetzt ist. Preislich an der oberen Grenze.

Sehr lecker frisch zu bereitet das einzige markel das zwei Mitarbeiter nur am rumalbern und nur da stehn und denn einen alles alleine machen lassen was abzulut nicht akzeptabel ist Der große wahr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit er hatte alles aleine gemacht deswegen auch die lange warte zeit

Wartezeit ist viel zu lange wenn man direkt vor Ort bestellt, die chickenbox ist kulinarisch ein Reinfall, die wings schmecken wie in wurstsuppe gekocht,die Kartoffelecken viel zu trocken, und die rolls hatten zu wenig Käse. Die Thunfischpizza war ein Lichtblick, richtig lecker.

Vorher als Uno ging es gerade noch, aber jetzt ist der Belag geradezu lächerlich und die Preise hoch. 1,99 extra für Champions wovon sich 3 fingernagelgroße Schnipsel auf der Pizza finden. Die Qualität ist grauenhaft. Nur die Lieferung war pünktlich und der Fahrer nett, deshalb 1 Punkt für meine letzte Bestellung dort jemals.

Ich hab seit langem nicht mehr so eine leckere Pizza gegessen, ich bin echt mega begeistert. Die Lieferung war auch auf die Minute pünktlich. Dort bestell ich auf jeden Fall wieder. 👍

Was soll man dazu noch sagen....Die Preise sind abnormal....Und noch dazu ist weniger drin bzw weniger drauf....Preis - Leistung 6 SETZEN !!!

Pizzen sahen zwar sehr gut aus, schmeckten uns aber nicht! Die Tomatensoße war süß und der Teig hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Für mich war auch zu wenig Thunfisch auf der Pizza. Wir bestellen erst einmal wieder woanders. Positiv war die schnelle Lieferung, noch vor dem erwarteten Lieferzeitpunkt.

Papa johns ist ziemlich besser als Uno, Pizza ist Lecker und nur ein bisschen Overprice.

Pizza bei Papa John's war sensationell gut, alle weiteren getesteten Produkte sind leider durchgefallen. Eingeschweißte Salate mit Fertigdressing die in Polen 600km entfernt produziert werden, ist unterdurchschnittlich, und das ist noch höflich ausgedrückt. Dafür hat der Salat bewusst noch 6 Tage länger nach Kauf im Kühlschrank durchgehalten, einen Tag länger als das MHD vorsah! Immerhin. Allerdings kein wirklicher Trost! Plastikmüll ohne Ende. Da verzichte ich lieber darauf. Die Pizzabrötchen empfanden wir zu trocken. Die kleinen fertig Dips von Heinz , naja - nicht wieder. Die Cheessticks waren schmale Pizzastreifen, durchschnittlich im Geschmack. Das Papadias Philly Cheessteak tropfte vor Fett und die Steak-Fetzen waren eher Kebabhexel. Das Resümee: Pizza kann man dort bestellen, das ganze drumrum ist nichts für uns. Da haben wir zu hohe Ansprüche an Qualität und Frische.

Sehr leckere 😋 Pizza 🍕. Viel besser als Uno vorher. Ich finde es zwar relativ teuer, aber sie schmeckt.
