Unfortunately very disappointing. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a canteen. Very cold in the guest room. We were freezing even with jackets on. There is no comfort there. The food was so ok. Unfortunately the pasta was cold and the vegetables were usually only lukewarm. There were only 2 types of sushi. However, the selection of fruit gums as a dessert option left me permanently disturbed. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. I can also buy a bag of Haribo at Rewe.

Delicious as always, the sushi selection was a bit limited and the rice was very sticky this time.

Experience report: A disappointing visit I recently visited this restaurant and am deeply disappointed with what I experienced. Here's what happened: 1. Rude staff: The staff behaved disrespectfully towards us. Neither friendliness nor professionalism was evident. 2. Poor hygiene: The hygiene standards were absolutely not met. This was evident in both the dining area and food handling. 3. Quality of the food: The dishes were anything but fresh, and the quality of the meat in particular left a lot to be desired. We also had to wait over an hour for a grilled dish. 4. Different treatment of guests: While other guests had their drinks neatly served on a tray, I simply received my drink in my hand. This unequal treatment really irritated me. 5. No appreciation: Even after paying, my farewell greeting was ignored. This experience showed me that neither the service nor the quality of this restaurant met my expectations. I cannot recommend this restaurant under the circumstances and hope that management takes this criticism seriously to improve standards for future guests.

It was quite ok. You definitely have to reserve a table as it is very busy (at least on a Saturday evening). Offer good, but I've seen better. Many things were mostly empty and were slowly being filled up. There is still a lot that can be done in terms of quality and taste.

Basically a very solid buffet restaurant, but not of particularly high quality. The raw ingredients can be used for frying, which involves using a lot of oil, which ended up being very bad for us, despite the fact that we didn't eat that much.

The first impression is that everything is cute and beautiful. But the food itself... The essence of the establishment is a C minus. Not tasty.

It is an all-you-can-eat restaurant. I don't know if you can still order All-a-Cart. In the evening there is the Mongolian grill where you can put your own plates together and then have them grilled for you. Price/performance is no longer as good as it used to be. You have to eat 3 plates otherwise the cheaper lunch without Mongolian grill is better. But quality is good and the staff is quick and friendly. Always happy for special occasions.

We were there for the lunch buffet and unfortunately there wasn't a large selection of food. Very duck and chicken heavy. Hardly any fish or vegetarian options… unfortunately the sushi was very « heavy » and pretty much everything had been frozen beforehand, so unfortunately not fresh. Dessert also had few options. There is a little fruit, a few gummy bears (again, neither vegetarian nor halal) and the ice cream was the only thing that was « okay ». Therefore, despite the tempting price, we cannot recommend it.

The food from the buffet is always very good! You can really get your fill of all the delicious food there. The employees are really nice and accommodating. Even without a reservation, the two of us spontaneously got a place. You will be notified when the buffet opens. Only the toilets need a little more attention. Toilet paper was only available in the disabled toilet even though it was only 7 p.m. Soap and paper towels were no longer there either. Everything could have been cleaner. But we'd love to come back.

Highly recommended! We were guests here on a weekday at lunchtime. The waiter was very friendly and always present. It was very clean. The buffet was balanced and plentiful and was constantly refilled. It tasted very good.

I would like to say that I will not prefer this restaurant again. Even though we made a reservation, they couldn't find our name for 10 minutes and finally sat us at a table next to the toilet. When we said we didn't want that we were rudely told that there were no other tables and they didn't care. The waiter who looked after us clearly showed discriminatory behavior. While he was friendly and polite at other tables, he displayed a judgmental attitude at our table. Therefore I would not recommend the restaurant.

We were there yesterday for the buffet. The service was very nice. Used dishes were cleared away relatively quickly. The food was plentiful and we enjoyed it. However, we found the selection of desserts quite poor. What we didn't like was the ambience. It somehow had the character of a train station hall and you felt like you were in mass processing. Nevertheless: if the situation arises, we will come back.

I went there with my friends for dinner buffet..some of the food was good..but there are many types of food that are about to be empty and not replenished. The workers are definitely not friendly at all, none of them gave us a smile and one of the workers there actually yelled at us for leaving some food on our plates. As if we were paying out of his money.. It was a very bad experience for me and of course we won't repeat it.

When I arrived, I had the impression that the restaurant was much too small for me and had a less good atmosphere. Additionally, the tables are very small and inefficient. The food wasn't great, so no more 2 stars. I didn't particularly like the interior design either. The buffet is also really very meager and small. The waiters weren't top notch with the drinks either. One thing that I liked a little bit was the chocolate fountain and unfortunately that's where it ends. I don't recommend eating here because of the criticisms I mentioned. Please go to other big cities to have a nice meal, but please not in Halle!!!!!!!

For 22 euros per person you get tasty food without drinks. 0.4L of cola costs 4.20 extra, which was brought to me with a piece of lemon, even I hadn't asked. Lots of flies in the hall, scoops of ice cream with pieces of ice and the device was completely dirty because it was standing in water from washing up the whole time. The vegetables were cooked with a lot of oil, the sushi had no small piece of fish in it. If you come first, no one meets you and explains to you a single word how everything is paid and taken. Never go there again!

Last night we went to this lovely restaurant with our mom for Mother's Day and chose the buffet. What can I say. We were in the evening. Really a great selection of food right down to the Mongolian grill. All very tasty. The service was very friendly and the drinks were brought quickly. I had a Lillet and it was deliciously prepared. The quality of the food ranges from almost inedible (the sushi, probably ready-made and the vanilla sauce) to good. There are classic Asian dishes such as curry or fried noodles. Otherwise there are many “ready meals” such as fries, frozen cakes or jelly. The Mongolian grill is worth highlighting, here you can also try shark or kangaroo, among other things. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to prepare on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, there weren't enough staff for such a full restaurant, so both drink orders and refilling the buffet took quite a long time.

Tried Mongolian grill Conclusion doesn't have to be the meat was partly like the sole of a shoe. You can eat sushi, but it wasn't my case.

Unfortunately the restaurant has increased the prices again! €21.90 and that without drinks. Children aged 10 and over also pay the full price. Update im Januar 2024: Leider ist meine frühere positive Kritik nicht mehr aktuell. Wir waren erst wieder da. Das Restaurant war total voll, die Tische stehen sehr eng beieinander. Einlass ist ab 17:30, ans Buffet darf man aber erst ab 18 Uhr?! Wir haben uns gleich zu Beginn einen Teller für den mongolischen Grill zusammengestellt, mussten jedoch 1,5 Stunden warten, bis dieser endlich zubereitet und serviert wurde. Mit dem 2. Teller war es das gleiche. Dieser wurde uns dann auch noch lieblos einfach auf den Tisch geknallt.... Hier wäre es gut, wenn die Teller in der Reihenfolge abgearbeitet werden würden. Die Kellner kamen leider nicht hinterher mit dem Tische abräumen. Sie kamen zwar öfter an unserem Tisch vorbei, achteten jedoch nicht darauf. Auch die Gläser wurden lange nicht nachgefüllt. Alles in allem sehr schade, da wir immer sehr gerne hier waren. Super Restaurant!! Unbedingt das Buffet einschließlich mongolischem Grill mitnehmen! Das Essen ist vielseitig und wird quasi nie alle! Einfach nur Top!!

In den letzten zwei Wochen zweimal dort gewesen. Katastrophe, super voll, lange Schlangen am Buffet, lange Wartezeit auf die bestellten Getränke und zum Schluss, Tisch vor einer Woche bestellt, im Restaurant angekommen ein Chaos. Ein Tisch in der äußersten Ecke, nicht eingedeckt und schmutzig. Qualität des Service hat wieder stark nachgelassen. Schade

Dieses Restaurant, kann man nur empfehlen. Essen vom Buffet große Auswahl.

Персонал обслуживающий очень злой , все ходят с недовольными лицами, а наша официантка вообще на нас начала наезжать за то что мы хотела расплатиться картой , а у них в заведение не принимаются карты банковские , и после того как оплатили счет , молча ушла ничего не сказав и смотря на нас с пред зрительным взглядом , будто мы ей что то должны после ужасного обслуживания , вообщем ужас
