Steakhouse Restaurant Royal in Tangermünde

Very cozy, friendly staff and delicious food! Prices are reasonable.

What a shame. A great location right next to the hotel. Unfortunately, the food isn't that great. I ordered fish soup with pieces of salmon that were so small you could barely see them. The main course, tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms, was so mushy and tasteless. They were probably frozen mushrooms. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

I've been mistreated like never before in a restaurant. The waiters were very nice, but the waiter brought us the bill, and when I paid by card and wanted to see the amount, he got extremely angry. I had to go inside and swipe my card again, and he started being very aggressive with me and getting very nervous. He yelled at me in German, knowing that I'm a foreigner, a woman, and alone at the bar. He yelled at me in German, and when I told him in English that I didn't understand, he refused to explain what he meant and continued yelling at me. I felt very violated and unsafe. An experience I don't recommend anyone go through.

Very tasty food, super friendly staff, and a very nice atmosphere. The prices are completely reasonable, so everything was great.

We highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance is truly lovely. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, and the portions were more than generous. We couldn't fault anything and will definitely come back.

For the past five years, this has consistently been a worthwhile stop for a trip from Berlin. The trip is always topped off with an excellent meal!

Located in the backyard, barely visible from the street. Very friendly service. Free dips and bread as appetizers. Good food. Variety. A great terrace in a quiet location with lots of greenery.

Unfortunately, I don't have fond memories of this place. My fries didn't look fresh, tasted very unpleasant, and smelled... I suspect they were cooked in old frying oil. After complaining, I received fresh ones...that was immediately noticeable... Lunch: schnitzel with fries for €9.90...I wanted some vegetables with it...so from the usual menu: schnitzel, fries, vegetables with hollandaise sauce for €16.90...The vegetable portion was very small and clearly a frozen product from a large bag... Mayo had to be ordered separately, a small bag for 50 cents each...no notice beforehand... My child had pasta...with large onion rings in a cream sauce...never seen it like that before, but okay... When I told one of the better German-speaking waiters that there was a long dark hair wrapped around a piece of chicken in the food, he barely reacted and just took the hair... No apology, no information on how it would be handled... Finally, I saw on the bill that we didn't have to pay for the pasta...it was then impossible to eat any more of it... My conclusion: the same thing happened 2-3 years ago. dissatisfied...I won't eat here anymore!

I highly recommend it. We were there yesterday with friends. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the value for money was top-notch.👍👍👍

Service poor, food was great, German-speaking staff out of place.

The reception was very unfriendly. Tagliatelle was very soggy and without any salt. Bolognese consisted of a few dry crumbs of minced meat. Schnitzel without salt and spices, not fried, cooked in the oven with onions, mushrooms and egg (fried egg). The service wasn't good.

Very nice ambience. Food and service cannot be rated as tables are only available after reservation. Not possible as a traveler. Too bad.

We visited several restaurants during our stay in Tangermünde. This was the best for us! We sat on the terrace between lots of plants and flower pots, very nice service, got a starter - white bread with 3 dips - (which we hadn't even ordered), then a small salad plate came. The main course was very! Plenty and tasted great. Afterwards we were served a schnapps. The price was also good; during our week here, only the Italian restaurant was cheaper. We were very surprised. So clear recommendation.

I had dinner there with my wife. Super nice staff and very nice atmosphere. Lots of beautiful plants outside and inside also very nicely done. The price of the food is more than okay. Plates are huge. Lovely again. Be sure to make a reservation otherwise you hardly have a chance. Please keep it up.

Very tasty food. Large portions at a fair price. Very good service and operation. For me one of the best restaurants in Tangermünde! We really enjoy coming here.

My dad and I were both very happy with the food. The portions are large and the price is really fair! The waiter was also very nice. We would recommend everyone to reserve in advance as it was really full on the terrace.

The food was great, especially the grill plate for two people, highly recommended. We will be back.

We were visiting this restaurant again and ordered from the lunch menu. There were schnitzel with fries, pasta al a ragu Bolognese and a lumberjack steak. Given the prices, you can't complain. Thank you very much for that. As a small greeting from the kitchen you also get fresh bread with 3 different types of dip and a small salad before your meal. We can only recommend the restaurant. Thanks also for the super friendly service.

A highlight in the otherwise over-the-top and overpriced gastronomy scene. Lunch dishes for every taste and everything under 10€ per person. Friendly, fast and attentive service. The food tastes top notch. You sit neatly in an inner courtyard. You'll just be happy to come back.

We sat quietly and comfortably on the large terrace. The service was friendly and the food was great. The schnitzel Holstein with onions, mushrooms and fried egg was rich and very well seasoned. My wife's vegetarian dish was also delicious. First there was bread with three dips. The prices are really fair, we were very satisfied.

We haven't eaten so badly in a long time! Frozen vegetables, hard fries, cheese burnt and not running, meat like rubber, fish breaded to death and fillet riddled with bones! What a shame about the money and time! Ambiance - looks aren't everything! Service - was nice, can't help it at all! Until next time.... Um, thanks no! Upscale ambience, very friendly service and very tasty food. Bread and homemade dips to brighten up the waiting time. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Definitely worth a visit.

8 people were there for lunch today. Friendly staff, large portions and it tasted good too. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We went there for dinner in the evening and felt very comfortable. The young waiter was very attentive and nice. The starters were delicious and plentiful, the main courses came afterwards and were in no way inferior. We couldn't eat it all, the rest was wrapped up and given to us. At the end there was an unusually delicious schnapps on the house.

Huge portions only I had the most expensive fish dish with 3 types of fish, but that was the worst meal compared to my 12 sports friends😭

A restaurant with great and extremely friendly service. Price performance cannot be beaten here at all. Huge very tasty portions for a reasonable price. I can absolutely recommend it. Definitely coming back.

I think two scoops of ice cream with some eggnog for €12 is a disgrace, it makes you feel ripped off.

Waren heute zum zweiten Mal hier. Sehr gutes Essen aus erkennbar frischen Zutaten. Preis mehr als angemessen. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in allem sehr schöne Lokalität. Essen war super etwas grün auf dem Teller dafür ein paar Pommes weniger wären super gewesen, aber alles in allem kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Wir waren mit einer 12er Gruppe dort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient. Das Ambiente kam sehr gut an. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr gepflegt und mit Pflanzen schön umrahmt. Die Bestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen. Die Wartezeiten waren angemessen. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Portionen richtig groß, vor allem für sehr faire Preise. Wir würden wieder hingehen.

Das Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt im Hinterhof. Sehr leckeres Essen und nettes Personal. Die Wartezeit war nicht sehr lang und das Essen Top. Lieber hier hingehen als wo anders 50 min auf sein Essen warten.

Etwas abgelegen liegt das Steakhouse Royal in Tangermünde. Schnell hatten wir einen Platz gefunden und wurden freundlich bedient. Die Preise waren angemessen und eher günstig ( für Steaks...). Die Zubereitung war gut . Da ich zuletzt Steaks bei Pullmann im Harz in der Western Stadt gegessen hatte kann ich zum Ambiente des Royal nur Mitleidsbekundungen abgeben. Aber das Essen im Royal war OK. Nicht überall ist der Wilde Westen.
