La Casa in Bernburg (Saale)

Great restaurant, delicious food, nice and quiet location!

If you've always dreamed of appearing as a guest disguised as an annoying nuisance, La Casa is your stage. We entered a nearly empty restaurant, but instead of a smile, we received service with the charm of a tax audit. We only ordered coffee and cake, nothing that would put a great strain on the kitchen or the heart. The garden was indeed pretty—so pretty that we even melted in the sun. When we dared to sit at a shadier table, it seemed to seriously jeopardize operations. After all, the empty table we left had to be wiped down again—an impertinence that apparently ranks just below "clearing a construction site." Conclusion: The coffee and cake were fine, the garden is pretty, but if you value friendliness, you might be better off eating at the checkout in the supermarket—you'll smile more often there.

My husband and I went to this small Italian restaurant today – and we were absolutely thrilled! The food was truly delicious, fresh, and prepared with love. Our waitress was super friendly and personable; we immediately felt at home. I especially recommend the bruschetta as a starter – we ordered a set of six different varieties, and each one was a delight! Crispy, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is cozy, not too loud, simply a place where you'll want to linger. We'll definitely be back – 100% recommendation!

I happened to pass by and ate. A small antipasti starter was very tasty. The main course, chicken gyro and chicken breast, was also very good. The service was very friendly and attentive. The only very small downside is that they don't accept cards, so bring cash. Otherwise, recommended.

The food was absolutely inedible. The starter had to be returned. It was rubbery, sitting in oil, simply not cooked properly. Criticism was dismissed, with the claim that it was just right and Mediterranean. The main course was also completely greasy and unappetizing. I quickly paid and left, leaving with a stomachache and nausea. Disgusting.

Actually, it's a nice location, and the food is okay...rather average. Unfortunately, the staff (especially the manager herself) is very unfriendly. We've eaten there a few times, but won't go again for this reason.

The interior is air-conditioned and lovingly furnished, and in the beautifully landscaped garden you can sit in the airy shade and enjoy delicious food and drinks.

We always enjoy it here. The restaurant is in a great location; when the weather's nice, you can relax in the garden and enjoy the delicious food. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. Parking is usually available right outside. A great place in Bernburg that I'd happily recommend!

The ambiance is great! That's it. The quality of the food itself is good. Unfortunately, the tuna steak and vegetables were oversalted, the rice was overcooked, and the pasta for the "Mediterranean Prawns" was also overcooked, the prawns were burnt, and the vegetables were oversalted. By the way: The Mediterranean vegetables in seemingly all the dishes come from a single pan... Go there for a beer in the summer—nothing more.

Unfortunately a boring experience. After walking 700 meters up the hill (the sign says 200 meters), we were met by a waiter who seemed to prefer that we walk again. We had to do that as they didn't accept cards, only cash. Fortunately, there is a hotel with really good service and the option of card payment below the hill.

I've been wanting to go to the Keßlerturm for a long time and take the opportunity to try La Casa. I had pre-booked for one person, which is advisable because otherwise it would be difficult to get a table. I was able to sit outside in a small hut, which I really liked. The ambiance is really nice there; you feel like you're on vacation. The interior is also really well-designed and very cozy. I was able to smile at the efforts of a mouse that couldn't get its prey under the wooden deck and was helped by a friendly waitress. And the rooster in the enclosure crowed along with it. 😃 The menu is straightforward, but there's also a small summer menu. Service is fast, and you get your meal promptly. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked to perfection. It came with Mediterranean vegetables and a baked potato with dressing. Before that, I had three tapas with tomatoes, which I unfortunately found a bit bland, but were still delicious. All in all, I'll definitely eat here again. A few more Spanish dishes and desserts could be added to the menu. But I absolutely recommend it!

For us, La Casa in Bernburg is the restaurant with the best price-performance ratio.

At first, we couldn't reach anyone by phone to make a reservation, and when we arrived, there was no staff there for 10 minutes, so the four of us sat down at a free table. When the waitress finally arrived, very annoyed and annoyed, she asked us to leave. We should have left by then, because the food was a disaster: the meat was bad, the asparagus was old and not peeled properly, and the potatoes were cold. We didn't feel welcome and can't recommend the restaurant. To top it all off, two people developed nausea and diarrhea 👿🙈

Disappointing Experience I recently visited La Casa and was unfortunately very disappointed by my experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, but the service significantly spoiled the overall impression. The employee (even the owner) who served us seemed grumpy and annoyed. Unfortunately, there was no smile. Instead, she seemed rather disinterested in the guests. This made it difficult to feel welcome, and we had the impression that our requests/orders were more of an inconvenience to her. I hope management recognizes the importance of positive customer service and works to improve the attitude of the staff. It would be a shame if the quality of the food was overshadowed by a negative atmosphere.

A cozy restaurant with really tasty food and friendly service. It is clean and the furniture is comfortable. You can also relax on armchairs and enjoy your coffee. Less than a minute away is the Keßlerturm, which is unfortunately still closed.

The food and value for money are decent. It also went quite quickly, as there was no one else there. The service could have been a bit more motivated. At times, they seemed listless.

Unfriendly, food average, ambience average

We were here for dinner, everything was really tasty and beautifully presented. Personally, I don't need a salad on my plate; if I do, I'd rather leave it alone or leave it out entirely. The prices are very good, although the map outside at the entrance still shows old prices, so perhaps they should be updated. We would love to come back! Thanks for the nice evening.

The service is friendly and quick. The food comes to the table quickly and looks appealing. Unfortunately it doesn't taste very good. We were disappointed because it tasted much better a while ago. We will not visit this restaurant again.

wanted to eat at la Casa on Friday May 10th, 2024 and Saturday May 11th, 2024. Both times were closed. There was only the note "closed company" and in the box with the menu it says "opening hours changed due to lack of staff. I wanted to call, only to be told: this number is not valid. La Casa is probably permanently closed, right?

Is highly recommended, service and food as well as the property, you can't say anything against it, it's worth a visit.

Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The kitchen fully fulfilled our wishes and we can recommend a visit. A reservation might be desirable as a tip...

A very nice restaurant, especially the beer garden in summer is super cozy. You sit between trees in the middle of the green. Perfect food, lovingly prepared and absolutely delicious. And then also very nice staff - what more could you want?! It makes sense to reserve in advance.

Unfortunately, the waitress said she would rather make a phone call and there was only one table at the counter with no space for a stroller. Furthermore, smoking in the restaurant often seems very unpleasant. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food as long as we stayed.

In summer it is certainly cozy, but in autumn the interior lacks coziness. We had starters and fish. Unfortunately, Mediterranean does not mean that the food has to be soaked in oil and that dried herbs from Provence belong on every meal. There is definitely room for improvement here in terms of kitchen and food quality and presentation. The price is too high for that.

Eine Perle der guten Küche. Sehr guter Mix aus exzellenter Zubereitung und bodenständiger Auswahl der Menüs und Komponenten. Haben heute fast die ganze Karte durch bestellt und es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Familiär-freundliche Bedienung. Sogar der Kaffee schmeckt (in dieser Gegend außergewöhnlich). Ich werde gerne wieder hierher kommen.

Wir waren schon ganz oft dort und die Qualität der Speisen ist immer gleichbleibend sehr gut. Auch mit der Bedienung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Im Außenbereich sitzt man wunderbar schattig unter Bäumen und im Innenbereich ist es sehr gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍

Wir waren Abends im La Casa es war gut gefüllt, draussen sitzt man sehr gemütlich unter großen Bäumen falls es einem zu frisch werden sollte sind kleine Decken für die Gäste verfügbar. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet, sehr lecker und reichlich. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Unbedingt die Eisbecher probieren die sind echt lecker. Einen Stern Abzug weil leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist. Ansonsten vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auf der Terasse sitzt man sehr gemütlich zwischen den Bäumen. Die Eisbecher waren lecker, gut gestaltet und sehr preiswert.

Prima Ausflugsziel. Personal und Küche sind auch Gruppen gewachsen. Aber bitte reservieren (!). Leckere Speisenauswahl. Gutes Personal. Hingehen und gut bedient werden.

Essen war sehr lecker , die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Ausser das man die Rechnung nochmal selber nachrechnen musste war es ok.

Mal wieder dort gewesen, an der Speisekarte hat sich fast nix geändert. Also wieder das Rumpsteak genommen 300 g. Man bekommt dann ein größeres und ein kleineres also nicht einmal 300 g sondern ein 200g + ein halbes 100 g. Nun gut ich bin da nicht sooo pingelig. Die Rucolacremesuppe als Vorspeise war sehr lecker, genau wie die Gemüsebeilage......über denn Rest war ich nicht sooooo begeistert aber auch nicht total enttäuscht. Rumpsteak war doch sehr Zerrig und für medium zu durch. Aber okay. Was aber leider gar nicht geht ist die Bedienung. Entweder ich muss mir ein System machen wie ich bediene und das auch Gäste nicht eine halbe Stunde auf ein Getränk warten müssen. Oder ich muss eben Zwei Leute bedienen lassen wenn es eine nicht schafft. Wenn das Restaurant voll ist kann es nicht sein dass da nur eine Person alles schmeißen muss und diese natürlich unter enormen Stress steht. Das ruiniert eigentlich den Gesamteindruck total. Wie gesagt es gibt einige sachen die schmecken sehr gut anderes ist eben okay. Was ich mir wünscheen würde zumindest etwas mehr Auswahl.....nicht riesig aber vielleicht statt 5 , 10-15 Gerichte.

Great quality, and friendly atmosphere

Das Essen war gut und die Preise angemessen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Allerdings sind Kinder dort eher ungebetene Gäste und werden ständig böse angeguckt und sehr unfreundlich angesprochen sobald sie ihren Platz verlassen und im Lokal rumlaufen. Wir werden dort nicht nochmal hingehen.

Sehr nettes Restaurant in Bernburg! Aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, tolle Karte, nettes Ambiente. Auch wenn man nur einen Kaffee und ein Stück Kuchen oder Eis möchte, wird man als Gast gut behandelt, wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Das Joghurteis auf Lachs und Gurke ist der Hammer 😉

Ein fantastischer Platz um sich einzigartig zu fühlen. Die Küche ist großartig. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind in der Lage sich dem unterschiedlichen Klientel individuell anzupassen. Ich empfehle dieses wunderschöne und mediterrane Ambiente sehr gerne weiter.

Wir waren spontan dort in der Nähe im Urlaub und haben recht kurzfristig angerufen um einen Tisch zu bestellen. Obwohl sie an den Tag halb 9 schließen wollten,wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und wir fühlten uns zu keiner Minute bedrängt fertig zu werden,ganz im Gegenteil,die Mitarbeiterin war sehr,sehr nett freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen war mega,mega lecker. Sollten wir irgendwann mal wieder dort in der Nähe sein,werden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal dorthin essen gehen. Service, Preis-Leistung alles 10 Sterne wert.

Es gibt zwar keine große Auswahl. Aber was es gibt ist super lecker. Mediterranes Essen und Ambiente. Wir gehen sehr gern ins La Casa.

Unser Lieblingsrestaurant!! Alles superlecker- für den Gaumen und das Auge, sehr nette Bedienung und unheimlich gemütlich ob drinnen oder draußen.

Wir haben das La Casa heute probiert. Erstes Plus spanisches Bier. Sowas mag ich ja immer. Das Essen war absolut Top, wir saßen draußen und das war total entspannt und Super. Klasse Service und nettes Personal. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Werden sicher wiederkommen.

Ein sehr feines kleines Restaurant/Café mit tollen Aussenplätzen. Die Kuchenauswahl ist fantastisch und sehr lecker. Gerichteauswahl ist ausgesucht und in unseren Augen sehr gelungen. Saisonal abgestimmt. Da wir leider nur was getrunken haben, kann ich die Gerichte nicht beurteilen, aber klang sehr lecker.
