Great food, attentive service, nice atmosphere. Only the volume could be reduced a little, but it was also very well attended. Unconditional recommendation.

Went to the Portobar yesterday with a group of girls. We wanted to eat delicious food and have a nice evening. Our expectations have turned negative. We waited almost two hours for our food until we were half starving. When the food came, we were all totally disappointed. Unfortunately the taste was a disaster. The fried calamari was as hard as a rubber sole, i.e. inedible and was not taken off the bill at our request. All in all a bad experience, not recommended.

The lamb was very tender and the other meat and side dishes were also very tasty. Service very friendly. Ambience beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We ended up there by chance and will definitely come back. Excellent service and outstanding food. Very nice restaurant. Highly recommended.Tip reserve a table in advance.

The place is way too big for me, and the crowds and the echo remind me of a cafeteria atmosphere. Of course, the interior is modern, but this restaurant has little in common with a traditional Greek restaurant. The prices are also relatively high.

At the weekend we were in Bad Pyrmont again for a rehab visit. A visit to a restaurant at lunchtime was planned and we went to Violett. The welcome was very personal and warm. We were accompanied to the very beautiful upper floor and were offered a window seat with a great view of the sunny promenade area. A short moment later we received the first greeting from the house - a little something to toast with, very tasty warm bread and bruschetta. We haven't been welcomed like that for a long time! The food was delicious for everyone, my ravioli with walnuts in cream sauce was a dream. And the bread! The service was quick and very personal, the ambience was nice and the price-performance ratio was good. That's what a restaurant visit should be like. Thank you for that!

We chose the restaurant because of the good reviews for Valentine's Day and were unfortunately disappointed. We sat there for an hour without food until we had our first drink. The food came after 90 minutes (which we were apparently lucky with, because the people at the next table still hadn't eaten after 120 minutes). We then had to wait another 45 minutes for the second drink and we didn't even bother with dessert. The service was friendly and the food was OK.

Relaxed atmosphere and great service! The food was also very tasty: the beef fillet was a bit small, but of excellent quality, so with a starter if you're hungry. I had the carpaccio, which was also of excellent quality. Highly recommended! Why the star deduction for the ambience: The four ladies at the neighboring table were very loud and it was sometimes very unpleasant. Later it was quieter and relaxed again. The gyro plate for children and the grill plate were also very good.

My blind was cold, very dry and without dressing.
