Wonderful place for casual hangout or romantic dinner. The place is beautifully designed to provide cozy but very fashionable atmosphere. Food was really good. We ordered mushrooms in cheese, grilled pork, salmon steak and grilled prawns. All were very nice. Just the salmon piece was very small compared to the price. What we love very much is the extreme delicious chocolate cake. It was so soft, melting and not too sweet, which makes it perfect.

All in all not satisfactory. Food was very small portions, the side dishes came because the rest of the dish was already cold!! and expensive. Table booked specifically for inside in case of bad weather, this was not possible due to a closed party (unfortunately this was not communicated to us when we made the reservation) Too bad

Spent a lovely evening there. Ate deliciously... and was served by a very nice and attentive waitress. Definitely recommended!

Food is delicious, service is nice but a little chaotic. The acoustics are really bad if you want to have a conversation. There are no room dividers or similar.

The quality of foods are very good but The amount of food was very small, in fact, it was not reasonable compared to the price. Also, The service is so slow and foe me a little bit disorganized. Atmosphere of this resturant is so nice and interesting and I like it. Smoking the sigaret is allowed, because the tables are located in open space.

We went to the Portobar on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. Our evening was really ruined. No joke: we were the only guests in the restaurant with two other tables. The three of the service staff stood at the bar and talked and chilled. We sat at the table for 25 minutes without being served. Then I went to the young man with the beard and asked if we could get the tickets. He seemed arrogant and bored. Then we each ordered an aperitif. The drinks were served separately. That means: the second drink came an infinite time later. Mine was already warm again because it was very hot that day. Placing the order for the food was torture again. Again no service. One found his cell phone more interesting. He made our evening bad. There was no clearing up after the meal either. Although there was no one else in the restaurant except us. Which, by the way, I also found strange. I used to love going to the Portobar. I won't be going here again for the time being.

We waited 1.5 hours for our food, the drinks were swapped several times and some were knocked over.

Good food and service. Friendly staff. Atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Recommended if you need a place for an event.

Very nice restaurant with enough seats! The food was also good, but unfortunately way too expensive. 7 pieces of baguette for 5€… Phew. And a burger for €15 without any side dishes is also very steep. If the prices weren't so high, I would come more often as the service and food tasted good.

First time since moving to the front part. Ambience and service as good as before. But unfortunately the food has gone downhill. Example: the nachos are no longer nachos. They hardly have any corresponding taste. The other tapas were also just so-so. It's a shame, I hope for a quick return to the previous "kitchen concept". Overall rating: could be improved 🙏

The food was very tasty. The prices are a little higher, but there was nothing wrong with that. I found the drinks a little too expensive. The only thing I could complain about was the service. I would have liked to have another drink, but unfortunately no one came after dinner. The ambience, however, is really very nice.

Celebrated my daughter's wedding a week ago, great location, absolute star food, all-round great celebration. Portobar absolutely recommended.

Unfortunately we weren't as enthusiastic as some other guests. The interior of the restaurant is very nice in industrial design and the bar also looks really impressive. The staff is friendly, but seems a bit chaotic. If it means that you would let a colleague know about a concern, this is sometimes forgotten or the food is brought to the table in stages so that the side dish comes when you are already halfway through the actual dish. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the service overall, sometimes it's just a lot of activity, but that's not a problem. Unfortunately the food was one. The side salad was not chilled, but ice cold. The raspberry dressing was watery and just vaguely sweet. The vegetarian burger had very tasty burger buns, but the vegetable topping was barely seasoned, so you only had the salty element from the feta. Unfortunately, this continued through our entire dinner; we would have liked the seasoning to be a little more sophisticated. The aperitifs and non-alcoholic cocktails were very tasty. So there were some good aspects of our visit, but overall we probably wouldn't come back because the food unfortunately didn't impress us.

Friendly service, if a bit dull Tapas are highly recommended

The food was great. But it would be nice if all the tables were lit with a lamp or candle, as a lot of things were in the dark.

The food was generally okay but in my opinion too oily. We also had the Piri Piri chicken. From our point of view, this was just average. Price is too high for what is offered. But the conditions were very nice and the space is also good 👍

Always good food and super good drinks

Previously one of my favorite restaurants, came back after a long time and was very disappointed, the service was totally overwhelmed, no one came to order for ages, then food was served and cutlery was missing, the salad used to be big and tasty, now it's much smaller and has no taste Highlight. There were probably big problems with reservations, there were people standing next to you complaining for a long time who were upset that they couldn't get a suitable table. In the end, too much was calculated, which unfortunately only became apparent afterwards. It's a shame, it used to be a great restaurant.

As sorry as I am for the service staff (because they were all very friendly) the service was unfortunately really not good. The staff in the store seemed overwhelmed and anything but confident. Maybe too few people for too many guests? I probably won't go to Portobar again.

Culinary short vacation in Portugal with a young, very fast service team. Plus good aperitifs and a stylish ambience. Highly recommended!

Modern but also very loud. Too many guests, so the service was very slow. The food itself was ok, but nothing special to my taste.

Old factory atmosphere very interesting. If you're looking for comfort or conviviality/convívio, this isn't the right place. Certainly great for lounge style lovers. The warm tapas were quite tasty and good value for money. The olives were mediocre. The service was friendly but uninterested. No replacement was offered for the aioli, which had nothing to do with its name in terms of taste, nor was any attempt made to find out why the two guests didn't like it. We were told that it might be prepared differently there than we were used to. My partner was amazed (in his restaurant kitchen he always makes the aioli with garlic ;-) ). In order not to have to eat the bread dry, we asked for olive oil. That came straight away - organic and high quality!

Tolles Essen, super Atmosphäre.

Insanely good food and a great selection of drinks, especially the non-alcoholic aperitifs. This is what you can experience in the very nice new Portobar. We had a great evening and are looking forward to the next time. Best regards

It was my first time in this bar. The food was delicious 😋 the main courses only had one page on the menu. It was very little for me. But that shouldn't be a criticism. I also liked the ambience. There were just a lot of pipes on the ceiling. Music 🎶 great. It was quite warm in there.

So eine schöne Bar, tolle Speicherkarte, nette Bedienung, naja Alles hat seinen Preis.....nicht gerade günstig.....aber es lohnt sich

Wir waren zur Silvester- Party in der Portobar! Positiv: Das Buffet war vielseitig und von toller Qualität, alles schmeckte hervorragend! Eine sehr gute und große Auswahl! Die Bedienungen waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Negativ: An einem so großen Buffet erwarte ich Schilder vor den Speisen damit ich überhaupt weiß was ich dort sehe...ist es evtl. vegetarisch usw. ...bei den Dressing-Soßen beim Salat das gleiche ....was ist dort in den Flaschen? 🤷‍♂️ Dann standen noch einige Schüsseln mit evtl. Tzaziki, ...oder Quark oder sonst was .... Man weiß es einfach nicht! Das war extrem traurig! In der Getränkepreisliste steht für ein 0,5l Veltins 5,50€ ....ab 23.00h ist der Tischservice eingestellt worden und man musste seine Getränke an der Bar selber holen......Veltins 0,5l für 6,00€ 🤷‍♂️ Ich möchte es mal so ausdrücken.....es hat ein "Geschmäckle" !

Die neuen Räumlichkeiten sind wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Essen war sehr gut und das Filetsteak war auf den Punkt gebraten und sehr zart. Die Preise sind angemessen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

War gestern das erste mal in der neu eröffneten Bar. Absolut erstklassiges Essen in stilvoller Atmosphäre - dazu sehr nettes Personal. Ein absolutes Muss in Osnabrück !

Ich finde den Laden ziemlich hellhörig weil alles sehr offen ist und dadurch die Gemütlichkeit etwas leidet 🫣Der Service war sehr nett, bei unserer Ankunft allerdings etwas überfordert, wir haben tatsächlich eine gute Viertel Stunde gewartet das jemand unsere Getränkebestellung aufnimmt... wir wurden wohl vergessen bzw. wurden bei Ankunft nicht registriert was wohl nötig ist um bedient zu werden 😎 Alles etwas holprig 🙈 Aber das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker 👍👍👍

Leckeres und gutes Essen. Preis Leistung für das Essen ist in Ordnung. Tolles Ambiente allerdings war der Service eine Katastrophe. Die Servicekräfte waren stehts nett allerdings komplett überfordert. Wir haben über 30min auf die Karte gewartet und ebenso lang auf die Getränkebestellung. Alle Bestellungen wurden nur aufgenommen, wenn man aktiv nachgefragt hat. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts wurde nicht erneut nach Getränken gefragt obwohl diese schon lange leer waren

Hab bei einer netten Kellnerin ein normales Bier bestellt, aber ein Alkoholfreies bekommen. Finde sehr gut, dass der Service auch auf die Gesundheit ihrer Kunden Achtet (Bin trockener Alkeholiker)

Schönes Lokal und tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen war trotz vorheriger Nachfrage doch sehr scharf, ansonsten aber lecker und hübsch angerichtet. Der Service war anfangs gut, nachdem wir unser Essen bekommen hatten, jedoch komplett unaufmerksam. Getränke konnten wir nicht mehr bestellen und sind dann nach einer weiteren Stunde gegangen.

Super Essen,leider etwas überforderten Personal

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Leuten dort und haben draußen gesessen. Die große Tapas Platte war so umfangreich, dass wir mit 6 Platten ausgekommen sind.

Essen leider sehr enttäuschend, Service leicht überfordert. Fisch durchgebraten, Beilagen vertauscht. Ambiente immerhin sehr nett.

Komme immer wieder gerne hierhin. Einer meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in osna. Die Oliven sind mega!

Mehrmals vor Ort gewesen. Das Essen war von" Na ja" bis "Sehr gut". Mehrere Vorspeisenteller niemals zusammen servieren lassen!! Menge dann deutlich geringer. Bedienung wie das Essen ;)

Gefällt uns immer wieder gut. Heute delikate Rippchen und portugiesische Bratkartoffeln genossen.

Große Portionen, alles sehr lecker und gut angemacht, Getränke auch top. Man sitzt sehr gemütlich, service total lieb, wenn's voll ist, dauert es nur ein wenig. Trotzdem immer wieder gerne dort!
