A very nice restaurant with ample parking in front. It's very popular and suitable for both a pleasant private evening and an impressive business lunch. The food is fantastic; the fish platter was a delicacy. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

They have a very good interior designer. Nicely decorated. Everything else is unfortunately very mediocre to bad. If you want to eat, go somewhere else. If you want to drink a beer, well, then go there.

We were there for dinner as part of a company outing. It was a very large group, so it was quite noisy. However, the atmosphere was beautiful and cozy, the staff very friendly and attentive, and the food excellent. It's not your average cheap Greek restaurant, but something special, and definitely worth the visit and the price!

The best Greek restaurant here, where customer service is paramount. The food deserves 5 stars plus. Great atmosphere, simply highly recommended. We'll gladly come back again and again.

A very nice atmosphere, food and staff were top-notch.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed several times. Our reservation for a private room was supposedly "canceled," which wasn't true. Instead, the room was quietly used by a company, and we were subsequently given an implausible explanation. The manager and staff were also repeatedly rude. The service seemed overwhelmed: orders were told not to be placed "too quickly," and instructions were given in an inappropriate tone. Furthermore, we were offered bread as a supposedly nice gesture, but without clear communication, we were served additional appetizers—which later appeared on the bill. The food is truly delicious, but the organization and customer service were poor. Not recommended for celebrations—perhaps okay for a meal for two.

The fish platter was very tasty. The salad portions have gotten bigger. The Moschofilero wine is also very good!

A taste of Greece at Restaurant Kalimera! I visited Restaurant Kalimera and was absolutely thrilled. The moment you arrive, you feel the warm, family atmosphere – you're greeted warmly and immediately feel at home. The food was simply fantastic! The lamb chops were a particular highlight – tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, grilled to perfection. Served with a fresh salad and a glass of wine – simply divine! The service was also excellent: very friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. You can tell that the food is prepared and served with love. A place you'll want to return to – authentic Greek food made with heart! 🇬🇷🍷 Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good food and a cozy atmosphere.

I had tarama as a starter. Three small dollops for €8.90. Then, being from Hanover, I ordered the 96 (calamari). They used to be better, unfortunately. Overall, I was a bit disappointed.

We went to Kalimera on Sunday. The food was good, but the service was unfortunately very disappointing. After we got our drinks and tried to order food, the waiter assigned to our table was nowhere to be found, and the other waiters didn't feel they were in charge of the table. Unfortunately, the food has also become more expensive, and the value for money is no longer there!

This was my first time at Kalimera. The food was amazing! I had the Greek-style penne. The ambiance is also very inviting. Unfortunately, the music quickly got a bit loud, which made conversation at the table difficult. After the food was brought to our table, our table unfortunately didn't receive much attention. We waited a good 40 minutes to pay, and that was only because we actively went to the cashier. We had also notified a member of staff long before, who, to be honest, wasn't serving our table. Unfortunately, our server didn't even come close enough to make eye contact.

The food is exceptionally good. Not only the meat, but also all the side dishes certainly meet the highest standards. We have rarely been served such good Greek specialties. The first impression, through the modern and beautifully designed building, aroused great interest and curiosity in us. The interior is equally impressive, from the architecture of the rooms and the cozy furnishings to the sun-drenched seating thanks to the generous glass fronts. The friendly staff ensures that you leave completely satisfied, certain that you have spent a wonderful evening, not just in terms of the food. See you again soon…

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet once with a small group and once with a larger group. The quality of the food was very good, and the service was attentive. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.

The food is average and too expensive

Our absolute favorite Greek restaurant in the region. Friendly welcome, fast service, and good food. Our favorite side dish is the Parmesan fries.

I've never experienced an employee at a Greek restaurant running around the restaurant at 6:30 p.m., shouting loudly: "We're out of gyros." So we were forced to make a choice. The burrata we ordered as an alternative consisted of a couple of halved cherry tomatoes, a piece of mozzarella, and wilted arugula, all for €15.90. The other dishes we ordered were also quite minimalist. This was the last time we visited this restaurant.

I wanted to spend a nice birthday evening with family and friends. But the evening wasn't particularly enjoyable. The ambiance is still nice, but the quality of the food and the service have declined significantly. We expected to have a variety of starters/main courses, where everyone could help themselves, as is customary in Greece and as we've had at Kalimera in the past. After the waiter suggested one or two things we didn't want, he became stubborn and insisted that we order everything individually and give him the corresponding numbers. (It wasn't enough for him that we said "We'd like tzatziki, olives, etc.") and he insisted that everything be served only as it appears on the menu (previously, you could also say that you'd like a platter for 2 or even 4 people). After that, they barely spoke to us, let alone asked if we wanted anything else. A real shame!

By 6:30 p.m., the gyros were all gone – unacceptable when you go to a Greek restaurant specifically for that. Then they immediately pushed overpriced appetizers on us. A salad for €16 consisted of mozzarella cheese with a few cocktail tomatoes and arugula… completely overpriced for almost nothing! Otherwise, the portions were very small. That was our last time there – they don't like being ripped off.

It was really delicious again. All in all, a lovely evening.

Always great. A slightly different kind of Greek. Unfortunately, the prices have reached a limit, for me. You can't increase a sea bream from €18 to €26 in one year; the price per kilo has increased by maybe €2. Now don't come to me with a VAT increase or electricity costs; it's grilled over charcoal.

I'm more likely to assume he's putting some tzatziki next to my bread basket "on the house" rather than charging me €6.90 without asking. It's a shame, but next time we'll be wiser.

Side salad is hard to beat these days. So, we were regular customers and won't recommend it to anyone. A real shame.

The waiter wasn't in the mood for his job. Ordered a main course. Asked, "With tzatziki?" Then got charged €7 for the starter. Never again.

The meat was so dry, you could hardly swallow it

The location is nice. Service is attentive and fast. The price is quite high, but the quality of the food is okay for the price, but in my opinion, it could be improved a bit. The Parmesan fries taste only average and could be better; they aren't seasoned, and the Parmesan cheese is simply sprinkled on top. The gyro also tastes rather overcooked and not seasoned enough. The salmon and baked vegetables were quite good, and the cocktail sauce was also good. But I've had better Greek dishes, especially, and that's why the price isn't quite what you'd expect for a meal—premium.

Well, average. Instead of arugula, as stated on the menu, there was plain lettuce. Even though we ordered fries, we got baked potatoes. And that despite the almost empty restaurant. You had to flag down the waiter to get attention. The vegetables were swimming in oil. It felt more like a Greek snack bar, even judging by the decor.

I've visited the restaurant a few times since it opened, both with our company and privately. The ambiance is still very good; the food has always been straightforward and a matter of taste. Sometimes you've been lucky or unlucky with overcooked meat. We even found a dead fly in our tzatziki once, but it was replaced without problem. The price was usually not appropriate for the quantity and quality, but it was nicely arranged on the plate. On our last visit, we booked a table for four at 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday and wanted to have a pleasant evening. The waiter did his job but was somewhat didactic. The real shocker, however, was that shortly after 7:00 p.m. he stood at our table and made it clear that we should slowly say goodbye because the next guests would be arriving soon. Well, if you're looking for a good Greek atmosphere, willing to pay a lot of money for average food, and want to have a conversation under difficult conditions, this is the place for you. After all these years, this was our last visit.

I hadn't been there for several years. We sat outside in beautiful weather. It was covered and a wonderful place to relax. It had a real holiday feeling. The food was good. There's a lunch menu and a regular menu. A very inviting place! I'll definitely be back.

The quality has declined significantly. The food was tasty, but very meager for the price. The menu has shrunk considerably: Whereas it used to be several pages long, it now consists of just five pages with hardly any choice. We had a table for two. My food arrived first, my companion's six minutes later, and the drinks arrived another eight minutes later. This was particularly frustrating because it was very hot, and I certainly could have drunk more in that time. I used to love going there and would have eaten there often, but after my last visit, I'm in no rush to go back.

We were there to eat cake. The cake slices were very small, and for €7, some were still frozen. Very bad for the price. We approached the staff, but they didn't care; our concerns were simply ignored.

I'm simply stunned by the kind of grilled food you get here. I ordered takeout, and the entire "grilled dish" fits on my breakfast plate. The largest item, besides the baked potato, is the bifteki, measuring just under 10 cm long and 6 cm wide. It comes with a few tiny pieces of meat, a small sausage, and a salad. Mind you, for 30 euros! I'll never go there again!

Saturday evening, it was very busy. It seemed as if there were as many staff as guests, some of whom were rushing around the tables somewhat haphazardly, some of them pointing each other in. Walkie-talkies were also being used, as if on secret missions, but this didn't make the service any more attentive. Culinary efforts, but not good. Lemon slice in a white wine spritzer? 🤷🏼 Grilled peppers swimming in oil, making it soggy! Saganaki on a bed of arugula! Why? Poseidon salad with a bit of overcooked fish around the edge, a pile of lettuce in the middle. What a shame! I would have liked a second glass of wine with that, but unfortunately, there was no service nearby or they were otherwise "very important." The grilled salmon skewer was grilled to death and slid down the throat with just the wine. What a shame! And where are all the appetizers on the menu that I enjoy and love every time I go to Greece? 😔 The anticipation was great and was disappointed.

The food was excellent; I had the Diplo platter today. It didn't look like much on the large plate, but I still had to force myself to eat it all, so it was more than enough. It was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious! The atmosphere is top-notch 10/10 The outdoor area is also really nice.

The salad was placed on the table without cutlery. The waiter then came with the main course and brought cutlery upon request. The water glasses were filled over the plates of food. There's a lot of room for improvement in the service. This doesn't even save the ambiance.

We were invited to a birthday party at Kalimera in an adjoining room. There were wonderful appetizers, homemade bread, various dips, baked vegetables, and then a choice of salmon or pork fillet in a wine sauce. Along with potatoes, rice, vegetables—everything your heart could desire. This was followed by a very typical Greek yogurt dessert, which was truly delicious. The service was first-class; our wishes were practically anticipated. A fantastic Greek restaurant. We were very impressed.

Although the online menu lists vegan tzatziki, the service staff apparently didn't know about it and denied it despite repeated inquiries. In general, the vegan offerings tend to be zero, which is unacceptable these days. It's 2025, not 1980. What a pity.

We were there for breakfast today in a large group. The selection at the buffet was great, everyone should find something for themselves. The allocation of the table was emotionless. No instructions on how the buffet works. Two bottles of orange juice were placed on the table and €27.50 per bottle was charged when billing. There are no cards on the table itself, so you can read prices. The "cheap" buffet is massively financed by the prices of drinks, which is a shame, not very transparent.

The prices are just really outrageous.

A fantastic Greek restaurant with an open kitchen and fast service. It got a bit hectic at the end so we couldn't order dessert, but it was still worth a visit. The beer garden is beautifully designed. An ouzo at the end would have been nice, but the food and service were excellent! We will come again👍🏼

The coffee came with sour oat milk🤮 The waiter first argued that it was a new pack and I was making it up, and then he simply excluded it from the payment but did not apologize and did not offer me anything for the heartburn I notified about, not even water. Bought loose tarama cream today in the Kalimera market area. When I checked the receipt at home, I almost fell out of my chair: 142 g for 5.67 euros! That's an impressive 4.00 euros for 100 g. Biggest price in town. Will buy somewhere else in the future.

A beautiful ambience and the atmosphere is fantastic. The diversity is great. Service very accommodating. The food was a delight. Can only recommend it for families as there was a playground for the children. 🥰👍

Wir werden in das Restaurant ab und zu zwecks Geburtstagsfeier eingeladen. Als positiv sehe ich die Innenraumausstattung. Da scheint Mal richtig viel Geld eingeflossen zu sein. Hygiene scheint auch ok zu sein. Keiner von uns musste nach dem Besuch an der Latrine übernachten. Personal war ebenso freundlich und bemüht. Auswahl an Gerichten ist auch recht groß. Daher kommen die drei Sterne. Neutral finde ich das Essen. Es ist ok, ist aber meiner Meinung nach kein Erlebnis, das die Preise rechtfertigen kann. Die Portionen hauen ebenso keinem aus den Socken raus. Negativ sind uns die Wartezeiten auf die Bestellung aufgefallen. Es hat mehr als eine Stunde gedauert, bis das Hauptessen kam. Des Weiteren wurden unsere Kleinbestellungen ignoriert und sind entweder erst nach einer Nachfrage angekommen oder konsequent ignoriert. Da scheint eine geringe Besucher/Servicekraft-Rate das Erlebnis zu beeinträchtigen und soll von der Betriebsleitung zwingend neu Bewertet werden. Im großen Ganzen würde ich das Betrieb freiwillig nicht wieder besuchen wollen.

Die Qualität des Essen war gut, aber das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht mehr. Die Portionen sind sehr klein. Mayo musste für die Pommes eines Hauptgerichts extra gezahlt werden. Ein Schälchen Oliven für 7€ steht nicht im Verhältnis, zumal dieses Schälchen abgeräumt wurde bevor es alle war. Der Service war ok, aber die leeren Teller standen eine Zeit lang auf dem Tisch und auf Getränke mussten wir auch warten. Für 2 Personen mit 2 Hauptgerichten und Getränken haben wir 85€ gezahlt und waren nicht satt. Wir sind immer gern ins Kalimera essen gegangen, aber das war wohl das letzte Mal.

The Kalimera is a very nice restaurant in itself. Everything looks great. The breakfast on the weekend is really incredibly good and recommended. In summer you can sit outside very nicely and there is a playground for the children. Unfortunately, I always find it very loud there. When there are a lot of guests, you can no longer have a good conversation. You can also book private parties there. We had dinner there in the private room after the civil wedding and it was really great. They took care of the decoration and printed a special menu with a small selection that we put together beforehand. There was a sectarian reception and we felt very comfortable.
