Service war eine 11/10 sehr sehr nett Essen war auch lecker (ich hatte das wirtshaus schnitzel mein Vater Jägerart schnitzel und meine Mutter Spagetti Bolognese)und zum Nachtisch hatten wir ein eis (schoko),es war etwas süß sonst 😋 lecker.Ich werde hier auf JEDEN fall nicht das letzte mal sein. Preis auch fair und ja.

Schnitzel kann man da gut essen, alle anderen Produkte würde ich aber die Finger von lassen. Hier mal ein Foto von der 5 EUR teuren Flädl Suppe. Da sind auf dem Foto in der Karte einfach viel mehr Flädl abgebildet. Ich finde da passt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht. Service ist ohnehin schwierig in der Lokalität.

Die Käsespätzle wurden in einer verrosteten Pfanne serviert, wodurch das Gericht deutlich nach Metall geschmeckt hat. Für mich war das Essen dadurch ungenießbar. Vielleicht wäre es in Zukunft sinnvoll, die Speisen auf sauberen Tellern statt in beschädigten Pfannen zu servieren und generell mehr auf Hygiene und den Zustand des Kochgeschirrs zu achten.

Schönes Restaurant, nur diese Monats Angebote sind echt blöd gemacht vor dem Eingang steht zum Beispiel diesen Monat gibt es Fisch in Senfsose oderso, dann schaut man im Restaurant Pustekuchen, alles nur per App gesponsert, Aber der service von den Mitarbeitern war löasse

Das Restaurant im XXXLutz (Hesse) ist mehr als nur ein Möbelhaus Restaurant. Einrichtung: Top Bedienung: Top, schnell, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Speisen: Top, da stimmt Qualität, Geschmack und der Preis Getränke: preislich etwas höher angesiedelt Die Bestellung mit Freundschaftskarte oder Restaurant - Gutschein ist problemlos und einfach. Allerdings sollte man sich an die „Spielregeln“ halten und die Karten vor der Bestellung der freundlichen Bedienung vorlegen, damit der Preis richtig eingebucht werden kann. Wie schon erwähnt sind die Preise für die Speisen fair und teils sogar sehr preiswert. Die Getränkepreise sind etwas höher angesiedelt. Aber es gibt auch einen Kritikpunkt. Absolut unverständlich ist, dass z.b. ein Fläschchen Cola ohne Zucker 0,50€ mehr kostet als normale Cola. Ob das Lutz-Restaurant das wirklich finanziell nötig hat?( denn der EK dürfte gleich sein!) Trotz der Kritik hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen, dann allerdings keine zuckerfrei Cola bestellen.

Essen wie an der Tankstelle Zeit mitbringen ...

Unfassbar lange Wartezeiten. Nicht nur auf das Essen, sondern auch schon vorher, um einen Tisch zugewiesen zu bekommen. Personal komplett überfordert mit der gesamten Situation. Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn es voll ist

Super wir kommen öfter her, Preis Leistung stimmt. Personal freundlich was will man mehr.

Das Frühstück ist lieblos angerichtet und nicht mal die Hälfte des Preises wert. Nie wieder XXXLutz!

Vielen lieben Dank an Halil! Und auch den Rest des Teams. Wir haben es auch schon persönlich zum Ausdruck gebracht: der Service war Top! Jeder hatte ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht, immer wieder zwischendurch eine kurze Frage ob Alles in Ordung ist. Ganz unaufdringlich, einfach nett. Das hätten wir in einer Gastranomie im "Möbelgeschäft" so nicht erwartet! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Einfache Küche mit Klassikern (Schnitzel, Currywurst usw) und Torten zu günstigen Preisen im Obergeschoss eines Möbelhauses. Ein Lob gebührt der freundlichen Bedienung.

Leckeres Essen das von einem lustigen kleinen Roboter an den Tisch gebracht wird.

In diesem Restaurant gibt es noch Bedienung, doch diese ist sehr unterschiedlich. Ein Mitarbeiter ist sehr freundlich und lächelt immer. Andere Mitarbeiter sind leider nicht so. Ungünstig ist das die Mitarbeiter die Getränke selbst machen müssen. Ich versuche immer bei meinem " Lieblings Kellner" zu sitzen. Das Essen ist ok, aber nichts besonderes. Ich hatte diese Mal Seelachs mit Reis und Gemüse. Der Reis war zu lange gekocht und das Gemüse schmeckte nur mit der dazugehörigen Kräuter Butter. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich mit schöner Terrasse. Ich komme trotzdem gerne hierher

Lange Wartezeit bis man bedient wurde. Dann bekommt man nicht das , was man bestellt hatte . Teller war nicht sehr liebevoll angerichtet ( einfach nur drauf geworfen) und die Qualität lässt auch zu wünschen übrig . Wurde bei Bezahlung angesprochen. Aussage; Es lag daran , da sehr viel los war. Trotz allem darf die Qualität nicht drunter leiden !

Das XXXLutz Restaurant in Garbsen ist echt eine angenehme Überraschung. Die Preise sind fair (meist zwischen 10 € und 20 €), das Essen frisch und die Karte nicht zu überladen, aber gut ausgewählt. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Möglichkeit, klassische Gerichte wie Schnitzel oder Filet Americain zu bekommen – genau das, worauf ich nach einem Tag unterwegs Lust hatte. Der Service war freundlich und das Ambiente entspannt.

War das erste mal im Restaurant, und auch das letzte Mal. Bedienung ist sehr aufdringlich. Hatte das Bauernfrühstück, Keine anständigen Brötchen, Spiegeleier verunglückt. Das Möbelhaus ist toll.

Sehr freundliche Personal. Besonders Alexandra. Leckeres Essen zum günstigen Preis. Und Kuchen deal ist ja knaller: Kuchen und Kaffee für 2,99 ist doch Geschenk.

Man wurde freundlich empfangen das war es dann leider aber auch. Das Essen kam lauwarm an. Dies wurde mit dem Roboter gebracht der vorher aber schon bei anderen Leuten war. Sehr unhygienisch. Es war mehr als genug Personal da was das Essen hätte bringen können. Hatte die Trüffelbowl mit Schnitzel. Ein kleiner Klecks Trüffelmayo das wars dann auch. Pommes schon laberig durch den Rotkrautsalat. Lieblos angerichtet und geschmacklich ok wenn man Hunger hat. Auf ansprechen des Problems kam ein Entschuldigung nächstes Mal wird es besser. Für uns wird es definitiv kein nächstes Mal geben. Preislich nicht gerechtfertigt finde ich.

Wir hatten leider eine sehr unschöne Erfahrung in dem Restaurant. Wir hatten einen Gutschein von XXXLutz. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns bestätigt, das dieser natürlich angenommen werden kann. Beim Essen selbst waren 2 Gerichte bereits vergriffen und darüber wurden wir so Stück für Stück informiert und konnten die Bestellungen abändern. Das Essen selbst ist vollkommen ok. Die Lockangebote siehe Bild sind ja wirklich interessant. Leider bekommt man diesen Preis trotz xxlutz Karte aber nicht, da man nicht bei der Bestellung explizit diese vorgelegt hat. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man eigentlich nur sehr merkwürdige Antworten wie z.b. also ein Gericht haben wir im Preis angepasst…und der Rest? Wozu haben wir uns extra diese Karte geholt? Ich finde dies schon frech. Leider auch kein einlenken vom Personal vor Ort trotz Nachfrage. Der junge Kellner vermutlich noch in Ausbildung oder Quereinsteiger hatte vermutlich selbst ähnlich viel Ahnung wie wir. Kein Problem kann passieren dafür hätten ja die anderen 3 Personen anstatt sich permanent zu unterhalten und hinter dem Tresen zu stehen vllt mal etwas unterstützen können. Naja sei es wie es ist für uns jedenfalls einmal und nie wieder.

Wir waren stets im Restaurant mit der Auswahl, Freundlichkeit und Superbedienung zufrieden. Essen und Dessert schmeckt ausgezeichnet.

We enjoy having breakfast at the restaurant; the value for money is unbeatable. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes at reasonable prices. From 3 pm onwards, a free piece of cake/pie is included with every hot drink. The staff are very attentive.

Lunch at XXXL Lutz. The restaurant was quite busy at lunchtime, service was fairly quick, but after receiving our drinks (served without asking for half a liter instead of a third), we were rushed to order… then, to compensate, it took 25 minutes for the finished fish ragout with fries, as well as chicken breast strips, salad, and fries. It was served by a robot that we had to unload ourselves; half the fries were lying next to the plates. Okay. The photo shows the "decoration" on the ragout, which contained an estimated 25 grams of fish cubes (dry weight). The sauce seemed to have come from the Chef Culinaire bucket: a thick paste with sweet curry, with very little bamboo shoots, which were also woody (see photo). Everything—including the overly pale fries—was lukewarm to cold. The chicken breast fillets were freshly fried but completely unseasoned; the salad was seasoned, but okay. The mayonnaise on the table tasted awful; nobody would take too much of it. The ketchup was okay; the bottle was almost empty, but there was a spare at the next table. The meal was a complete disappointment, especially considering the price of €42 for two people. Thanks, but no thanks. P.S. The furniture order we planned to place before dinner was never fulfilled.

The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. I would especially like to commend Yvonne's wonderful service – friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood. Thanks to her, we felt completely at ease!

A real surprise, I wasn't expecting it. Very good food at fair prices. A nice, cozy atmosphere. And the service was excellent, too. Our server, Yvonne, was extremely friendly and very competent. All in all, congratulations, 5 stars!

The "autumn dinner" was a disaster. After waiting for over an hour for the food, the pumpkin soup was unfortunately only half full. The schnitzel was far too dry, as was the salmon, which was also burnt. The pumpkin risotto tasted of everything, but definitely not pumpkin. Conclusion: Never again for lunch.

Big praise to the service staff for always having the customer in mind. Also the reminder about special menus – great. Excellent value for money.

A nice restaurant with friendly staff, a typical furniture store restaurant.

A very inviting restaurant on the top floor of the furniture store with many delicious dishes at reasonable prices. We loved the currywurst with fries and a slightly spicy sauce. And for the special price of €4.50, it's highly recommended. We'll definitely try a different dish on our next visit. Very friendly and efficient service, and a robot to assist us.

Here for breakfast. Large breakfast with orange juice and fried egg with bacon. It was good. Plus a second cup of coffee ☕️ for €0.50. Perfect service from a nice lady.

For me, this is by far the best furniture store-restaurant 👍🏼. Prices are more than reasonable, and there are always great deals and special offers. The service is always very friendly and attentive, and the highlight is the free slice of cake with any hot drink, and the cakes 🎂 taste absolutely delicious.

Recently visited this place while our stay in the area, without any expectations. Amazing place and service! Sasha (sorry might butcher the name) was able to assist us perfectly with choosing the food from the menu and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Also, kudos for English service, that was refreshing and appreciated. The schnitzel was good. Definitely will come back and can recommend.

It's become our favorite restaurant in Garbsen. We come twice a week. It's great that you can get food at 3 p.m., so it's open all day. The offers with coupons and friend cards are super cheap. The rump steak today was top-notch, it couldn't be better. The service staff are great! It's fun to watch them at work. Thank you, Yvonne.

Was served instantly and friendly. My food came only 5 min after I ordered at lunchtime (!). It was good but not 5 stars. When it comes to the place its already very nice but not what i have seen elsewhere. I can recommend to go here for lunch! Its really close to 5 Stars so have it :) Saw delicious cakes too. Top!

We regularly ate at Hesse and were always thrilled by the fresh and lovingly prepared food. Price/performance was great! Unfortunately we were very disappointed today...food was cold and slapped on the plate. The fish was dry and the portion was too small for the money. The schnitzel was cardboard and the fries were inedible. We could also have been made aware of a robot that brings the food. The service ladies were very nice. It's a shame, but we won't be coming back!

I thought the food was really good in terms of price-performance ratio and would even recommend it to others. The service was also OK. We would be served quickly and well. What definitely needs to be improved is the issue of cleanliness at the table! When we sat down there were still various fries on the table and the ketchup could also be found on some parts of the table and on the menu. We noticed during the meal that the tables were being cleaned up, but none of the abandoned tables were wiped with a damp cloth after the meal. This definitely needs to be improved because every guest wants to find a clean table. Otherwise we would be happy to be guests again.

I can highly recommend this restaurant. I was here with a few friends and they were very happy to have been here. We particularly liked the waiter Mr. Thind. He served us and was very friendly and had a wonderful charisma.

The employee Amrit Singh Thind in particular is very nice and friendly. This one needs a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amrit for President!!!!!!!!

The staff still has to get used to it. Drinks only came after we had finished eating. The kitchen also has to learn that the schnitzel doesn't belong on the fries when the serving robot delivers it

I am of two minds = Unfortunately, breakfast didn't convince me at all.... limp rolls 🫣 Lunch...okay Coffee and cake for the afternoon, nice offer e.g. for 5.90 euros for both.....on request....should change about every 3 months My personal opinion, I found the food from the former ""Möbel Hesse"" better and tastier...

I have to say, it is and remains one of my favorite restaurants in Hanover, friendly staff and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the schnitzel with pepper cream sauce and the Kaiserschmarrn. I can only recommend it!

The experience was really bad. The three of us went there and got a table after 10 minutes. The waiter was friendly and we ordered. After half an hour we got the food delivered by a robot. The food got cold while driving in the robo. The food itself was mediocre to bad. I had a steak (150g) of which only 70g was edible as the rest was connective tissue. The dessert, Kaiserschmarren and “homemade” pancakes, were really catastrophic. The Kaiserschmarren itself was okay, but it was served with applesauce from the freezer. The pancakes were from a discount store or Metro because they tasted like the middle school cafeteria. Hesse himself used to be much better.

Food is very good. Staff sometimes seem overwhelmed. There are always food offerings.
