We were just doing a quick shopping trip at Kaufland-Garbsen. Cooking tonight? No... I asked Anna if it was possible to get two small gyro plates? It's already late. It worked!!! 👍 The incredibly friendly Pano served us, and we even got to choose exactly what we wanted to eat. Insanely delicious, even though it was just before closing time. If we're shopping nearby again, we'll be happy to stop by again for a small plate of gyros. We went here as a stopover on our trip and the chicken gyro was great. The rest of the dishes were also very tasty!

That was really the very last time I ate in this shop! The price/performance ratio is just bad and truly outrageous! The third time I've given it a chance over a long period of time, but nothing has changed. Dishes, rice and sauces are made lukewarm in the microwave or in the same deep fryer. The bifteki is more breadcrumbs than minced meat and is dry and sticky from warming up. The “gourmet” plate is a joke or a joke. For 14.90 euros you get a mini ball of bifteki (without sheep's cheese), a small mushy vegetable meatball and a small piece of grilled cheese (saganaki), plus warmed rice in tomato sauce from the microwave, as well as coleslaw and tzatziki, of course a little more of each, it's cheap and the plate has to be full. Then 4 small Bifteki boats (with sheep's cheese) were ordered for 3.50 euros each, which were also completely dry, lukewarm and sticky, because you wanted to be full and not eat the whole tzatziki plain. Paid another “14 euros” for the 4 pieces. The cola that is so beautifully presented at the counter in small glass bottles (0.33). But it is then filled from large bottles, which are already quite stale, into (uncalibrated) smaller glasses. Also again for “3 euros” a glass. We spent almost "50 euros" (48.80) for 2 people! For the price we could have eaten in the restaurant, with better quality and not in this train station atmosphere! All in all, this store is a huge disgrace!!!

I've been going to Anna's to get my Giros for years. Food, service, everything was great. Expensive? What hasn't become more expensive? The portions are even smaller for many others. I've had enough. Sometimes even too much. To the employees. “Keep it up” 👍

I have rarely felt so badly treated as a customer and have rarely eaten such a bad gyro. I asked for a little more meat in my gyro bag, and without asking, I was given a mini 50 gram portion of extra meat separately - which I didn't want to buy at all. I then had to pay an extra €3 for these two tablespoons. When I explained that I didn't mean that and just needed the gyro pocket, I was told that I had to buy it now and that it wasn't possible to cancel it. I've really never experienced anything like that before, but it gets even better: I paid and when I wanted to eat the gyros the first thing I encountered was a long hair that definitely didn't come from me... the unfriendly woman refused to take the gyros back or make a new one. After I had to argue for 5 minutes, a new one was prepared for me while the employees loudly insulted me in Greek... the man made comments like "God sees everything", I really thought I was in the wrong film. I absolutely lost my appetite and the gyros were really horrible. The meat was dried out and cold, bread wasn't crispy, really the worst gyros I've ever eaten. I really wonder how you can treat your customers like that and then still sell such quality food in good conscience, with an obvious lack of hygiene standards. I'm definitely not coming back and would advise anyone not to.

Price/performance has dropped significantly, service and friendliness - well... we got lukewarm, almost raw currywurst! Returned and received a hot currywurst with now cold fries with the note that the employee had been working in the catering industry for 20 years. The small gyro plate with a handful of fries, a few gyros, a dollop of tzatziki and lots of coleslaw! Written to management 3 times = no response. Conclusion: People don't eat there anymore!

Have you made so much sales that customers are just a nuisance? The quality of the food (including the food used) and the friendliness of the sellers are continually decreasing. Fats and oils seem to be the panacea for every dish. It's dripping! If you pay attention to your line or have to keep an eye on your cholesterol, you should think twice about whether this offer is right for you.

I took two servings of meat with salads and potatoes. The meat is over-salted, which casts doubt on its freshness. The restaurant's slogan is not true.

Currywurst was still cold, curry sauce came out of the microwave, Sprite was ordered and water was given

Went there for the first time and immediately noticed that the service and the staff worked very well and were very friendly. The food was good. Ambiance was okay.

A small but nice place to have a good meal. I visit the small location several times a month, whenever I have time, and then enjoy my lunch in a relaxed manner. Usually a large gyro plate and something else in between. I also like to enjoy the wine on offer. As far as the service and the staff are concerned, I like to come back again and again because of them, because a nice smile or a quick chat is always possible, especially as a guest, after all, you make the waitress behind the counter just as happy.

14 euros for a portion of fries with around 80 grams of gyros is really outrageous.

One of the best gyros I've eaten so far 😇 I can recommend it to anyone who likes eating gyros 😇

Habe mir zum mitnehmen einen Salat bestellt. Es waren exakt 6 Esslöffel dann war er alle ,das für 6.90€ Der Thunfisch schmeckte säuerlich. Eine Gemüse Frikadellen um eine Scheibe Brot mußte ich betteln, das alles für 8.99€ das kann doch nicht war sein. In der Junkerstr. Da kostet ein gem. Salat mit F rikadelle und Brot 5.00€ Schmeckt immer frisch. ... Und ist auch ein Grieche.......

War in meiner Pause kurz hier. Gyros im Fladenbrot einfach Top , der Tipp mit dem Olivenöl war auch sehr gut. Es sind alle sehr freundlich. Hier komme ich gerne her

Sehr leckeres Essen, nette Bedienung. Wenn man sein Essen nicht schafft, packen Sie es auch für einen nachträglich ein, was bei den großen Portionen echt ein Pluspunkt ist.

Ein griechisches Restaurant, wo man vor Ort essen oder Snacks mitnehmen kann. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an verschiedenen griechischen Spezialitäten, kann man nur empfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker 😋. Die Bedienung einfach toll. Unseren Geschmack hat es getroffen. 🤗 Auch die Speisen zum mitnehmen sind gut. 👍

Typischer ANNA Laden mit der Ambiente und der Auswahl. Service freundlich, konnte aber das Menü nicht to Go anbieten (wahrscheinlich wegen Pfandflaschen). Alternative war der Gyrosteller....leider war das Fleisch sehr fade und mild vom Geschmack (kenne ich anders von anderen Anna Filialen). Genauso der Krautsalat....sehr mild gewürzt. Erster Besuch in der Filiale gewesen und leider enttäuscht worden, kenne es anders von anderen Filialen.

Alles was das Herz begehrt.Salate und Spezialitäten jenseits der Restaurant Mainstream.Makedonischer Halva ess ich am liebsten.Andere Sorten hab ich auch probiert , sogar den Halva Thessaloniki beim Militär aber der von Hainoglou ist der Beste.

Großes Angebot an Salaten etc., aber unterirdischer Service! Anstatt meine Bestellung aufzunehmen, stand der Kollege lieber da und sah der Currywurst meines Mannes beim Fritieren zu. Außerdem empfinde ich eine billigste Plastikflasche stilles Wasser für 3,30€ als sowas von unverschämt!!!

Immer wieder gerne für das kleine griechische Essen mal schnell zwischendurch. Hat uns immer gut geschmeckt also das Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Bestellen immer einen kleinen Girosteller mit Getränk.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter und eine große Auswahl an Salaten zum Mitnehmen. Auch warme Speisen können dort gegessen werden oder zum Mitnehmen. Wir holen gerne die frischen Salate und Beilagen, wenn wir abends grillen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Krautsalat mi Knoblauchdressing, die gemischten Oliven und der eingelegte Fetakäse. Das Gyros ist sehr lecker. Es wird alles auf Wunsch nochmal warm gemacht, wenn man es direkt essen möchte, wie zum Beispiel Saganaki, Mettbällchen, Falafel etc. Das Gyros ist immer frisch, ebenso die Pommes sind super lecker. Peperoni sind ebenso super lecker. Vier Sterne, da es halt kein typisches Restaurant ist und ich noch etwas Luft nach oben brauche für die Bewertungen. Immer wieder gerne
