La Villa Grande in Langenhagen

I've been there twice and have mixed impressions. On my first visit, I found the pizza delicious. It was exactly my kind of thing. The ambiance and location are inviting for a relaxed meal. The staff is friendly. So far, so good. Now for my personal BUT: On my second visit, I ordered a mixed grill platter for two. It didn't include all the advertised meats, which they could have at least mentioned to the guests with a small apology. Ideally, this should have been mentioned before ordering, in case something wasn't available. The whole thing was served in an 80s style on a metal plate, which meant everything arrived lukewarm, not hot. Personally, I don't find pork very appetizing when it's cooled down. I was disappointed that no one came to our table during our entire visit to take any further requests, as it really wasn't busy and I would have liked to have another drink without having to shout across the restaurant. I would have liked to voice my criticism there, but unfortunately, when we paid, they didn't ask if we were satisfied or if everything was alright. That's what I generally expect from a dedicated restaurant that prides itself on its quality. Therefore, my conclusion is unfortunately only "OK," and I'm not inclined to visit again.

Got an excellent fish platter today, off-the-menu, exactly as we wanted at affordable prices.

I ordered a gyro special. Thank goodness the fries, tzatziki, and salad were delicious. The meat? It was swimming in grease and tasted like it. Disgusting. Never again!

First, the positives: the staff and manager are super nice... otherwise: I was there four years ago and wasn't impressed back then, but I'm back now by invitation... The tomato mozzarella was tasteless, and no one has ever tasted a 4 Seasons pizza - the base was sticky, the toppings were tasteless, too salty and detached from the base, so it must have come from the freezer? So, for me (unfortunately), it's a shame.

La Villa Grande is a restaurant with a very pleasant ambiance and exceptionally good service. The food is good value for money. We've always been greeted warmly. We've recently held another large event there, and everything went well and smoothly.

Three of us had dinner there yesterday. The food was delicious, the service was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Even the manager was quick to ask if everything was to our satisfaction. All in all, we'd love to come back!

Very good food, nice atmosphere and very nice staff. Good wine, very good selection of food... Value for money is really great, highly recommended.

Our pizza was cheap (Monday), but the base took some getting used to. The service was quick and you could sit outside.

The lamb was very tender and the other meat and side dishes were also very tasty. Service very friendly. Ambience beautifully decorated for Christmas.

So the food was okay, but there were pan gyros, I prefer it from the rotisserie. Otherwise everything wasn't bad in terms of taste

As part of a company event, we were looking for a location at short notice that could accommodate 30 people. Not only did we get enough space, but we also had the opportunity to eat a la carte. As a rule, given the number of people, you only get a small menu with little choice. Not so at La Villa Grande. Our participants were all very satisfied with the food and the service. The price-performance ratio was great. Can only recommend La Villa Grande. If we are in Hanover again, we would be happy to come by.

Best pizza in Langenhagen! When it is brought, it is still really hot, super tasty! The drivers are really nice. We would be happy to order from you.

Spaghetti seafood was very tasty 😋. Plenty of mussels, fish and scampi. Service very friendly.

The pizza is always great. Other things are also very tasty. In summer you can sit outside great. The smoking room is interesting for smokers. Celebrations are easily possible in the hall.

A mid-range restaurant with Italian-Greek cuisine. The Italian dishes could be more. The beer garden behind the house was a bit dingy and the music was very loud.

Price-performance is justified, staff as always nice. Food is good, there is hot sauce if desired.

The Italian restaurant has inexpensive and delicious pizza 🍕 pasta and a rosenberger lots of fries lots of salad that tastes so good 😊

Food is great, service should have been better. The outside seating (terrace) was not very inviting. Broken chairs.

Delicious food, friendly host and nice atmosphere. We have had many family celebrations here and have never been disappointed. The delivery service is also great.

Food quality is very mixed. Gyros were tough (warmed up in the pan?), the pizza dough was actually non-stick, the topping of the vegetarian pizza was obviously frozen vegetables, including potatoes. The preparation took far too long for the quality offered. At least: service was okay.

Update: always at a high level again in 2024, portions very large. Top restaurant, great atmosphere and the boss is always in a good mood, special requests are always fulfilled, everything is very neat and the quality of the food is always at a high level

Leider sehr enttäuschender Besuch.. Vermutet hatten wir hinter dem Namen „La Villa Grande“ einen Italiener, doch sind auf der Karte etliche Gerichte verschiedener Küchen - von Deutsch, Italienisch und Griechisch - beschrieben .. Leider ist die Karte auch bestückt mit sämtlichen Rechtschreibfehlern .. Die Gerichte bestehen aus Convenience-Produkten (Fertig-Pommes, Fertigsaucen).. Das Fleisch trocken und zäh - der Service unwissend und ungelernt. Keine Empfehlung.

Ich war etwas enttäuscht. Das Essen war lauwarm, der Gyros wohl in der Pfanne gebraten? An sich war das Essen gut, im Mett ist mir persönlich zuviel Majoran drin aber das ist Geschmackssache. Es war viel los, viele Weihnachtsfeiern denke ich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Preise sind völlig okay.

Hatten heute eine kleine Weihnachtsfeier mit 45 Personen. Preis/Leistung gibt es hier in der Region wohl nichts Besseres. Der Service bzw. die Bedienung waren sehr freundlich und schnell. Vielen Dank und auf Wiedersehen!

Günstige Preise etwas kaltes Ambiente.

Beim letzten Mal war es ja schon nicht so besonders, dieses Mal war es noch schlechter. Bestellung kam nicht, das Essen war auch nicht so pralle. War für mich das letzte Mal.

Dreckige Teller, schmuddelige Karte und schlecht schmeckendes Essen. Wenn man das alles mag ist dies der richtige Ort. Zweimal hier gewesen,das erste und das letzte Mal.

Das Gyros und die Burger sind super. Die Portionen sind üppig. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar. Haben auch einen guten Lieferdienst.

Naja, nicht gerade das schickste Ambiente, die Pizza war leider nicht so besonders. Der Boden zu hart, fast wie Zwieback. 25% der bestellten Essen kam erst als der Rest fertig war. Die Fleischplatte war okay.

Das Essen ist gut. Das Personal wirkt teilweise ungeschult und überfordert. Das Essen wird trotz niedriger Auslastung erst nach langer Wartezeit serviert.

Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wirklich große Auswahl. Essen ist super. Leider mussten wir eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten, obwohl das Restaurant bei weitem nicht voll war.

Filippo und sein Team sind spitze, die Küche zaubert geschmackvolles Essen, ob Mittagstisch oder Abendkarte. Aber am besten, ohne Karte den Empfehlungen zu folgen. Weinempfehlung ist top. Und die Preise sind moderat. Was will man mehr?!

Die Lasagne war gut, das Pils gut gezapft.

Wir waren jetzt 2x da. Unsere Erfahrung war sehr positiv und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist sowohl innen als auch aussen sehr einladend. Der Service nett umd zuvorkommend. Die Preise sind sehr fair und vor allem das Essen hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Ich hatte meine Handtasche an diesem Tag am Tisch vergessen. Das wurde aber vom Personal bemerkt und meine Tasche sicher verwahrt. Vielen Dank auch dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Restaurant in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen.

Sehr große Auswahl an tollen Gerichten, Einfache und ausgefallene. Sehr lecker, gute Qualität und kurze Wartezeit.

Eine wirklich leckere Pizza gegessen. Die zusätzliche Zutat war absolut fair im Preis und gar kein Problem. Service sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Wartezeit war topp. Das Ambiente bekommt einen Stern Abzug, weil ich persönlich die Räumlichkeiten zu dunkel finde und mir der "südliche Flair" fehlt, aber das ist subjektiv. Gerne wieder.

Ich war vor eine Woche dort, war auf der Terrasse schön an der Sonne, das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und schnell, einfach super empfehlenswert 👍 macht weiter so

Falls sich wer fragt warum es in der Summe fünf Sterne gibt obwohl weder Service, noch Ambiente oder das Essen an sich herausragend sind, es macht die Summe der Dinge. In Kombination mit den Preisen. Eine sehr gute Gyros-Pizza gibt es Montags (am Pizzatag) für 6€, das ist einfach unschlagbar. Bis jetzt war alles war ich probiert habe wirklich sehr gut ohne dabei besonders zu sein aber ich vermute das ist hier auch nicht der Anspruch.
