My chicken nuggets were probably in the deep fryer a little too long. (You can see how round they became). The chicken nuggets were then placed nice and hot 🔥 in the plastic packaging without putting in at least one layer of aluminum foil first. I took the food with me. Clueless of course!! Then I ate the same thing as I did on the phone, so I didn't really see it at first glance. And suddenly, after eating a few plastic nuggets, I noticed that the things were branded with plastic. I'm back with the packaging. Showed it to the employee/boss. Said in a normal tone you put it in too hot. -there was no apology. I was then told it was normal and wouldn't make a difference and it comes from STEAM 😀👍 so I'm not stupid enough to inspect where the spots come from. Well, microplastics are not uncommon, but in combinations with very hot fat and food. It's a disgrace. To blame the guest/customer. . I wasn't looking for arguments or terror. No, on the contrary, I was just forbearance. Small children often choose nuggets. So watch your food. I disposed of the nuggets on site along with the packaging. And actually I don't write reviews but the situation in everything was just unsympathetic and wrong from this "kebab house". Thanks for the stomachache. The pizza was ok

Amazing place with the best service. Dishes prepared quickly, efficiently and, most importantly, TASTY. Affordable prices - it's not cheap, but it's not expensive either. Clean, tidy, well-kept place... I recommend it without hesitation.

For me the best kebab in all of Aachen. But the Peterstr. branch. (at the bus station) is permanently closed! There is another branch on Str Pontdriesch, but I don't think it's that good.

The meat tasted very unpleasant and was very gristly. Afterwards, I had an unpleasant film of fat in my mouth and felt really sick. I won't subject myself to that again. I can't recommend this Mangal. There was something wrong with the meat.

Awesome plcae. Don't knwo why peeps are complaining. All home made Turkish food in what it seems to be a family run place. One of the best and biggest kebabs I had honestly in a long time for a very fair price :)

Anyone who grew up in Kalkar knows and loves the Golden Horn. The shop used to be always full, and for good reason: the kebab was simply great - juicy, well-seasoned meat, a delicious sauce and full to the brim. It was a little more expensive than the competition back then, but it was worth every cent. Unfortunately, the kebab today no longer comes close to the old quality. The meat no longer tastes as intense, the sauce has lost its former character, and for the current price you simply don't get enough taste and quality. Every now and then there are still moments when the kebab reminds you of the glorious past - but that is the exception. It's a shame, because the Golden Horn was once a real insider tip. Anyone who knows the kebab from back then will often be disappointed today. Maybe the store will find its way back to its former strength - until then it will be occasional visits, more out of nostalgia than conviction. Conclusion: Once a highlight, today it's just average. 3/5 stars for the reminder.

Nice owner, tastes good if you like something from the wood grill, I can recommend the Turkish pizza with salad and sauce, delicious. In general, the pizzas there are delicious.

Unfortunately you can't see the meat as it is freshly cut. Unfortunately it's very gray and strange... But nice friendly people. But I want to see the meat and it doesn't look that good, it's not for me

The best kebab I've ever eaten. Homemade bread, great sauces, lots of meat. Perfect! Edit: Once the best kebab in the area, now the worst. No more homemade bread, prices have risen enormously, portions smaller.... Sry but I won't be coming back
