On June 22nd we saw a live mouse behind a display case containing salads, tomatoes, etc. The mouse ran over the salads and we left the place immediately. It was very terrible.

The food was really dry like the bread and like the meat I ate there 3 months ago and it was really delicious But there's more going on at the Teke at the moment (who's coming and who's going and who's doing what) And when you buy kebab everyone laughs with you but when you ask for the toilet they look at you with evil eyes and pay 1 euro. I discovered Sultans Of Kebap in 2014 and have loved it ever since. But things have gotten pretty bad lately. When I was there today I was shocked. The service was rude and incompetent. The people there left aside the customers in line who hadn't ordered yet and chatted and laughed. The food was prepared carelessly and very slowly. Customers' wishes were often ignored or misinterpreted. The restaurant's interior was old and the hygiene was disgusting. When I got my food after a long wait, I noticed large stains on my fork. Maybe they don't clean the cutlery at all. I would say the environment is just as bad as the bus station where this snack bar is located. The food isn't as good as it used to be, but it's not bad either. Only the fries weren't fresh. The frying oil was probably spoiled. In addition, the portions seem too small for the price level. So not a nice dining experience. Hopefully I don't get diarrhea tonight.

A fantastic snack! I ate a super delicious kebab with veal here - the meat was simply delicious and perfectly seasoned. The fresh salads were a wonderful addition. The snack bar is very centrally located and exemplary clean. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. You can sit here and relax and watch the hustle and bustle at the bus station. The offers are great too! All thumbs up for this great snack – definitely recommended

Simply my favorite shop in all of Aachen, the lamb plate is always a highlight. The rolls that are sold in the morning are also very good and the prices are unbeatable. For me personally, this is the best Muslim shop in all of Aachen and everything is of course Halal

It was lunchtime today and I ordered a kebab sandwich. I didn't notice any unfriendliness from the kebab man. The kebab was crispy and the meat was freshly hung. Salad from the night piled up on the fresh salad, the salad was watery and tasted old. Well, that didn't have to be the case. To be honest, this isn't the first time this has happened to me. I would have let it pass at midnight, but early in the afternoon???? I was hungry!!! Before I got the kebab, I ordered a medium tea from the lady with the headscarf. She had to freshen up. She told me to wait five minutes. There was only one customer besides me. Quote: the tea was ready after five minutes, customers came behind me, they asked everyone who came into the restaurant much later and sat like they were drinking tea or coffee. After asking all the other customers for tea and coffee, she skipped over me with a grin. I looked at you grimly and continued to bite my kebab, pained and quiet. Then she screamed across the store and said, "Our people always come first," I felt like I was being kicked by a donkey🙁 I understood it and felt discriminated against. The whole day I don't know which drawer I should put the lady in. It was racist and discriminatory. I come from Frankfurt and it was my first time in this restaurant. I should have called the police and filed a serious report. I'm still mad that I had to go through with it. The kebab has long since been digested, but this polarization is still heavy in my stomach. I don't know what she meant by that. If you would like to be insulted, go for it. At the age of 55, I have never heard anything so outrageous from a kebab restaurant. Who knows, maybe all the other guests were family members and I was just a walk-in customer.

Went here for the first time today and was surprised at how comfortable it is to sit inside. Definitely better than expected for the not too nice area of ​​the bus station. The prices are normal, the food is delicious. I liked the falafel because it wasn't dry, as is sometimes the case with other snacks. The salad with the green dressing is very tasty and tastes fresh. Overall was satisfied.

At 11:30 there is a huge rush, there is 1 employee behind the counter :( At 1:15 p.m. there are enough staff there, but hardly any customers. (It can happen) We were there with 13 people. ( Not at the counter at the same time!) Unfortunately we couldn't all sit together. (Which is still ok) But if several women bring their sandwiches from home and unpack them at the table and eat them, that's amazing. Next time I'll buy the kebab opposite and eat it at your place.

I went here last Saturday with my girlfriend. We ordered döner twice and paid for it with our debit card. Today I looked at my account and saw to my surprise that they had debited twice the amount on Saturday (correctly) and today. I tried to call them, but it didn't work. I also took a screenshot of the second transaction and attached it to an email. No response here either. If there is an error in your payment system, please solve it. I can imagine that other people do not notice this.

Their beef kebab is very nice along with the side dishes and fries.Also rice available instead of fries. The chicken kebab is above average.

La personne qui m'a servi a été dégréable, heureusement son collègue a pris le relais de ma commande (après s'être bien moqué de moi). Entre temps, la première personne qui s'était occupé de moi, a pris mon pain et l'a jeté de façon mal propre sur le plan de travail. Mon expérience client a ruiné mon repas. Barrière de la langue ou pas, le respect devrait être universel.

Früher war besser aber leider jetzt geht gar nicht ich habe 2 döner und eine Lahmajun kauft und ich habe auch gesagt du machst sehr wenig Fleisch rein dann sagte er das ist Standart hab gegessen war sehr sehr wenig Fleisch drene komme nie wieder tut mir sehr das hat nur nach Salat Geschmack mehr nicht 👎

Alles war super und ich wollte Trinkgeld geben da wurde mir gesagt das sie kein Trinkgeld nehmen dürfen sie müssen es in die kasse machen, was soll das bekommt das Unternehmen nicht genug Geld müssen jetzt das auch noch den Angestellten weg nehmen? Ich werde beim Finanzamt mal fragen wie sie es verbuchen oder unterschlagen sie es damit sie ihre eigenen Taschen noch voller machen können das ist das letzte sie können froh sein das sie noch Arbeiter haben die auch noch sonntag arbeiten und sie nehmen dann noch das Trinkgeld weg.

yesterday, I went to this place with my friend and we ordered one doner chicken kebab and one kalbs doner kebab and one fries and one drink. The best part was that there was a refill drink option where you can choose from vafiety of soft drinks such as Coca-Cola classic, marinda, Coca-Cola zero, Coca Cola light, iced green tea etc. Atmosphere was so awesome and the aesthetics of this place is amazing. Staff is also good and gentry is also good. Proper seating arrangement and enough space to sit. However, it is a little bit pricey and i would suggest that they should launch some special student discounts and kids menus also

朝食にビーフのケバブのポケットタイプをいただきました。 以前シュツットガルトで食べたときは余り美味しかった印象はなかったのですが、ここのはカリカリお肉に沢山のフレッシュ野菜ですごく美味しかったです。 野菜たっぷりというのがここドイツではポイントが高いです。ドイツのレストランは野菜というとポテトしかないので流石にそれはおかしくないかと思っていたので。 何を言っているのか全く分からなかったですが（藁）お姉さんはとても親切で優しくもてなしくれました。 食べにくかったのでフォークを貰いました。 今度はご飯のプレートも食べてみたいです。 ビールはあったかなあ、誰か頼んでいたかもしれませんが、夕飯には欲しくなるので今度チェックしないといけないですね。

Unglaublich, habe mich eine halbe Stunde angestellt und ein Döner bestellt was ja normal ist aber dann sind hinter mir eine ganze Familie die Ihre Sprache sprechen. Und sie werden einfach zuerst bedient. Warte dann noch mal 20 min obwohl ich ihr hinwies das ich vor ihnen war! Nie wieder dahin

Beste, ik ben tijdens mn vakantie bij jullie eten komen halen. Eerste keer was het in de avond. Standaard kebab met friet en op mijn bevel knoflooksaus en extra veel sambal. Het was mega goed!! Jullie keuken is erg schoon en personeel zijn vriendelijk. Volgende ochtend bij jullie ontbijt besteld voor 3 personen..... Het was beter dan de meeste 4 sterren Hotels!! Groetjes Chun en tot snel... Ga zo door....

Erg lekkere gerechten, ruime porties en alles ziet er hygiënisch uit. De medewerkers zijn telkens erg vriendelijk en voor een fastfood restaurant is het er best knus ingericht. Ook is er een coffeecorner waar men tevens ook zoetigheden en nagerechten kan verkrijgen. Let op: de keren dat wij er waren stond er een bord op de toonbank dat wegens een technische storing niet met een bankkaart betaald kan worden. Gelukkig zijn de geldautomaten op steenworp afstand te vinden. Doordeweeks is de zaak trouwens niet meer 24 uur per dag open zoals Google aangeeft, maar gaat de zaak om 4 uur 's nachts dicht. In het weekend is Sultans nog wel 24 uur geopend.

Located right outside the bushof. Priced moderately. Unfortunately, it's cash only. Wish they start accepting EC cards soon. They're open almost all the time and döner tastes even better if you're a little drunk haha.

Ein Döner bestellt, kurz draußen gewesen geguckt eine Zutat vergessen zu erwähnen wieder rein und den Mitarbeitern gesagt hat er gemacht und wollte dafür nochmal Geld! Sehr veräppelt gefühlt! Besonders das der dabei so dumm gelacht hat! Will ich nie wieder dahin!

Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sollten erstmal lernen wie man Kunden mit umgeht. Schon zweimal passiert dass vermeintliche Stammkunden trotz Warteschlange früher drankamen. Habe auch schon erlebt wie ein Mitarbeiter einen Kunden beleidigt hat. Eine Zumutung!

La comida es rica. Los tamaños son considerables. El servicio me deja mucho que desear ya que esta bastante apurados todo el tiempo entonces es como que te sientes presionado y como que no te dejan pensar. Tienen un gran espacio como para sentarse a comer.

Good place for fast food, the meat quality is good, I like the variety of sauces they have, some workers are friendly and some not, depends on your luck I guess. Only one thing they are very slow so you might wait for long time to get what you ordered, overall recommended!! The fries are also good.
