You can eat kebab. Unfortunately there is no sweet sauce. This is a must for me. Too bad. The fries in the Pomdöner were so greasy that they hung between your fingers.

The food is ok. The selection could be better. It's just a kebab house that is designed for delivery. The staff is a bit unmotivated and seemed annoyed. The Palandöken Restaurant on Erzberger Straße was much better, cozier and with a large selection of food. The service is better there too. Should be the same operator.

We ordered a kebab with just meat, salad and sauce. A normal kebab came with everything we didn't want on it. The fries were great. And unfortunately the kebab wasn't as spicy as ordered. Instead of kebab meat there was chicken meat, which was agreed upon but unfortunately really wasn't tasty 😞

The kebab is incredibly good. There are now new staff and now the kebab tastes like a first. Gladbach has a lot of kebab shops, but this one is the best in my opinion. The kebab tasted great from start to finish. The baklava tastes just as wonderful.

It was a very terrible experience, It took more than two hours to receive my food. I ordered food with Uber Eats and it took a hell of time. I ordered Chicken Döner from Uber Eats in their Restaurant Online, the order got confirmed and was expected to arrive at 19:45. Yet, they informed me 30 minutes after order that they don't have chicken Döner so they asked me to cancel the order. If they couldn't make the food they should cancel from their side. After I argued that I cannot cancel the order with two calls, they agreed on change to something else. However, it took more than an hour for delivery, the food got cold and the fries were soft with oil. Very Bad restaurant. I won't recommend it to any of my International Mates or fellow mates.

Catastrophe!!!! The owner treats customers badly, is unfriendly and rude!!!!I have been a regular customer for about a year and have always been satisfied with the orders and the delivery service. I regularly eat a kebab box (salad + kebab meat). The staff knows me and knows straight away that there is salad in the box instead of fries. The service has also been very nice so far, except on those days when the unfriendly blonde German owner was there and took the orders in a very unfriendly manner. So far I have tolerated the rudeness, but my last order over the phone was the trigger, so I will never eat or order there again. Yesterday I called and wanted to order my kebab box as usual, but the German owner was on the phone again with her disgusting manner and didn't want to accept my request for salad instead of fries in the box. I tried to explain to her that I was a regular customer and that the staff knew my order. Whereupon I received the extremely outrageous answer that that wasn't possible and that she, as the owner, could decide that way!!! She spoke to me in an extremely dismissive and arrogant manner!!! With this behavior she will definitely lose many more customers. A real disgrace!!!! Despite the delicious kebab, Palandöken is done for me and I can only advise against eating or ordering there!!!!!!!!

The kebab was quite good, the meat (beef) was well seasoned, the sauces were also good, the salads were a bit weaker. The price is even ok. Overall, I can recommend this place

Service friendly, food super tasty

Actually tastes good but employees don't feel like working. Today - 3:50 p.m. in the store and employees are hiding in the back and don't respond to repeated speech because they are so engrossed in their cell phones.

I ordered there and unfortunately I didn't read the reviews beforehand. 38€ for meat that not only looked like charcoal, it even tasted worse than charcoal to me and smelled very strange. This store is probably the last place that charges money for waste. Disgusting

The order was placed at around 6:50 p.m. - then the notification came that the waiting time would be between 20 and 45 minutes. So much for now. I called at 8:29 p.m. and was even told that the food had been on the way for a long time and that the driver had taken a detour and would come via Giesenkirchen instead of driving to us first because we live practically around the corner. On the phone I said I would send the food back if it arrived cold. Since then my wife and I have heard NOTHING! No call back, no email, simply not at all! We then decided to cancel what happened at “info@takeaway.com” at 9:25 p.m. and at Lieferando at 9:28 p.m. It's a shame that people have neglected it so much. Will never go there or order again. Apart from that, about 2 hours of waiting time is not a reasonable waiting time, stressful or not. Work on yourself and take this criticism to heart if you don't want to lose more customers like my wife and I did. Have a nice evening.

When we arrived there was still chicken there, but you could only get it by ordering (delivery). The meat was burnt, despite a note saying I didn't want the burnt meat. The Börek for €11.90 didn't come with a dip. Overall, the quality has decreased significantly.

If I could, - 1 star. Extremely disappointed today. Mentally ill bad.

Unfortunately very much diminished. The last orders were either delivered incorrectly or the food was cold. And that just doesn't work at all. It's a shame, we were always happy after the opening.

Chicken kebab was tasteless. The shop is modern, but seemed dirty. The employees preferred to play with their cell phones instead of cleaning the counter. Unprofessional.

We've been waiting for over 120 minutes... we can't reach anyone and the store is about to close, no one knows if we'll still get our order. Real cheek, never again!!!!

CAUTION!!! Contaminated food! Had plastic splinters in my kebab. I kindly pointed this out to the store. Unfortunately there was neither an answer nor an apology or replacement! Outrageous ignorance! Never again!

So I have to say everything, the two guys who were on duty this evening are great. I come from the catering industry myself and my husband and I are always happy to see the two of them there! They are friendly, customer focused and always up for fun no matter how stressful it is. We were there the other day and there was a young lady there with a colleague. She was very snarky and not really customer friendly. Your food is so good that's why we like to come back again and again. We only had a bad day twice out of what felt like 100 times. That was once when we ordered online and once when the lady was there. Otherwise, I recommend you 100%. And again... The guys who were on duty this evening on December 17th, 2023 at 8 p.m. are some of the best staff you have 👍 Big praise from us. 👍 Keep it up 🙏 we will remain loyal to you!

We ordered via UberEats and were unfortunately very disappointed. The meat had no taste and was partially charred. There was what felt like 2 liters of sauce in the kebab, which was unfortunately inedible. Unfortunately it was also my second order as the first time I thought maybe it was a bad day and things would be better the second time. I deeply regret ordering there.

In short: staff very unfriendly!!! Food mediocre. The best part of the shop is the Stinges bakery next door! Lang: We ordered online. After 1 hour we get a call that it will take another 40 minutes. “The meat is gone, we have to make new meat”. ... If you notice that the meat is empty 60 minutes after placing your order, you don't have your business under control! After a bit of back and forth, I picked up our food myself. Then suddenly it happened quickly, strangely! When I arrived the delivery driver was standing there useless. The meat didn't look like it had just been on the spit either! The bong bar was almost empty... Then I was treated unkindly and insulted because "I don't understand." When you have two hungry children at home and have to wait almost 2 hours for their food... I lack patience. The food was mediocre. At least warm because I got it myself...

der Döner hat in meinen Augen keinen Geschmack, das Brot ist sehr dominant und der Rest kommt da einfach nicht mit. schmeckt nur nach Sesam. Pommes waren Gut

Es ist halt eine kleine,mit ein paar Tischen vor dem Laden, aber auch bemerkenswert sehr saubere Döner"bude"👍☺️wir lieben die döner mit selbst hergestellten minifladenbrot, das leckere Fleisch, meist Hähnchen, und die Saucen einfach, ebenso die immer frisch zubereiteten Pommes, alle Angestellten fallen durchweg mit sehr freundlichem und kundenwunschorientiertem Benehmen auf👋👋👋👍auch den lieferdienst haben wir schon getestet und ebenfalls für gut und schnell befunden😊die Portionen sind reichlich👍👋 Es gab mal eine Zeitlang auch Kuchen aus dem Hauptgeschäft, Erzbergerstrasse ist das, glaub ich.. Jetzt leider nicht mehr.. Vermissen den absolut besten, und natürlich "kalorienärmsten" (spaß😉😁🤣) Schokokuchen sehr👍

Haben das erste mal bestellt , weil meine Freundin und ich schon vieles gehört haben . Rein Positiv natürlich Können uns nur anschließen . Das Essen war sehr lecker das Fleisch saftig , die Dönertasche war nicht von Soßen überflutet, so wünscht man sich einen Döner Bestellen gerne wieder . 😀

Sieht so aus, als würde Dominik Toretto selbst das Essen liefern, das nächste Mal drücke ich neben der Tür auf „Bestellen“.

Haben über Lieferando bestellt, essen kam 40 Minuten früher an als dort vorgegeben. Mit Abstand der leckerste Döner in ganz Gladbach. Wird man was vergessen bekommt man immer sofort leckeres Baklava als Dankeschön. Döner ist vorzüglich lecker, mit besonderem Sesamfladenbrot und wirklich gutem Fleisch. Vorort aber auch als Bestellung top bedient wurden. Bedingungen immer zuvorkommend, sympathisch und sehr kundenfreundlich.

Lahmacun mit Salat, echt lecker, besser geht nicht.

Wir sind 1 mal im Jahr dort kommen von Gaggenau und gehen immer dort was essen weil es einfach super schmeckt auf dee Durchreise machen wir dort ein stop

Sehr leckerer Drehspieß mit viel Füllung. Das Brot ist schön knusprig, das Fleisch super lecker und das Gemüse frisch! Die Soßen sind auch sehr lecker, wir kommen wieder.

Welche eine Frechheit. İch sagte dem Mann an der Kasse er soll meine Karte annehmen zur Zahlung, statt die meines Kollegen. Jedoch nahm er die Karte meines Kollegen..... ich hatte ihn gedroht mit einer schlechten Bewertung falls er meine nicht annimmt.... Hier bin ich ein Mann ein Wort. Super Döner.

Zum dritten mal als Firma bestellt. Jedes mal waren die Döner kalt und Pommes total labberig. Döner vom Geschmack ok, deshalb zwei Sterne.
