Kebaphaus Istanbul in Viersen

First time ordering/delivery. The food arrived after about an hour, even though the estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes. The delivery was initially made to the wrong address. Naturally, the food (two D-sized bags) was cold and the bread was already soggy. The meat looked and tasted like lamb, but we ordered poultry. The pizza rolls were also cold and dry. The herb butter contained herbs but tasted just like regular butter. The delivery to our apartment door was in a bag only; we didn't see a thermal box. This was our first and last time ordering from them. I can't comment on the ambiance of the restaurant itself; perhaps everything is great there, but the delivery service leaves much to be desired.

Seriously, the food is a disaster and the meat is cut way too large.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I expected much more, as it's a new opening. It's a shame he won't get any more money from us. I'd rather drive a bit further.

We've picked up food several times and are more than satisfied. We were also satisfied during the reopening, when there was more activity. The owner is friendly and the food is delicious. Requests are always taken into account. We'll be back 🙏🏼

No, sorry, it wasn't worth the money at all. The meat was stringy in places, and the burger had a rather unpleasant aftertaste. The pizza tasted okay, but the cheese came off the pizza base when I lifted it, and I had to put all the cheese back on. We ordered something here years ago, and it wasn't good, and nothing has really changed since.

We ordered there via Lieferando and were incredibly disappointed. The delivery seemed to take forever... and: The meat wasn't good (it was stringy), and the burger tasted very strange (the patty itself had a terrible flavor!)

I can't give a rating for the food because no order ever arrived. I called at 5.16pm and repeated the order to the man three times because he didn't understand. He said it would take 40 minutes. At 6.18pm I called again to ask where the order was and was told 'it's on its way'.. I called again at 6.40pm and was told 'we're very busy, I'll be with you in 10 minutes'.. means the order has most likely gotten lost and they don't care, instead they're lying to potential customers. No wonder there are such bad reviews here, but we always form our own opinion and it's definitely not even worth 1 star! So stay away from this place and don't waste your nerves. You could have spent those two hours ordering and eating twice somewhere else long ago.

You can eat a kebab once in a while... French fries are the new gold, but I've never seen so few fries for so much money anywhere else... There are better ready-made schnitzels in stores... I think it's really cheeky to charge so much money for such "cheap" food!!! So I don't think this will last long 🤷

Everything was perfect, the pizza was delicious. The order arrived still hot. I recommend it, I recommend it, I recommend it.

Devos Kebab House is my absolute favorite. I've had doner kebabs and various pides so far, and both are absolutely top-notch. The staff is friendly. It always takes a while, but the wait is 100% worth it.

Unfortunately, the food hasn't improved since the reopening. They're happy to give it a second chance, but this one was nothing. The meat tasted like gyro meat, unfortunately too dry. The sauces were okay. The vegetables were fresh. The bread was first warmed in the microwave and then toasted. I'm not used to that. They still need to practice the processes. The service was overwhelmed, even with 2-3 customers. I won't go back. It's a shame.

Ordered at 5 p.m., delivered at 6:30 p.m. After a second call, they said the driver couldn't find it. If I can't find something, I naturally call the number shown. The driver told me they're very busy, so we should coordinate if we want to cover each other's orders. Also, the food wasn't delivered properly and was only moderately warm.

If you need a sick note, you have to eat a kebab here the day before.

I have to write this review to say how incredibly friendly the staff are. My girlfriend and I didn't have enough money to make up for the minimum bark value. Never before has anyone been so incredibly friendly on the phone with the intention of helping us. We therefore give the store 5 out of 5 stars. If you want friendly staff. FROM THERE !! Thanks again for being kind!

Boy, I ordered cucumber salad and all that came was cucumbers, not even cut evenly, with bits of meat in them that had been cut out, and my pizza was cold because little Go went to Grefrath and not to my house and he couldn't even speak German. Plus, Go and was 30 minutes late I got the peach thirst quencher twice and only one arrived

Never again !!! Too many errors and very unfriendly behavior!!! Incorrect orders must be accepted! Even though you sometimes paid a lot of money for it! And expressed himself correctly and clearly! Even if you repeat the order, error-free work cannot be achieved here. The money is then gone. If you call them because of a mistake you will be portrayed as a liar, which really goes beyond all human limits 📉🤣 why should you lie about 2 sauces? Do you think you don't have 2€ left even though you're tipping anyway? Although they even informed the driver on site and called Istanbul immediately, the delivery was very brazenly not delivered! Should you reject the order? Then you could make a completely new pizza and throw away the old one. I beg you...! Don't be surprised if in the future customers meticulously check every inventory of the order for correctness and in the event of the slightest mistake/forgetting the entire order is not accepted and is returned! Apparently this makes more sense to you 🤣! I also had plastic in my meat. Which is probably from the kebab foil. There was no discount here either. That was my last order 💯 You can discreetly keep your sauces and “amends” that never came true. At some point you get tired of it. With you you have to eat what you didn't order or what isn't sellable, plastic, etc. I tried to find a solution to your error, which you brazenly rejected, hence this harsh but honest review 🤗

Der Spinat in den Pizzabrötchen war eiskalt. Insgesamt waren die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen geschmacksarm und ungenießbar. Pommes waren auch nicht dolle. Das Dönerfleisch nicht von der besten Qualität...

Vom bestteltem kam nur das an was man anwählen konnte kein scharf drauf kein Knoblauch und die Cola wurde auch noch vergessen was bei 3€ schon ziemlich frech ist war das letzte Mal da

Also ich und mein freund bestelle schon seit jahren da und sind zufrieden ^^ Verstehe diese unnötigen negativen Kommentare nicht. Essen immer frisch und lecker und flotter versand, und bei Abholung geht es auch mega schnell^^ Pizza eindeutig eine der besten hier in Viersen, und das Personal mega nett:D Also super schöner kleiner familienbetrieb^^ Also wir werden da immer wieder und weiter bestellen:)

Das erste Mal war ich mit der Lieferung und Qualität des Essens zufrieden. Beim zweiten Mal war die Lieferung OK. Das Essen war aber katastrophal. Wir hatten einen Köfte Teller und Iskender. Beides war so ungenießbar, dass wir es wegwerfen mussten. Das einzig Gute waren die mitbestellen Getränke: AYRAN (verpackt). Nie wieder.

Wir haben heute zum zweiten Mal bestellt, nach dem wir vom Döner oder Drehspieß, schon begeistert waren( wurde auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen) und dieses mal die Pommes sogar auch richtig lecker waren. 👍🏻Haben wir uns mal an die Pizzabrötchen gewagt und waren wirklich sehr begeistert Optik und Geschmack wirklich toll. Da kann keine Pizzeria im Umkreis mithalten.🫶🏼 Obwohl es den Laden schon so lange gibt, sind wir erst jetzt drauf gekommen, dabei war er direkt vor der Nase. 🤷🏼‍♀️😄 Und beide Male wirklich super freundliche Fahrer und pünktliche/ schnelle Lieferungen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Also die Lieferung für vier "Kleinigkeiten" die in Person Vorort in ein paar Minuten serviert werden können, hat bei uns ca. 2 Stunden gedauert. Zunächst schade, dennoch froh dass es überhaupt an der Tür geklingelt hat. Das Essen war von der Qualität und menge her nicht dem Preis gerecht und bei anderen Dönerbuden deutlich besser. Das schlimmste an der ganzen Sache ist aber, dass das Essen nichtmals mehr lau warm war. Lediglich das Fleisch was von anderem Fleisch bedeckt war, war noch "essbar warm". Amsonst kalt - ziemlich schade. Aber einen Pluspunkt haben sie, wegen verschiedenen Allergien können wir einiges nicht essen und es wurde auf jeden extra Wunsch geachtet. Trotzdessen nur zwei Sterne. Dönerteller und Pommes/Döner, das essen wir häufig dort. Bisher immer sehr lecker. Zur Lieferung kann ich nichts sagen, ich bestelle telefonisch und hole ab. Umgangston stets sehr freundlich und nett. Die frühe Schließzeit gefällt mir weniger.

Sehr leckere Pizza. Das Döner schmeckt prima, aber leider immer etwas anders. Manchmal ist der Salat recht sauer. Lieferung wird auch angeboten.

Kaum Soße. Das Essen war lau warm. Der Lieferand war nicht so nett. Man konnte es Essen würde aber nicht mehr da bestellen.

Wenig Belag auf der Pizza , Dressing ohne Geschmack, Sparmaßnahmen bei Döner...

Nettes Personal. Ich werde immer sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Es ist schließlich ein Imbiss und kein Restaurant, daher alles völlig in Ordnung. Es geht relativ schnell bei Besuch, dauert jedoch nach meinen Erfahrungen etwas länger bei Bestellungen.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Deine Wünsche werden sehr lecker umgesetzt .
