Essen war wieder sehr gut, der Service diesmal nicht so besonders, mussten länger als erwartet und auf Getränke und das Essen warten... ansonsten alles gut, kommen sicher wieder

The food was really great! I haven't eaten so well at an Italian restaurant for a long time. The carbonara was neither greasy nor creamy, TOP! The Funghi pizza was perfect! Bruschetta also perfect! Thank you for the evening!

Since the ownership changed, the restaurant has been remodeled. There are somewhat uncomfortable garden chairs outside that are a little too low for the tables. The glass walls aren't really tight, so the "window seats" sit in the draft. Unfortunately, there is no longer much Italian coziness to be felt. Despite reservations, we waited about 15 minutes until we could take our seats (in the meantime we were standing in the very narrow entrance area). Another 15 minutes later we were able to order drinks at the table. We ordered our appetizer platter without pork. I understand that this isn't easy given the numerous sausage and ham specialties. But this “platter” looked like the sausage had simply been left out. For 18 € we received 2 slices grilled zucchini, 2 slices grilled eggplant, 1 thin slice of roast veal 1 slice of smoked salmon A carpaccio about the size of a palm. Salad garnish. No bread. The food tasted good, but wasn't appropriate for the price. For example, there were several clumps of sticky pasta in the noodles. With 2 drinks each, the starter platter and two main courses, we ended up with a total of around €100. In short: the service is friendly when they find time to come to the table. The ambience is okay if you get the right seats and the food is good but leaves room for improvement. Considering the many good restaurants to choose from in Zwickau, this one is in the middle range.

The food was good. There were a lot of guests there. Very cozy. Unfortunately I couldn't pay by card.

The restaurant was highly recommended to us. And overall I was disappointed. The risotto was too grainy and lacked suppleness. The seafood was cooked in vegetable stock, but without any flavor on the spaghetti. Overall, the dessert without any particular ambition. We are in a price category from which we simply expected more. There are restaurants in Chemnitz that simply offer more.

AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE AT RISTORANTE CAMPANIA! 🍸✨ After being invited to a back-to-school party at the Ristorante Campania Engelsdorf, I was blown away. The modern and welcoming atmosphere made the day special. Our waiter Peter was extremely personable and professional, which added to the great atmosphere. The drinks, especially the Limoncello Spritz, were outstanding. The food was of the highest quality, especially the bruschetta which was the best I have ever eaten. The creative ice cream flavors rounded off the culinary experience. Overall, it was the perfect location for the celebration and I highly recommend Campani!
