The staff were all very friendly and Bravo Italian 🇮🇹 I ordered carpaccio and squid ink pasta! The latter is made with squid ink so it doesn't stain your mouth or teeth, and the sauce is salt-based. After the bowl arrives, the staff tops it with spices right in front of me, shuffles it around, and transfers it to the frying pan, which is a performance! It's not the squid ink I like (sweet and salty umami type), so it gets saltier towards the end, but the squid and shrimp are fresh and plump. Overall, it's a restaurant where I want to try a variety of things.

In Dresden with my family for 2 days after visiting Berlin and I decided to come here, and I am very happy to have found this fantastic Italian restaurant through excellent reviews, classic Italian dishes, we ate very well and were served by the girl whose name is Valeria if I don't remember correctly, everything was fantastic, I highly recommend it and very fair prices.

My number 1 choice in Dresden. This is the best restaurant you could wish for. The service, the atmosphere and finally the delicious food from starters to desserts. I was blown away and I will definitely come back.

Very tasty food with little extras (like spices, herbs, almonds, ...) on the side. The ravioli with porcini mushroom sauce actually contained porcini mushrooms. The service is super nice and takes care of all your needs perfectly.

The Mamma Mia in Dresden is a wonderful restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine. The homemade pasta is fresh and tastes excellent, I was particularly impressed with the truffle sauce. The service is attentive and friendly, so you immediately feel at home. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a cozy atmosphere!

Unfortunately, "Mamma mia" didn't really convince me. We had made a reservation but didn't receive a confirmation (we received it 1.5 days later). Due to the rush of people waiting, it wasn't very motivating for everyone involved to push through to find out whether our reservation went through or not. If she had, ok, we were then asked to go up to the gallery. Actually, I would have liked to leave at that moment because it was very cramped and very loud there. A few fewer tables would be better, especially since there aren't enough toilets for so many people in the restaurant, which led to long queues, at least in front of the women's toilet. We had to wait quite a long time to place our order; we didn't get one of those much-vaunted cubes, so we had to make our presence felt in the noise and crowds, which wasn't easy. When our order finally came after a further wait, it was beautifully draped on the much-photographed plates on the colorful tray - it's quite something. I had the lasagne, which is also highly praised in other reviews. Personally, I found them quite average, quite tasty, but without any kick and in the middle I only had several layers of noodles, which were actually just thick without sauce, not nice. And I have spent many months in Italy and eaten one or two lasagnas so that I can draw a comparison. All in all, I personally don't understand the hype surrounding this store. The service was nice, but nothing more. The food was ok, but nothing more and at just under 20 euros per simple pasta plate, it wasn't cheap either. I didn't find much in the way of ambience, but that could of course be due to the closely spaced tables. Personally, I become skeptical when something is offered for free by a provider for reviews on the Internet (a “restaurant critic wanted” display), but well, maybe that has become common practice and I didn’t notice it. Conclusion: Not a store I would go to more often.

The food at Mama Mia was very tasty. Only the background music can be a little quieter. There were 8 of us, otherwise you can't have a conversation.

Were there some time ago, after making a reservation beforehand, of course. We got tickets but an order wasn't taken even after almost 30 minutes. The owner tries to remove bad reviews. It's probably easier than providing good service. Too bad!

Jain. I liked the atmosphere, the attention, the effort and the presentation. Truffle pasta from the Pecorino and black pasta with shrimp and squid from the paper bag to the plate. But the first ones were just almost cold, the others without much taste. The pasta bolognese for the child was good. So overall it's a bit disappointing.

Für junge sozial aktive Menschen sicherlich ein Highlight. Für mich war es kein wirkliches Wohlfühlen. Vielleicht hatten wir auch einen doofen Tisch erwischt. Die Kellner mussten ständig um uns herum jonglieren und die Gäste, welche zum WC wollten auch. Es gab öfter Stau. Das ist für mich als Mensch, der lieber Abstand von anderen hält kein so tolles Erlebnis. Allerdings war das Essen toll und sehr lecker. Es ging auch recht schnell und es gab eine kleine Vorspeise vom Haus. Für den neurotypischen Menschen also sicher ein Wohlfühllokal.

Mamma Mia war ein klasse Restaurant! Wir lieben die italienische Küche, hier wurde Außergewöhnliches geboten (unser erstes Trüffeleis war der Wahnsinn!). Besonders Luca hat durch seinen super Service herausgestochen, wir hatten einen tollen Abend mit ihm! :-) vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Mamma Mia Team und Luca für das besondere Ambiente 🩷 Grazie mille! Unfortunately, I miss the pizzazz and lightness of Italian cuisine when I eat. The idea with the pans is second to none. Personally, I can't say it's excellent. Nevertheless, everyone is welcome to gather their own experiences here.
